Nakon što je 1. prosinca prošle godine prestala vrijediti lista prvenstva za 17 stanova iz programa poticane stanogradnje (POS) na području Svetoga Kaja u Solinu, iz Grada Solina doznajemo da je u tijeku razrada odluke o uvjetima i mjerilima za kupnju spomenutih stanova. Cijena stana, kako je ranije rečeno, bit će 1350 eura po metru četvornome.

– Nadamo se da će se odluka završiti i poslati Gradskom vijeću grada Solina na raspravu i usvajanje do sljedeće gradske sjednice. Čim se odluka službeno donese, nema prepreka za raspisivanje novog javnog poziva za POS stanove u najkraćem mogućem roku.

Važno je istaknuti kako će kompletan proces pokretanja i utvrđivanja liste prvenstva biti na vrijeme gotov – do završetka radova – ističe solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević, a na naš upit u kojem će pravcu ići razrada kriterija, veli kako će velikim dijelom biti prilagođeni mladim obiteljima.

– Javnost će biti pravovremeno obaviještena o tijeku događaja, a sve informacije moći će se pronaći na mrežnim stranicama Grada.

Iako je situacija s proračunom dijelom uzrokovala odgodu radova, izabrani izvođač prati utvrđenu dinamiku izvođenja radova i vjerujemo da bez obzira na te okolnosti neće biti znatnijih kašnjenja, te da će se 17 obitelji useliti u svoje stanove u Sv. Kaju iz programa POS-a, kako je i utvrđeno sporazumom između Agencije za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN) i izvođača radova – poručuje Ninčević.

Prije početka izgradnje, u sva četiri javna nadmetanja ponude zainteresiranih građevinara bile su za nekoliko milijuna kuna više od procijenjene vrijednosti projekta, pa je u suglasnosti s Gradskim vijećem u rujnu prošle godine donesena odluka da će Grad dodatno sufinancirati realizaciju POS-a s 1,6 milijuna kuna, koji su nedostajali da bi se mogao potpisati ugovor s odabranim izvođačem.

Grad je inače 2016. godine donio odluku o uključivanju u program POS-a, a konačna lista prvenstva za stanove u Svetome Kaju donesena je krajem 2017. godine, vrijedila je četiri godine, i godinu dana je još bila produžena, koliko je to bilo moguće. Nakon toga je bilo potrebno napraviti novu, kako je rečeno iz Grada.

Zgrada se gradi na parceli istočno od crkve sv. Anastazija, u Ulici solinske mladeži, gdje se ranije nalazila prodavaonica tvrtke “Studenac”, a osim stanova i garažnog prostora u njoj će se nalaziti i gradski poslovni prostor koji će služiti mještanima.

Ukupna investicija u Svetome Kaju vrijedna je 14,8 milijuna kuna, od čega su poticajna sredstva RH viša od 3,5 milijuna kuna, rok za izvođenje radova je 400 dana, a izvođač radova je “Dom commerce” iz Podstrane.

Nakon što je 1. prosinca prošle godine prestala vrijediti lista prvenstva za 17 stanova iz programa poticane stanogradnje (POS) na području Svetoga Kaja u Solinu, iz Grada Solina doznajemo da je u tijeku razrada odluke o uvjetima i mjerilima za kupnju spomenutih stanova. Cijena stana, kako je ranije rečeno, bit će 1350 eura po metru četvornome.

– Nadamo se da će se odluka završiti i poslati Gradskom vijeću grada Solina na raspravu i usvajanje do sljedeće gradske sjednice. Čim se odluka službeno donese, nema prepreka za raspisivanje novog javnog poziva za POS stanove u najkraćem mogućem roku.

Važno je istaknuti kako će kompletan proces pokretanja i utvrđivanja liste prvenstva biti na vrijeme gotov – do završetka radova – ističe solinski gradonačelnik Dalibor Ninčević, a na naš upit u kojem će pravcu ići razrada kriterija, veli kako će velikim dijelom biti prilagođeni mladim obiteljima.

– Javnost će biti pravovremeno obaviještena o tijeku događaja, a sve informacije moći će se pronaći na mrežnim stranicama Grada.

Iako je situacija s proračunom dijelom uzrokovala odgodu radova, izabrani izvođač prati utvrđenu dinamiku izvođenja radova i vjerujemo da bez obzira na te okolnosti neće biti znatnijih kašnjenja, te da će se 17 obitelji useliti u svoje stanove u Sv. Kaju iz programa POS-a, kako je i utvrđeno sporazumom između Agencije za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN) i izvođača radova – poručuje Ninčević.

Prije početka izgradnje, u sva četiri javna nadmetanja ponude zainteresiranih građevinara bile su za nekoliko milijuna kuna više od procijenjene vrijednosti projekta, pa je u suglasnosti s Gradskim vijećem u rujnu prošle godine donesena odluka da će Grad dodatno sufinancirati realizaciju POS-a s 1,6 milijuna kuna, koji su nedostajali da bi se mogao potpisati ugovor s odabranim izvođačem.

Grad je inače 2016. godine donio odluku o uključivanju u program POS-a, a konačna lista prvenstva za stanove u Svetome Kaju donesena je krajem 2017. godine, vrijedila je četiri godine, i godinu dana je još bila produžena, koliko je to bilo moguće. Nakon toga je bilo potrebno napraviti novu, kako je rečeno iz Grada.

Zgrada se gradi na parceli istočno od crkve sv. Anastazija, u Ulici solinske mladeži, gdje se ranije nalazila prodavaonica tvrtke “Studenac”, a osim stanova i garažnog prostora u njoj će se nalaziti i gradski poslovni prostor koji će služiti mještanima.

Ukupna investicija u Svetome Kaju vrijedna je 14,8 milijuna kuna, od čega su poticajna sredstva RH viša od 3,5 milijuna kuna, rok za izvođenje radova je 400 dana, a izvođač radova je “Dom commerce” iz Podstrane.
