Naizgled je sve normalno. Barem tako izgleda na prvi pogled.
I bilo bi tako da u zraku ne lebdi pitanje hoće li Hrvatska zatvoriti svoje granice zbog pandemije koronavirusa i trenutačno vrlo složene situacije u cijeloj Europi. Zbog toga, mnogi putnici na graničnim prijelazima, posebno prema Italiji i Sloveniji, satima čekaju preglede za ulazak ili izlazak iz Hrvatske.
Dotle na graničnom prijelazu Vinjani Donji kod Imotskog, sa susjednom Bosnom i Hercegovinom, sve izgleda rutinirano. Svi koji tu granicu svakodnevno prelaze pitaju se hoće li doći do zatvaranja granice, koliko bi to moglo potrajati...
No, na to pitanje nitko ne zna ni približno točan odgovor. Upravo ta neizvjesnost dočekala nas je tijekom posjeta tom graničnom prijelazu u subotu u jutarnjim satima.

Policajci i carinici koji profesionalno i ozbiljno obavljaju svoj posao ne smiju bez dozvole govoriti za medije, no doznajemo da je proteklih nekoliko dana bitno opao promet. Nema većih gužvi, a samim time ni čekanja. Dežurne službe obavljaju detaljne razgovore i preglede svih onih koji ulaze u RH.
Zaštitna oprema
Doznajemo da do sada nije zabilježen ni jedan slučaj, odnosno ni jedna osoba za koju bi se opravdano sumnjalo na oboljenje od koronavirusa. No, zato je nakon obavljenih razgovora s našim pograničnim službama petero državljana susjedne BiH okrenulo svoje automobile i vratilo se u svoju državu jer su stigli iz područja koja su zaražena virusom.
Također, dvoje naših državljana, nakon razgovora i pregleda, poslano je u samoizolaciju. Njih su djelatnici sanitarne inspekcije, koja također dežura na prijelazu, pregledali, izdali im službena rješenja i upute kojih se nadalje trebaju pridržavati.
Kako to izgleda u praksi? Nakon ulaska automobila s registracijskom oznakom neke druge države, putnici se odvoje i dvije službenice pogranične policije s maskama na licu i zaštitnim rukavicama obave razgovor s njima. Za našeg posjeta prijelazu, naišli su putnici iz susjedne Gorice, koji su krenuli u posjet rodbini u Imotskom. Nije bilo nikakvih problema.

U prostorima pogranične policije na posebnom mjestu uskladišteno je dovoljno zaštitnih maski, rukavica, kao i dezinfekcijskih sredstava. Dezinficiraju se kvake, ulazna vrata s jedne i druge strane, kao i prostori pograničnih kućica u kojima borave službenici, koji su u prvom, izravnom kontaktu s putnicima.
Kamiondžije s maskama
– Moguće da i ovi naši prije zatvore granicu s Hrvatskom nego vi ovdje, jer u nas se, brate, za sada mnogo toga i ne zna i niti što tko govori. A ako se zatvori granica, bit će teško, ali kada je zdravlje u pitanju, izdržat ćemo tih desetak, petnaest dana – veli nam Pere iz susjednih Sovića.
Prijevoz robe kamionima također nije u zastoju. Detaljno, pogranična policija i carinici obavljaju kontrolu vozača i robe, a koliko se moglo vidjeti, svi vozači koje smo zatekli na prijelazu Vinjani Donji imali su zaštitne rukavice, neki i zaštitne maske.
Za sada, dakle, sve je u granicama normale. Prijelaz iz jedne u drugu državu i na graničnom prijelazu u susjednim Vinjanima Gornjim prema Posušju također se odvija bez poteškoća, ali vidljivo smanjen.

Naizgled je sve normalno. Barem tako izgleda na prvi pogled.
I bilo bi tako da u zraku ne lebdi pitanje hoće li Hrvatska zatvoriti svoje granice zbog pandemije koronavirusa i trenutačno vrlo složene situacije u cijeloj Europi. Zbog toga, mnogi putnici na graničnim prijelazima, posebno prema Italiji i Sloveniji, satima čekaju preglede za ulazak ili izlazak iz Hrvatske.
Dotle na graničnom prijelazu Vinjani Donji kod Imotskog, sa susjednom Bosnom i Hercegovinom, sve izgleda rutinirano. Svi koji tu granicu svakodnevno prelaze pitaju se hoće li doći do zatvaranja granice, koliko bi to moglo potrajati...
No, na to pitanje nitko ne zna ni približno točan odgovor. Upravo ta neizvjesnost dočekala nas je tijekom posjeta tom graničnom prijelazu u subotu u jutarnjim satima.

Policajci i carinici koji profesionalno i ozbiljno obavljaju svoj posao ne smiju bez dozvole govoriti za medije, no doznajemo da je proteklih nekoliko dana bitno opao promet. Nema većih gužvi, a samim time ni čekanja. Dežurne službe obavljaju detaljne razgovore i preglede svih onih koji ulaze u RH.
Zaštitna oprema
Doznajemo da do sada nije zabilježen ni jedan slučaj, odnosno ni jedna osoba za koju bi se opravdano sumnjalo na oboljenje od koronavirusa. No, zato je nakon obavljenih razgovora s našim pograničnim službama petero državljana susjedne BiH okrenulo svoje automobile i vratilo se u svoju državu jer su stigli iz područja koja su zaražena virusom.
Također, dvoje naših državljana, nakon razgovora i pregleda, poslano je u samoizolaciju. Njih su djelatnici sanitarne inspekcije, koja također dežura na prijelazu, pregledali, izdali im službena rješenja i upute kojih se nadalje trebaju pridržavati.
Kako to izgleda u praksi? Nakon ulaska automobila s registracijskom oznakom neke druge države, putnici se odvoje i dvije službenice pogranične policije s maskama na licu i zaštitnim rukavicama obave razgovor s njima. Za našeg posjeta prijelazu, naišli su putnici iz susjedne Gorice, koji su krenuli u posjet rodbini u Imotskom. Nije bilo nikakvih problema.

U prostorima pogranične policije na posebnom mjestu uskladišteno je dovoljno zaštitnih maski, rukavica, kao i dezinfekcijskih sredstava. Dezinficiraju se kvake, ulazna vrata s jedne i druge strane, kao i prostori pograničnih kućica u kojima borave službenici, koji su u prvom, izravnom kontaktu s putnicima.
Kamiondžije s maskama
– Moguće da i ovi naši prije zatvore granicu s Hrvatskom nego vi ovdje, jer u nas se, brate, za sada mnogo toga i ne zna i niti što tko govori. A ako se zatvori granica, bit će teško, ali kada je zdravlje u pitanju, izdržat ćemo tih desetak, petnaest dana – veli nam Pere iz susjednih Sovića.
Prijevoz robe kamionima također nije u zastoju. Detaljno, pogranična policija i carinici obavljaju kontrolu vozača i robe, a koliko se moglo vidjeti, svi vozači koje smo zatekli na prijelazu Vinjani Donji imali su zaštitne rukavice, neki i zaštitne maske.
Za sada, dakle, sve je u granicama normale. Prijelaz iz jedne u drugu državu i na graničnom prijelazu u susjednim Vinjanima Gornjim prema Posušju također se odvija bez poteškoća, ali vidljivo smanjen.
