Započeti dan porcijom orašastih plodova mudra je odluka s jako dobrim posljedicama. Ta je namirnica bogata vitaminom E, magnezijem, cinkom, kalcijem, vlaknima, dobrim masnoćama i antioksidansima pa se smatraju blagotvornima za srce, zdravu razinu kolesterola, prevenciju moždanog i srčanog udara te održavanje zdrave težine.

Zbog svega toga nutricionisti nam orašaste plodove često preporučuju kao dobru opciju za grickanje, ali i kao zdravi doručak. Međutim, jedne stvari trebali biste biti svjesni...

Hranjive tvari iz orašastih plodova tijelo bolje apsorbira ako orašaste plodove prethodno namočimo. Pored toga, voda uklanja fitinsku kiselinu prisutnu u kiselinama koja može uzrokovati probavne smetnje, a kod osjetljivih osoba i druge poteškoće. Nije zanemariv ni treći benefit: voda im izvlači gorkastu notu iz okusa pa postaju slađi i nepcu ugodniji.

Neki stručnjaci tvrde da je najbolje vrijeme za konzumaciju orašastih plodova jutro, jer se tada iz njih najbolje apsorbiraju hranjive tvari, što osigurava opskrbu esencijalnim tvarima, dugotrajnu sitost te posljedično i mršavljenje, ali i bolje raspoloženje, kao i hormonalni balans.

Jedan od savjeta je da se ujutro popije čaša vode te da se pojede šaka prethodno namočenih orašastih plodova.

Namočene orašaste plodove također možete dodati u smoothie ili jogurt, od njih načiniti biljni maslac ili, uz dodatak vode, napraviti zamjensko mlijeko, a možete ih samljeti pa dodati smjesi za muffine kao zamjenu za brašno.

Hranjive tvari iz orašastih plodova tijelo bolje apsorbira ako orašaste plodove prethodno namočimo. Pored toga, voda uklanja fitinsku kiselinu prisutnu u kiselinama koja može uzrokovati probavne smetnje, a kod osjetljivih osoba i druge poteškoće.
