Amber Heard zatražila je od suca u Virginiji da poništi njezinu izgubljenu presudu u tužbi za klevetu koju je podnio njezin bivši suprug Johnny Depp, tvrdeći da dokazi nisu valjani, donosi NY Post prenosi Jutarnji.

Odvjetnici Amber Heard, koja je proglašena krivom za tri tužbe za klevetu koje je podnio Depp, tvrdili su u zahtjevu dugom na 43 stranice da presuda tijekom hitnog suđenja bivšem paru nije potkrijepljena dokazima.

- U dokumentu tvrde da je Depp "nastavio isključivo na teoriji implikacije klevete, odustajući od bilo kakvih tvrdnji da su izjave gospođe Heard zapravo lažne" - tvrde spomenuti papiri.

Odvjetnici Amber Heard također tvrde da je "porotnik 15" možda čak i bio nezakonito odabran davanjem pogrešnog datuma rođenja tijekom odabira porote. Naime, tvrde da piše godina "1945." umjesto stvarne godine, "1970."

- Ova razlika postavlja pitanje je li "porotnik 15" stvarno primio poziv za dužnost porote i je li ga sud pravilno provjerio da bude član porote - navodi se u zahtjevu odvjetnika. Nije poznato je li porotnik doista raspravljao o slučaju.

Podsjetimo, Depp je tužio svoju bivšu suprugu za 50 milijuna dolara zbog članka Washington Posta iz 2018. u kojem je sebe nazvala žrtvom seksualnog nasilja. Deppu je dosuđena naknada štete od 10 milijuna dolara te kaznena odšteta od 5 milijuna dolara.

Amber Heard zatražila je od suca u Virginiji da poništi njezinu izgubljenu presudu u tužbi za klevetu koju je podnio njezin bivši suprug Johnny Depp, tvrdeći da dokazi nisu valjani, donosi NY Post prenosi Jutarnji.

Odvjetnici Amber Heard, koja je proglašena krivom za tri tužbe za klevetu koje je podnio Depp, tvrdili su u zahtjevu dugom na 43 stranice da presuda tijekom hitnog suđenja bivšem paru nije potkrijepljena dokazima.

Odvjetnici Amber Heard također tvrde da je "porotnik 15" možda čak i bio nezakonito odabran davanjem pogrešnog datuma rođenja tijekom odabira porote. Naime, tvrde da piše godina "1945." umjesto stvarne godine, "1970."

- Ova razlika postavlja pitanje je li "porotnik 15" stvarno primio poziv za dužnost porote i je li ga sud pravilno provjerio da bude član porote - navodi se u zahtjevu odvjetnika. Nije poznato je li porotnik doista raspravljao o slučaju.

Podsjetimo, Depp je tužio svoju bivšu suprugu za 50 milijuna dolara zbog članka Washington Posta iz 2018. u kojem je sebe nazvala žrtvom seksualnog nasilja. Deppu je dosuđena naknada štete od 10 milijuna dolara te kaznena odšteta od 5 milijuna dolara.

Amber Heard zatražila je od suca u Virginiji da poništi njezinu izgubljenu presudu u tužbi za klevetu koju je podnio njezin bivši suprug Johnny Depp, tvrdeći da dokazi nisu valjani, donosi NY Post prenosi Jutarnji.

Odvjetnici Amber Heard, koja je proglašena krivom za tri tužbe za klevetu koje je podnio Depp, tvrdili su u zahtjevu dugom na 43 stranice da presuda tijekom hitnog suđenja bivšem paru nije potkrijepljena dokazima.

- U dokumentu tvrde da je Depp "nastavio isključivo na teoriji implikacije klevete, odustajući od bilo kakvih tvrdnji da su izjave gospođe Heard zapravo lažne" - tvrde spomenuti papiri.

Odvjetnici Amber Heard također tvrde da je "porotnik 15" možda čak i bio nezakonito odabran davanjem pogrešnog datuma rođenja tijekom odabira porote. Naime, tvrde da piše godina "1945." umjesto stvarne godine, "1970."

- Ova razlika postavlja pitanje je li "porotnik 15" stvarno primio poziv za dužnost porote i je li ga sud pravilno provjerio da bude član porote - navodi se u zahtjevu odvjetnika. Nije poznato je li porotnik doista raspravljao o slučaju.

Podsjetimo, Depp je tužio svoju bivšu suprugu za 50 milijuna dolara zbog članka Washington Posta iz 2018. u kojem je sebe nazvala žrtvom seksualnog nasilja. Deppu je dosuđena naknada štete od 10 milijuna dolara te kaznena odšteta od 5 milijuna dolara.
