Bivša ministrica Gabrijela Žalac opet će na sud, Županijski sud u Zagrebu zakazao je za 3. lipnja novu sjednicu optužnog vijeća u aferi softver.

Riječ je o slučaju u kojem je prvookrivljena bivša ministrica Gabrijela Žalac koja je, kako sumnja europsko tužiteljstvo, preplatila softver nabavljan za Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU kojem je bila na čelu.

S njom su optuženi i nekadašnji šef SAFU, agencije koja nadzire trošenje EU novca, Tomislav Petric, te poduzetnici Marko Jukić iz tvrtke Ampelos, i Mladen Šimunac, konzultant blizak Gabrijeli Žalac, prenosi N1.

Koliko je plaćen softver?

Europsko tužiteljstvo tvrdi da je cijena softvera bila nerealna. Naime, Žalac ga je platila 1,73 milijuna eura, odnosno 12,9 milijuna kuna, dok su vještaci utvrdili da je realna cijena iznosila otprilike 360.000 eura odnosno 2,7 milijuna kuna.

Šimunac i Jukić odmah su podigli isplaćeni iznos, a europsko tužiteljstvo zaključuje da je proračunu Europske unije time pričinjena šteta od najmanje milijun eura, dok je državni proračun RH oštećen za gotovo 300 tisuća eura.

Kada će početi suđenje?

Ova optužnica podignuta je u prosincu 2022., ali još nije potvrđena jer nije razjašnjeno jesu li svi dokazi protiv bivše ministrice zakoniti. Naime, optužno vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu u ožujku prošle godine zaključilo je da su dokazi zakoniti, poruke u kojima su Žalac i Josipa Pleslić ex Rimac, koja je tada bila državna tajnica u Ministarstvu uprave, spominjale “AP”.

To što su pronađene u mobitelu Josipe Rimac pa kasnije prebačeni u sudski spis u postupku protiv Gabrijele Žalac, za optužno vijeće nije bilo sporno.

Poruke Josipe Rimac su OK

Žalac se na tu odluku suda žalila, a Visoki kazneni sud RH nedavno je slučaj vratio na ponovno odlučivanje. Optužno vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu morat će još jednom analizirati poruke Rimac i Žalac, te bolje obrazložiti zašto misli da su zakoniti dokazi.

U međuvremenu je Visoki kazneni sud potvrdio da su poruke Josipe Rimac zakoniti dokazi u sudskim postupcima što se vode protiv nje.

Bivša ministrica Gabrijela Žalac opet će na sud, Županijski sud u Zagrebu zakazao je za 3. lipnja novu sjednicu optužnog vijeća u aferi softver.

Riječ je o slučaju u kojem je prvookrivljena bivša ministrica Gabrijela Žalac koja je, kako sumnja europsko tužiteljstvo, preplatila softver nabavljan za Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU kojem je bila na čelu.

S njom su optuženi i nekadašnji šef SAFU, agencije koja nadzire trošenje EU novca, Tomislav Petric, te poduzetnici Marko Jukić iz tvrtke Ampelos, i Mladen Šimunac, konzultant blizak Gabrijeli Žalac, prenosi N1.

Koliko je plaćen softver?

Europsko tužiteljstvo tvrdi da je cijena softvera bila nerealna. Naime, Žalac ga je platila 1,73 milijuna eura, odnosno 12,9 milijuna kuna, dok su vještaci utvrdili da je realna cijena iznosila otprilike 360.000 eura odnosno 2,7 milijuna kuna.

Šimunac i Jukić odmah su podigli isplaćeni iznos, a europsko tužiteljstvo zaključuje da je proračunu Europske unije time pričinjena šteta od najmanje milijun eura, dok je državni proračun RH oštećen za gotovo 300 tisuća eura.

Kada će početi suđenje?

Ova optužnica podignuta je u prosincu 2022., ali još nije potvrđena jer nije razjašnjeno jesu li svi dokazi protiv bivše ministrice zakoniti. Naime, optužno vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu u ožujku prošle godine zaključilo je da su dokazi zakoniti, poruke u kojima su Žalac i Josipa Pleslić ex Rimac, koja je tada bila državna tajnica u Ministarstvu uprave, spominjale “AP”.

To što su pronađene u mobitelu Josipe Rimac pa kasnije prebačeni u sudski spis u postupku protiv Gabrijele Žalac, za optužno vijeće nije bilo sporno.

Poruke Josipe Rimac su OK

Žalac se na tu odluku suda žalila, a Visoki kazneni sud RH nedavno je slučaj vratio na ponovno odlučivanje. Optužno vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu morat će još jednom analizirati poruke Rimac i Žalac, te bolje obrazložiti zašto misli da su zakoniti dokazi.

U međuvremenu je Visoki kazneni sud potvrdio da su poruke Josipe Rimac zakoniti dokazi u sudskim postupcima što se vode protiv nje.

Bivša ministrica Gabrijela Žalac opet ide na sud. Bit će govora i tko je AP u porukama

Bivša ministrica Gabrijela Žalac opet će na sud, Županijski sud u Zagrebu zakazao je za 3. lipnja novu sjednicu optužnog vijeća u aferi softver.

Riječ je o slučaju u kojem je prvookrivljena bivša ministrica Gabrijela Žalac koja je, kako sumnja europsko tužiteljstvo, preplatila softver nabavljan za Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU kojem je bila na čelu.

S njom su optuženi i nekadašnji šef SAFU, agencije koja nadzire trošenje EU novca, Tomislav Petric, te poduzetnici Marko Jukić iz tvrtke Ampelos, i Mladen Šimunac, konzultant blizak Gabrijeli Žalac, prenosi N1.

Koliko je plaćen softver?

Europsko tužiteljstvo tvrdi da je cijena softvera bila nerealna. Naime, Žalac ga je platila 1,73 milijuna eura, odnosno 12,9 milijuna kuna, dok su vještaci utvrdili da je realna cijena iznosila otprilike 360.000 eura odnosno 2,7 milijuna kuna.

Šimunac i Jukić odmah su podigli isplaćeni iznos, a europsko tužiteljstvo zaključuje da je proračunu Europske unije time pričinjena šteta od najmanje milijun eura, dok je državni proračun RH oštećen za gotovo 300 tisuća eura.

Kada će početi suđenje?

Ova optužnica podignuta je u prosincu 2022., ali još nije potvrđena jer nije razjašnjeno jesu li svi dokazi protiv bivše ministrice zakoniti. Naime, optužno vijeće Županijskog suda u Zagrebu u ožujku prošle godine zaključilo je da su dokazi zakoniti, poruke u kojima su Žalac i Josipa Pleslić ex Rimac, koja je tada bila državna tajnica u Ministarstvu uprave, spominjale “AP”.

To što su pronađene u mobitelu Josipe Rimac pa kasnije prebačeni u sudski spis u postupku protiv Gabrijele Žalac, za optužno vijeće nije bilo sporno.
