U zagrebačkom hotelu Esplanade dodijeljene su nagrade najboljim chefovima i restoranima prema izboru vodiča Gault&Millau, donosi Dobra hrana. Titula chefa godine tako je pripala chefu Mariju Curiću iz dubrovačkog restorana 360, dok su trofej za Velikog chefa sutrašnjice osvojili Saša Began iz zadarske Foše te Aleksandar Grubić iz restorana Badi u Lovrečici kraj Umaga. Dodijeljene su i nagrade za Chefa tradicijske kuhinje koje su pripale Tomici Đukiću i Damiru Josiću iz restorana vinarije Josić u Zmajevcu, a Trofej Chefa moderne tradicijske kuhinje pripao je Nenadu Kukurinu iz restorana Kukuriku u Kastavu.

Nagrade Mladi talent godine osvojili su Katarina Vrenc iz zagrebačkog Sopala te Mate Sučić, vlasnik i chef Konobe Campanelo u Mirlović Zagori.

Zdravko Kalabrić, jedini hrvatski chef član udruge World Master Chefs, osvojio je Trofej za zasluge u gastronomiji, a zagrebačkom restoranu Noel pripao je Trofej za najbolji servis. Samoborska slastičarnica U prolazu osvojila je Trofej za najbolji POP lokal.

Najboljim restoranima proglašeni su 360 iz Dubrovnika, Cap Aureo i Monte iz Rovinja te zagrebački NAV, Noel i Zinfandel‘s, restoran Nebo u Rijeci i šibenski Pelegrini.

U sklopu večere uručene i stipendije Raise the Bar programa u sklopu kojeg je do sada čak 14 mladih kuhara i slastičara osvojilo vrijedne stipendije koje su im potom omogućile usavršavanje na poznatim svjetskim učilištima te praksu u cijenjenim restoranima. Ovog puta stipendije su otišle u ruke Stelle Pasek, Željke Bleuš, Nikole Tomašića te Tilena Utenkara, piše Dobra hrana

Osim dodjele nagrada, predstavljeno je i šesto izdanje dvojezičnog međunarodnog gastronomskog vodiča u koji je uvršteno 270 restorana i 100 popularnih lokala (bistroa, street food restorana, zalogajnica i slastičarnica). Osim toga, na popisu se nalazi i 100 vina iz cijele Hrvatske, a po prvi put je u vodič uvrštena i selekcija maslinovih ulja Hrvatske.

U zagrebačkom hotelu Esplanade dodijeljene su nagrade najboljim chefovima i restoranima prema izboru vodiča Gault&Millau, donosi Dobra hrana. Titula chefa godine tako je pripala chefu Mariju Curiću iz dubrovačkog restorana 360, dok su trofej za Velikog chefa sutrašnjice osvojili Saša Began iz zadarske Foše te Aleksandar Grubić iz restorana Badi u Lovrečici kraj Umaga. Dodijeljene su i nagrade za Chefa tradicijske kuhinje koje su pripale Tomici Đukiću i Damiru Josiću iz restorana vinarije Josić u Zmajevcu, a Trofej Chefa moderne tradicijske kuhinje pripao je Nenadu Kukurinu iz restorana Kukuriku u Kastavu.

Nagrade Mladi talent godine osvojili su Katarina Vrenc iz zagrebačkog Sopala te Mate Sučić, vlasnik i chef Konobe Campanelo u Mirlović Zagori.

Zdravko Kalabrić, jedini hrvatski chef član udruge World Master Chefs, osvojio je Trofej za zasluge u gastronomiji, a zagrebačkom restoranu Noel pripao je Trofej za najbolji servis. Samoborska slastičarnica U prolazu osvojila je Trofej za najbolji POP lokal.

Najboljim restoranima proglašeni su 360 iz Dubrovnika, Cap Aureo i Monte iz Rovinja te zagrebački NAV, Noel i Zinfandel‘s, restoran Nebo u Rijeci i šibenski Pelegrini.

U sklopu večere uručene i stipendije Raise the Bar programa u sklopu kojeg je do sada čak 14 mladih kuhara i slastičara osvojilo vrijedne stipendije koje su im potom omogućile usavršavanje na poznatim svjetskim učilištima te praksu u cijenjenim restoranima. Ovog puta stipendije su otišle u ruke Stelle Pasek, Željke Bleuš, Nikole Tomašića te Tilena Utenkara, piše Dobra hrana

Osim dodjele nagrada, predstavljeno je i šesto izdanje dvojezičnog međunarodnog gastronomskog vodiča u koji je uvršteno 270 restorana i 100 popularnih lokala (bistroa, street food restorana, zalogajnica i slastičarnica). Osim toga, na popisu se nalazi i 100 vina iz cijele Hrvatske, a po prvi put je u vodič uvrštena i selekcija maslinovih ulja Hrvatske.

Prema izboru vodiča Gault&Millau, dubrovčanin Marijo Curić proglašen chefom godine! A evo koji je najbolji restoran u Hrvatskoj

U zagrebačkom hotelu Esplanade dodijeljene su nagrade najboljim chefovima i restoranima prema izboru vodiča Gault&Millau, donosi Dobra hrana. Titula chefa godine tako je pripala chefu Mariju Curiću iz dubrovačkog restorana 360, dok su trofej za Velikog chefa sutrašnjice osvojili Saša Began iz zadarske Foše te Aleksandar Grubić iz restorana Badi u Lovrečici kraj Umaga. Dodijeljene su i nagrade za Chefa tradicijske kuhinje koje su pripale Tomici Đukiću i Damiru Josiću iz restorana vinarije Josić u Zmajevcu, a Trofej Chefa moderne tradicijske kuhinje pripao je Nenadu Kukurinu iz restorana Kukuriku u Kastavu.

Nagrade Mladi talent godine osvojili su Katarina Vrenc iz zagrebačkog Sopala te Mate Sučić, vlasnik i chef Konobe Campanelo u Mirlović Zagori.

Zdravko Kalabrić, jedini hrvatski chef član udruge World Master Chefs, osvojio je Trofej za zasluge u gastronomiji, a zagrebačkom restoranu Noel pripao je Trofej za najbolji servis. Samoborska slastičarnica U prolazu osvojila je Trofej za najbolji POP lokal.

Najboljim restoranima proglašeni su 360 iz Dubrovnika, Cap Aureo i Monte iz Rovinja te zagrebački NAV, Noel i Zinfandel‘s, restoran Nebo u Rijeci i šibenski Pelegrini.

U sklopu večere uručene i stipendije Raise the Bar programa u sklopu kojeg je do sada čak 14 mladih kuhara i slastičara osvojilo vrijedne stipendije koje su im potom omogućile usavršavanje na poznatim svjetskim učilištima te praksu u cijenjenim restoranima. Ovog puta stipendije su otišle u ruke Stelle Pasek, Željke Bleuš, Nikole Tomašića te Tilena Utenkara, piše Dobra hrana

Osim dodjele nagrada, predstavljeno je i šesto izdanje dvojezičnog međunarodnog gastronomskog vodiča u koji je uvršteno 270 restorana i 100 popularnih lokala (bistroa, street food restorana, zalogajnica i slastičarnica). Osim toga, na popisu se nalazi i 100 vina iz cijele Hrvatske, a po prvi put je u vodič uvrštena i selekcija maslinovih ulja Hrvatske.
