Već tisućama godina zeleni se čaj koristi u medicinske svrhe, a upotreba je doista široka - od snižavanja tlaka do prevencije tumora.

Neki smatraju da je potrebno popiti dvije šalice zelenog čaja na dan kako bi se postigli pozitivni učinci za zdravlje, drugi pak smatraju da treba popiti pet šalica. Ipak većina se ipak opredijelila za tri do pet šalica zelenog čaja dnevno.

Ovaj napitak gotovo i nema nuspojava, no u nekim su slučajevima mjere opreza nužne. Zeleni čaj sadrži kofein pa osobe osjetljive na taj sastojak mogu nakon pijenja zelenog čaja biti nervozne, mogu osjetiti želučane smetnje ili nesanicu, piše Živim.

Osobe na antikoagulantnoj terapiji trebale bi piti zeleni čaj s oprezom jer sadrži vitamin K, poznat kao koagulacijski vitamin. Za pripremu čaja dovoljna je jedna žlica listova po šalici napitka. Prelijte netom prokuhanom vodom i ostavite samo tri minute.

Već tisućama godina zeleni se čaj koristi u medicinske svrhe, a upotreba je doista široka - od snižavanja tlaka do prevencije tumora.

Neki smatraju da je potrebno popiti dvije šalice zelenog čaja na dan kako bi se postigli pozitivni učinci za zdravlje, drugi pak smatraju da treba popiti pet šalica. Ipak većina se ipak opredijelila za tri do pet šalica zelenog čaja dnevno.

Ovaj napitak gotovo i nema nuspojava, no u nekim su slučajevima mjere opreza nužne. Zeleni čaj sadrži kofein pa osobe osjetljive na taj sastojak mogu nakon pijenja zelenog čaja biti nervozne, mogu osjetiti želučane smetnje ili nesanicu, piše Živim.

Osobe na antikoagulantnoj terapiji trebale bi piti zeleni čaj s oprezom jer sadrži vitamin K, poznat kao koagulacijski vitamin. Za pripremu čaja dovoljna je jedna žlica listova po šalici napitka. Prelijte netom prokuhanom vodom i ostavite samo tri minute.

Već tisućama godina zeleni se čaj koristi u medicinske svrhe, a upotreba je doista široka - od snižavanja tlaka do prevencije tumora.

Neki smatraju da je potrebno popiti dvije šalice zelenog čaja na dan kako bi se postigli pozitivni učinci za zdravlje, drugi pak smatraju da treba popiti pet šalica. Ipak većina se ipak opredijelila za tri do pet šalica zelenog čaja dnevno.

Ovaj napitak gotovo i nema nuspojava, no u nekim su slučajevima mjere opreza nužne. Zeleni čaj sadrži kofein pa osobe osjetljive na taj sastojak mogu nakon pijenja zelenog čaja biti nervozne, mogu osjetiti želučane smetnje ili nesanicu, piše Živim.

Osobe na antikoagulantnoj terapiji trebale bi piti zeleni čaj s oprezom jer sadrži vitamin K, poznat kao koagulacijski vitamin. Za pripremu čaja dovoljna je jedna žlica listova po šalici napitka. Prelijte netom prokuhanom vodom i ostavite samo tri minute.
