Rješavanje stambenog pitanja uvjet je za privlačenje medicinskog osoblja, kaže ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije Marko Rađa uoči raspisivanja natječaja za specijalista medicinske biokemije u Imotskom, gdje bi 25.000 ljudi moglo ostati bez tih laboratorijskih usluga.

Zbog odlaska u mirovinu jedine specijalistice medicinske biokemije u Imotskom početkom iduće godine, građani bi usluge koje dobivaju u medicinskom laboratoriju morali obavljati izvan Imotskog ako se nitko ne javi na natječaj za to radno mjesto.

Više od 25.000 Imoćana ostaje bez najvažnije javne usluge, rješenja nema na vidiku: ‘Mladi ljudi ne žele u mala mista‘

"Prvi preduvjet za sve sredine koje nemaju svoje stanovništvo u tim strukama je osiguravanje stambenog pitanja. Drugog rješenja nema. Imamo neke najave da postoje zainteresirani za rad u Imotskom, ali uz uvjet osiguranog smještaja", rekao je Rađa za Hinu.

Spremnost Grada da sudjeluje u troškovima stanovanja kako bi se osigurala dostupnost te usluge građanima izrazio je i imotski gradonačelnik Ivan Budalić, ističući kako već četiri godine sufinanciraju dio plaće za radiološkog tehničara.

Ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije podsjeća kako gradovi i općine nastoje privući medicinsko osoblje raznim mjerama, a kao "svijetle" primjere u županiji navodi Makarsku i Brač.

"Dobar primjer je Makarska, koja je osigurala stan pedijatrici, radiologinji i magistri biokemije, dok su se na Braču Grad Supetar i općine dogovorile da u iznosu od 1050 eura sufinanciraju stanovanje za pedijatra i ginekologa na otoku", ističe.

Najlošija je situacija, kaže Rađa, na Hvaru, gdje je potreban smještaj za pet djelatnika. Jedna medicinska sestra je krajem prošlog mjeseca dala otkaz jer je cijelo vrijeme živjela u sobi u prizemlju hvarskog Doma zdravlja.

"Hvaranima pokušavamo objasniti da nema medicinske sestre koja će doći raditi na otok za 800 eura, a veliki dio izdvojiti za stanarinu. Na Hvaru trenutno tri medicinske sestre trebaju smještaj, a jedna medicinska sestra i doktorica su na zamjeni, pa je praktički ondje potreban smještaj za pet osoba", dodaje Rađa.

Na pitanje o tom problemu hvarski gradonačelnik Rikardo Novak odgovara kako su im problem ljetni mjeseci, pa su medicinskoj sestri koja je bila smještena u Domu zdravlja mogli ponuditi samo stan od studenoga do svibnja, a ona je tražila trajni smještaj.

"Trenutno imamo problem s biomedicinskim laboratorijem, zbog čega će Grad Hvar sa Zakladom Matko Miličić sufinancirati jednogodišnju izobrazbu laborantice, no ona dolazi tek u u svibnju ili lipnju iduće godine. Zimi možemo smjestiti koga god hoćemo, no ljeto nam je problematično. Mi svojih kapaciteta nemamo", kaže Novak i dodaje kako zato hvarski Dom zdravlja ima prazne prostorije koje bi trebalo adaptirati za smještaj zdravstvenih djelatnika.

Na pitanje javljaju li se stranci na natječaje za zapošljavanje Rađa odgovara kako su Ministarstvo zdravstva i Hrvatska liječnička komora kruti po tom pitanju te da za to postoji niz administrativnih barijera.

"Primjerice, medicinskoj sestri iz BiH treba između dvije i pol do tri godine da bi dobila licenciju za rad u Hrvatskoj, zbog čega se one puno više odlučuju raditi u Njemačkoj ili drugdje. Kada je počeo rat u Ukrajini, bilo je zainteresiranih njihovih liječnika za rad u Hrvatskoj, no kada su vidjeli što sve i koliko dugo moraju proći, usmjerili su se i oni prema Njemačkoj", ističe Rađa.

