Rješenjem suca istrage dubrovačkog Županijskog suda, državljaninu Ruske federacije Chamilu T. (41) određen je ekstradicijski zatvor u trajanju do 40 dana.

Ruski državljanin, inače stanovnik mjesta Yurkovka na kavkaskom području Dagestana, prošlog je tjedna u Dubrovnik doputovao zrakoplovom iz Londona. Međutim, nemalo se iznenadio kada mu je prilikom kontrole putovnica, umjesto očekivanog odobrenja za ulazak u Hrvatsku, odnosno Dubrovnik, gdje je namjeravao provesti odmor u jednom od lapadskih hotela, rečeno mu je kako mora na razgovor s pripadniciam Granične policije. Naime, na monitoru službenika koji je pregledavao putovnice, pa tako i putovnicu Velike Britanije za strance koju je predočio Chamil T., zatreperila je "crvena lampica" koja je službeniku ukazivala na činjenicu kako je za tom osobom koja namjerava ući u Hrvatsku raspisan tzv. Europski uhidbeni nalog. Spomenuti je nalog službeno raspisao ruski ured INTERPOL-a u Moskvi.

Chamil T. je priznao identitet, odnosno potvrdio kako je on osoba o kojoj je riječ u EU- uhidbenom nalogu iz kojeg je razvidno da se tereti da je na području Rusije, točnije području ruske metropole, počinio kazneno djelo teške prevare, rezultat koje je zabilježena velika materijalna šteta. Navodno je riječ o višemilijunskom iznosu u rubljama, a neslužbeno smo doznali kako se spomenuta prevara za koju se tereti odnosi na navodno mešetarenje brojnim stanovima u Moskvi.

Međutim, zanimljiv je detalj do kojeg smo, istina, neslužbenim kanalima uspjeli doći.  Naime,  navodno kazneno djelo prevare je počinjeno u razdoblju 2014- 2015. godine, ali je EU- uhidbeni nalog raspisan tek u lipnju 2020. godine. Sve je još zanimkljivije ako se zna kako Chamil T. Od studenog 2019. godine s obitelji, odnosno sa suprugom i dvoje djece, boravi u Londonu gdje mu je, na rok od pet godina, izdana tzv. putovnica za strance. Ruski se državljanin nemalo iznenadio kad je doznao razlog raspisivanja EU- naloga, ali počinjenje kaznenog djela nije priznao niti je psistao na izručenje državi iz koje je iselio.

Kako tražena osoba nije pristala na izručenje, prema prezicnim odredbama zakonske regulative koja vrijedi u sličnim situacijama, nakon što se na hrvatsku zamolbu po obavijesri o uhićenju tražene osobe očituje Ruska Federacija, Izvanraspravno vijeće Župoanijskog suda u Dubrovniku utvrdit će jesu li ispunjene sve zakonske pretpostavke za izručenje. Sve nam je potvrdio i glasnogovornik dubrovačkog Županijskog suda, sudac Pero Miloglav koji je naglasio kako će, po pravomoćnosti rješenja koje treba donijeti Izvanraspravno vijeće, odluku o izručenju donijeti ministar pravosuđa.

Rješenjem suca istrage dubrovačkog Županijskog suda, državljaninu Ruske federacije Chamilu T. (41) određen je ekstradicijski zatvor u trajanju do 40 dana.

Ruski državljanin, inače stanovnik mjesta Yurkovka na kavkaskom području Dagestana, prošlog je tjedna u Dubrovnik doputovao zrakoplovom iz Londona. Međutim, nemalo se iznenadio kada mu je prilikom kontrole putovnica, umjesto očekivanog odobrenja za ulazak u Hrvatsku, odnosno Dubrovnik, gdje je namjeravao provesti odmor u jednom od lapadskih hotela, rečeno mu je kako mora na razgovor s pripadniciam Granične policije. Naime, na monitoru službenika koji je pregledavao putovnice, pa tako i putovnicu Velike Britanije za strance koju je predočio Chamil T., zatreperila je "crvena lampica" koja je službeniku ukazivala na činjenicu kako je za tom osobom koja namjerava ući u Hrvatsku raspisan tzv. Europski uhidbeni nalog. Spomenuti je nalog službeno raspisao ruski ured INTERPOL-a u Moskvi.

