Njemačke novine Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung pišu o poteškoćama koje u balkanskim zemljama izazivaju s jedne strane iseljavanje i pad nataliteta, a s druge doseljavanje iz Azije na koje te zemlje nisu spremne. Autor teksta Michael Martens spominje anegdotu s jedne konferencije na kojoj se raspravljalo o opasnosti od izbijanja rata na jugoistoku Europe, pri čemu je jedan sudionik ustvrdio da opasnost ne postoji jer u tim zemljama nedostaje vojnika, navodi Deutsche Welle. 

Autor teksta ne misli da opasnost rata ne postoji tvrdeći da i dobro naoružane specijalne postrojbe mogu učiniti puno zla, ali da te zemlje ipak muku muče s nedostatkom vojnika. Kao primjer navodi Srbiju. "Srbija se primjerice već nekoliko godina jako naoružava, raketama, dronovima i protuzračnim sustavima iz Kine i Rusije, koji bi uskoro trebali biti dopunjeni francuskim borbenim zrakoplovima Rafale, to je jedan dio slike.

Drugi je da Srbiji, kao i drugim zemljama te regije nedostaje vojnika koji znaju upravljati tom skupom tehnikom. Tako srpska vojska ima, istina, više od 300 tenkova, ali za najviše jednu trećinu ima osposobljene posade", tvrdi FAZ. Kao razlog navodi to što časnici rado prelaze u gospodarstvo i što je malo podmlatka, jer vojni poziv nije više tako privlačan i jer se rađa sve manje djece. Uz to se navodi da iseljavanje još zaoštrava problem, jer "države te regije nisu dovoljno privlačne da zadrže svoje mlado stanovništvo ili privuku migrante".

Iseljavanje – najbolja mogućnost

Autor članka uspoređuje stanje u Srbiji s onim u Rumunjskoj ili Bugarskoj navodeći da se u tim zemljama nekad uspijeva usporiti iseljavanje iz velikih gradova ili čak okrenuti trend, ali napominje da su te zemlje članice Europske unije.

"U šest zemalja zapadnog Balkana, koje još nisu članice Europske unije i nemaju ravnopravan pristup njezinom tržištu i njegove četiri slobode, stanje ne izgleda tako dobro", piše FAZ, navodeći da za brojne mlade ljude u tim zemljama iseljavanje i dalje izgleda kao najbolja mogućnost.

Smanjenje broja stanovnika utječe i na ponašanje zapadnih investitora, napominje FAZ, obrazlažući da za velike projekte u radno intenzivnim branšama nema dovoljno radne snage. "Jedan zapadni koncern, koji u jednoj balkanskoj zemlji želi graditi veliku tvornicu, dogovorio je zato već prije početka radova da će dvije trećine zaposlenika biti uvezene s Filipina."

Balkanske zemlje nisu spremne za nove doseljenike

Navodi se da su političari u toj regiji kasno shvatili ozbiljnost demografskog stanja te da se sad natječu oko dovođenja stranih radnika. "Beogradski gradski promet u međuvremenu zapošljava vozače autobusa iz Indije ili Šri Lanke, jer nema domaćih interesenata. Najsiromašnija država u Europi Kosovo za velike projekte je zrakoplovima dovezla radnike iz Bangladeša."

Ta nova stvarnost će društva u balkanskoj regiji staviti pred teške izazove, upozorava FAZ, jer će doseljenici iz Azije i Afrike rađati djecu, kupovati nekretnine, njegovati svoje tradicije i religije i promijeniti izgled gradova na jugoistoku Europe, na što u toj regiji nisu navikli. "Konfliktni potencijal je očit. Balkan je, istina, multietnički već stoljećima. Ali, priznati da je to područje useljenička regija ili da to mora postati, da bi se gospodarski održala, vlastodršci to teško prihvaćaju", zaključuje Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

Njemačke novine Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung pišu o poteškoćama koje u balkanskim zemljama izazivaju s jedne strane iseljavanje i pad nataliteta, a s druge doseljavanje iz Azije na koje te zemlje nisu spremne. Autor teksta Michael Martens spominje anegdotu s jedne konferencije na kojoj se raspravljalo o opasnosti od izbijanja rata na jugoistoku Europe, pri čemu je jedan sudionik ustvrdio da opasnost ne postoji jer u tim zemljama nedostaje vojnika, navodi Deutsche Welle. 

