Pretjerani vjetar koji proizvodi električni ventilator može isušiti nos i grlo, a posljedica toga je da tijelo počinje stvarati više sluzi kako bi ostalo hidrirano.

- To uzrokuje niz nuspojava, uključujući glavobolje, začepljen nos pa čak i bolne sinuse. Srećom, povećanje unosa vode moglo bi spriječiti razvoj tih nuspojava, a poželjan unos tekućine je najmanje dvije litre dnevno - savjetuje Seeley.