Rješavanje stambenog pitanja uvjet je za privlačenje medicinskog osoblja, kaže ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije Marko Rađa uoči raspisivanja natječaja za specijalista medicinske biokemije u Imotskom, gdje bi 25.000 ljudi moglo ostati bez tih laboratorijskih usluga.

Zbog odlaska u mirovinu jedine specijalistice medicinske biokemije u Imotskom početkom iduće godine, građani bi usluge koje dobivaju u medicinskom laboratoriju morali obavljati izvan Imotskog ako se nitko ne javi na natječaj za to radno mjesto.

"Prvi preduvjet za sve sredine koje nemaju svoje stanovništvo u tim strukama je osiguravanje stambenog pitanja. Drugog rješenja nema. Imamo neke najave da postoje zainteresirani za rad u Imotskom, ali uz uvjet osiguranog smještaja", rekao je Rađa za Hinu.

Spremnost Grada da sudjeluje u troškovima stanovanja kako bi se osigurala dostupnost te usluge građanima izrazio je i imotski gradonačelnik Ivan Budalić, ističući kako već četiri godine sufinanciraju dio plaće za radiološkog tehničara.

Ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije podsjeća kako gradovi i općine nastoje privući medicinsko osoblje raznim mjerama, a kao "svijetle" primjere u županiji navodi Makarsku i Brač.

"Dobar primjer je Makarska, koja je osigurala stan pedijatrici, radiologinji i magistri biokemije, dok su se na Braču Grad Supetar i općine dogovorile da u iznosu od 1050 eura sufinanciraju stanovanje za pedijatra i ginekologa na otoku", ističe.

Najlošija je situacija, kaže Rađa, na Hvaru, gdje je potreban smještaj za pet djelatnika. Jedna medicinska sestra je krajem prošlog mjeseca dala otkaz jer je cijelo vrijeme živjela u sobi u prizemlju hvarskog Doma zdravlja.

"Hvaranima pokušavamo objasniti da nema medicinske sestre koja će doći raditi na otok za 800 eura, a veliki dio izdvojiti za stanarinu. Na Hvaru trenutno tri medicinske sestre trebaju smještaj, a jedna medicinska sestra i doktorica su na zamjeni, pa je praktički ondje potreban smještaj za pet osoba", dodaje Rađa.

Na pitanje o tom problemu hvarski gradonačelnik Rikardo Novak odgovara kako su im problem ljetni mjeseci, pa su medicinskoj sestri koja je bila smještena u Domu zdravlja mogli ponuditi samo stan od studenoga do svibnja, a ona je tražila trajni smještaj.

"Trenutno imamo problem s biomedicinskim laboratorijem, zbog čega će Grad Hvar sa Zakladom Matko Miličić sufinancirati jednogodišnju izobrazbu laborantice, no ona dolazi tek u u svibnju ili lipnju iduće godine. Zimi možemo smjestiti koga god hoćemo, no ljeto nam je problematično. Mi svojih kapaciteta nemamo", kaže Novak i dodaje kako zato hvarski Dom zdravlja ima prazne prostorije koje bi trebalo adaptirati za smještaj zdravstvenih djelatnika.

Na pitanje javljaju li se stranci na natječaje za zapošljavanje Rađa odgovara kako su Ministarstvo zdravstva i Hrvatska liječnička komora kruti po tom pitanju te da za to postoji niz administrativnih barijera.

"Primjerice, medicinskoj sestri iz BiH treba između dvije i pol do tri godine da bi dobila licenciju za rad u Hrvatskoj, zbog čega se one puno više odlučuju raditi u Njemačkoj ili drugdje. Kada je počeo rat u Ukrajini, bilo je zainteresiranih njihovih liječnika za rad u Hrvatskoj, no kada su vidjeli što sve i koliko dugo moraju proći, usmjerili su se i oni prema Njemačkoj", ističe Rađa.