Autor teksta ne misli da opasnost rata ne postoji tvrdeći da i dobro naoružane specijalne postrojbe mogu učiniti puno zla, ali da te zemlje ipak muku muče s nedostatkom vojnika. Kao primjer navodi Srbiju. "Srbija se primjerice već nekoliko godina jako naoružava, raketama, dronovima i protuzračnim sustavima iz Kine i Rusije, koji bi uskoro trebali biti dopunjeni francuskim borbenim zrakoplovima Rafale, to je jedan dio slike.

Drugi je da Srbiji, kao i drugim zemljama te regije nedostaje vojnika koji znaju upravljati tom skupom tehnikom. Tako srpska vojska ima, istina, više od 300 tenkova, ali za najviše jednu trećinu ima osposobljene posade", tvrdi FAZ. Kao razlog navodi to što časnici rado prelaze u gospodarstvo i što je malo podmlatka, jer vojni poziv nije više tako privlačan i jer se rađa sve manje djece. Uz to se navodi da iseljavanje još zaoštrava problem, jer "države te regije nisu dovoljno privlačne da zadrže svoje mlado stanovništvo ili privuku migrante".

Iseljavanje – najbolja mogućnost

Autor članka uspoređuje stanje u Srbiji s onim u Rumunjskoj ili Bugarskoj navodeći da se u tim zemljama nekad uspijeva usporiti iseljavanje iz velikih gradova ili čak okrenuti trend, ali napominje da su te zemlje članice Europske unije.

"U šest zemalja zapadnog Balkana, koje još nisu članice Europske unije i nemaju ravnopravan pristup njezinom tržištu i njegove četiri slobode, stanje ne izgleda tako dobro", piše FAZ, navodeći da za brojne mlade ljude u tim zemljama iseljavanje i dalje izgleda kao najbolja mogućnost.

Smanjenje broja stanovnika utječe i na ponašanje zapadnih investitora, napominje FAZ, obrazlažući da za velike projekte u radno intenzivnim branšama nema dovoljno radne snage. "Jedan zapadni koncern, koji u jednoj balkanskoj zemlji želi graditi veliku tvornicu, dogovorio je zato već prije početka radova da će dvije trećine zaposlenika biti uvezene s Filipina."

Balkanske zemlje nisu spremne za nove doseljenike

Navodi se da su političari u toj regiji kasno shvatili ozbiljnost demografskog stanja te da se sad natječu oko dovođenja stranih radnika. "Beogradski gradski promet u međuvremenu zapošljava vozače autobusa iz Indije ili Šri Lanke, jer nema domaćih interesenata. Najsiromašnija država u Europi Kosovo za velike projekte je zrakoplovima dovezla radnike iz Bangladeša."

Ta nova stvarnost će društva u balkanskoj regiji staviti pred teške izazove, upozorava FAZ, jer će doseljenici iz Azije i Afrike rađati djecu, kupovati nekretnine, njegovati svoje tradicije i religije i promijeniti izgled gradova na jugoistoku Europe, na što u toj regiji nisu navikli. "Konfliktni potencijal je očit. Balkan je, istina, multietnički već stoljećima. Ali, priznati da je to područje useljenička regija ili da to mora postati, da bi se gospodarski održala, vlastodršci to teško prihvaćaju", zaključuje Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

Njemačke novine Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung pišu o poteškoćama koje u balkanskim zemljama izazivaju s jedne strane iseljavanje i pad nataliteta, a s druge doseljavanje iz Azije na koje te zemlje nisu spremne. Autor teksta Michael Martens spominje anegdotu s jedne konferencije na kojoj se raspravljalo o opasnosti od izbijanja rata na jugoistoku Europe, pri čemu je jedan sudionik ustvrdio da opasnost ne postoji jer u tim zemljama nedostaje vojnika, navodi Deutsche Welle. 

Autor teksta ne misli da opasnost rata ne postoji tvrdeći da i dobro naoružane specijalne postrojbe mogu učiniti puno zla, ali da te zemlje ipak muku muče s nedostatkom vojnika. Kao primjer navodi Srbiju.
