Osim kiselim kupusom, jastučiće možete puniti i pirjanom mljevenom svinjetinom ili povrćem po želji, donosi Dobra hrana

Za tijesto će vam trebati:

330 ml kefira

2 jaja

600 g brašna

prstohvat soli

prstohvat šećera

3 g suhog kvasca

vode po potrebi

Za nadjev i ostalo:

200 g rezanog kiselog kupusa

150 g slanine

1 luk

kiselo vrhnje

sol i papar

Priprema:

U duboku zdjeli stavite kefir sobne temperature, dodajte kvasac, jaja, sol i šećer te pola kilograma brašna. Zamijesite glatko tijesto, povremeno dodajući ostatak brašna. Tijesto mora biti elastično kako biste njime mogli lakše baratati. Ako je potrebno, dodajte malo vode. Pustite da kratko odmori pa ga razvaljajte i čašom režite na krugove. Dok tijesto odmara, pripremite nadjev od luka koji ste nasjeckali na polumjesece, kratko popirjali, a zatim dodali kiseli kupus i slaninu, sol i papar, pa još kratko pirjali. Dobivenim nadjevom punite krugove. Na polovicu kruga stavite nadjev, preklopite i zatvorite vilicom. Jastučiće kuhajte u slanoj vodi. Dok se kuhaju, na suhoj tavi prepržite kockice slanine. Kuhane jastučiće zatim prebacite u tavu sa slaninom, kratko ih još zapecite pa poslužite uz žlicu kiselog vrhnja.

Za tijesto će vam trebati:

330 ml kefira

2 jaja

600 g brašna

prstohvat soli

prstohvat šećera

3 g suhog kvasca

vode po potrebi

Za nadjev i ostalo:

200 g rezanog kiselog kupusa

150 g slanine

1 luk

kiselo vrhnje

sol i papar

Priprema:

U duboku zdjeli stavite kefir sobne temperature, dodajte kvasac, jaja, sol i šećer te pola kilograma brašna. Zamijesite glatko tijesto, povremeno dodajući ostatak brašna. Tijesto mora biti elastično kako biste njime mogli lakše baratati. Ako je potrebno, dodajte malo vode. Pustite da kratko odmori pa ga razvaljajte i čašom režite na krugove. Dok tijesto odmara, pripremite nadjev od luka koji ste nasjeckali na polumjesece, kratko popirjali, a zatim dodali kiseli kupus i slaninu, sol i papar, pa još kratko pirjali. Dobivenim nadjevom punite krugove. Na polovicu kruga stavite nadjev, preklopite i zatvorite vilicom. Jastučiće kuhajte u slanoj vodi. Dok se kuhaju, na suhoj tavi prepržite kockice slanine. Kuhane jastučiće zatim prebacite u tavu sa slaninom, kratko ih još zapecite pa poslužite uz žlicu kiselog vrhnja.

Za tijesto će vam trebati:

330 ml kefira

2 jaja

600 g brašna

prstohvat soli

prstohvat šećera

3 g suhog kvasca

vode po potrebi

Za nadjev i ostalo:

200 g rezanog kiselog kupusa

150 g slanine

1 luk

kiselo vrhnje

sol i papar

Priprema:

U duboku zdjeli stavite kefir sobne temperature, dodajte kvasac, jaja, sol i šećer te pola kilograma brašna. Zamijesite glatko tijesto, povremeno dodajući ostatak brašna. Tijesto mora biti elastično kako biste njime mogli lakše baratati. Ako je potrebno, dodajte malo vode. Pustite da kratko odmori pa ga razvaljajte i čašom režite na krugove. Dok tijesto odmara, pripremite nadjev od luka koji ste nasjeckali na polumjesece, kratko popirjali, a zatim dodali kiseli kupus i slaninu, sol i papar, pa još kratko pirjali. Dobivenim nadjevom punite krugove. Na polovicu kruga stavite nadjev, preklopite i zatvorite vilicom. Jastučiće kuhajte u slanoj vodi. Dok se kuhaju, na suhoj tavi prepržite kockice slanine. Kuhane jastučiće zatim prebacite u tavu sa slaninom, kratko ih još zapecite pa poslužite uz žlicu kiselog vrhnja.