Chamil T. je priznao identitet, odnosno potvrdio kako je on osoba o kojoj je riječ u EU- uhidbenom nalogu iz kojeg je razvidno da se tereti da je na području Rusije, točnije području ruske metropole, počinio kazneno djelo teške prevare, rezultat koje je zabilježena velika materijalna šteta. Navodno je riječ o višemilijunskom iznosu u rubljama, a neslužbeno smo doznali kako se spomenuta prevara za koju se tereti odnosi na navodno mešetarenje brojnim stanovima u Moskvi.

Međutim, zanimljiv je detalj do kojeg smo, istina, neslužbenim kanalima uspjeli doći.  Naime,  navodno kazneno djelo prevare je počinjeno u razdoblju 2014- 2015. godine, ali je EU- uhidbeni nalog raspisan tek u lipnju 2020. godine. Sve je još zanimkljivije ako se zna kako Chamil T. Od studenog 2019. godine s obitelji, odnosno sa suprugom i dvoje djece, boravi u Londonu gdje mu je, na rok od pet godina, izdana tzv. putovnica za strance. Ruski se državljanin nemalo iznenadio kad je doznao razlog raspisivanja EU- naloga, ali počinjenje kaznenog djela nije priznao niti je psistao na izručenje državi iz koje je iselio.

Kako tražena osoba nije pristala na izručenje, prema prezicnim odredbama zakonske regulative koja vrijedi u sličnim situacijama, nakon što se na hrvatsku zamolbu po obavijesri o uhićenju tražene osobe očituje Ruska Federacija, Izvanraspravno vijeće Župoanijskog suda u Dubrovniku utvrdit će jesu li ispunjene sve zakonske pretpostavke za izručenje. Sve nam je potvrdio i glasnogovornik dubrovačkog Županijskog suda, sudac Pero Miloglav koji je naglasio kako će, po pravomoćnosti rješenja koje treba donijeti Izvanraspravno vijeće, odluku o izručenju donijeti ministar pravosuđa.

NA AERODROMU UHIĆEN RUS, ČEKA IZRUČENJE U MOSKVU: Stigao sa ženom i dvije kćeri na ljetovanje iz Londona, a završio u dubrovačkom zatvoru!

Rješenjem suca istrage dubrovačkog Županijskog suda, državljaninu Ruske federacije Chamilu T. (41) određen je ekstradicijski zatvor u trajanju do 40 dana.

Ruski državljanin, inače stanovnik mjesta Yurkovka na kavkaskom području Dagestana, prošlog je tjedna u Dubrovnik doputovao zrakoplovom iz Londona. Međutim, nemalo se iznenadio kada mu je prilikom kontrole putovnica, umjesto očekivanog odobrenja za ulazak u Hrvatsku, odnosno Dubrovnik, gdje je namjeravao provesti odmor u jednom od lapadskih hotela, rečeno mu je kako mora na razgovor s pripadniciam Granične policije. Naime, na monitoru službenika koji je pregledavao putovnice, pa tako i putovnicu Velike Britanije za strance koju je predočio Chamil T., zatreperila je "crvena lampica" koja je službeniku ukazivala na činjenicu kako je za tom osobom koja namjerava ući u Hrvatsku raspisan tzv. Europski uhidbeni nalog. Spomenuti je nalog službeno raspisao ruski ured INTERPOL-a u Moskvi.

Chamil T. je priznao identitet, odnosno potvrdio kako je on osoba o kojoj je riječ u EU- uhidbenom nalogu iz kojeg je razvidno da se tereti da je na području Rusije, točnije području ruske metropole, počinio kazneno djelo teške prevare, rezultat koje je zabilježena velika materijalna šteta. Navodno je riječ o višemilijunskom iznosu u rubljama, a neslužbeno smo doznali kako se spomenuta prevara za koju se tereti odnosi na navodno mešetarenje brojnim stanovima u Moskvi.

Međutim, zanimljiv je detalj do kojeg smo, istina, neslužbenim kanalima uspjeli doći.  Naime,  navodno kazneno djelo prevare je počinjeno u razdoblju 2014- 2015. godine, ali je EU- uhidbeni nalog raspisan tek u lipnju 2020. godine. Sve je još zanimkljivije ako se zna kako Chamil T. Od studenog 2019. godine s obitelji, odnosno sa suprugom i dvoje djece, boravi u Londonu gdje mu je, na rok od pet godina, izdana tzv. putovnica za strance.
