Nakon zaprimljene prijave provedeno je kriminaliostičko istraživanje kojim nisu utvrđeni elementi bilo kakvog protupravnog ponašanja iz nadležnosti policije

Nakon što je Policijska postaja Dubrovnik jučer, 27. srpnja, zaprimila prijavu 51-godišnjaka koji je naveo kako je prethodnog dana, dok je obavljao djelatnost komunalnog redara na Pilama u Dubrovniku, gdje je zajedno s kolegama imao zadaću regulirati zaustavljanje autobusa koji imaju, odnosno nemaju vinjete za zaustavljanje, pokušao zaustaviti autobus dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka koji se nije zaustavio, ni usporio, već je nastavio kretanje što je kod njega izazvalo osjećaj straha, policija je provela kriminalističko istraživanje.

U službene prostorije pozvan je vozač navedenog autobusa s kojim je obavljen razgovor.

Temeljem obavljenih razgovora, pregledom videonadzora samog događaja i svega utvrđenog obavljene su konzultacije s Općinskim državnim odvjetništvom u Dubrovniku te je usuglašeno kako u ovom konkretnom slučaju nema elemenata kaznenog djela niti bilo kojeg drugog protupravnog ponašanja iz nadležnosti policije, nakon čega je vozač pušten.

O ovom događaju slijedi posebno izvješće Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Nakon zaprimljene prijave provedeno je kriminaliostičko istraživanje kojim nisu utvrđeni elementi bilo kakvog protupravnog ponašanja iz nadležnosti policije

Nakon što je Policijska postaja Dubrovnik jučer, 27. srpnja, zaprimila prijavu 51-godišnjaka koji je naveo kako je prethodnog dana, dok je obavljao djelatnost komunalnog redara na Pilama u Dubrovniku, gdje je zajedno s kolegama imao zadaću regulirati zaustavljanje autobusa koji imaju, odnosno nemaju vinjete za zaustavljanje, pokušao zaustaviti autobus dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka koji se nije zaustavio, ni usporio, već je nastavio kretanje što je kod njega izazvalo osjećaj straha, policija je provela kriminalističko istraživanje.

U službene prostorije pozvan je vozač navedenog autobusa s kojim je obavljen razgovor.

Temeljem obavljenih razgovora, pregledom videonadzora samog događaja i svega utvrđenog obavljene su konzultacije s Općinskim državnim odvjetništvom u Dubrovniku te je usuglašeno kako u ovom konkretnom slučaju nema elemenata kaznenog djela niti bilo kojeg drugog protupravnog ponašanja iz nadležnosti policije, nakon čega je vozač pušten.

O ovom događaju slijedi posebno izvješće Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Nakon zaprimljene prijave provedeno je kriminaliostičko istraživanje kojim nisu utvrđeni elementi bilo kakvog protupravnog ponašanja iz nadležnosti policije

Nakon što je Policijska postaja Dubrovnik jučer, 27. srpnja, zaprimila prijavu 51-godišnjaka koji je naveo kako je prethodnog dana, dok je obavljao djelatnost komunalnog redara na Pilama u Dubrovniku, gdje je zajedno s kolegama imao zadaću regulirati zaustavljanje autobusa koji imaju, odnosno nemaju vinjete za zaustavljanje, pokušao zaustaviti autobus dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka koji se nije zaustavio, ni usporio, već je nastavio kretanje što je kod njega izazvalo osjećaj straha, policija je provela kriminalističko istraživanje.

U službene prostorije pozvan je vozač navedenog autobusa s kojim je obavljen razgovor.

Temeljem obavljenih razgovora, pregledom videonadzora samog događaja i svega utvrđenog obavljene su konzultacije s Općinskim državnim odvjetništvom u Dubrovniku te je usuglašeno kako u ovom konkretnom slučaju nema elemenata kaznenog djela niti bilo kojeg drugog protupravnog ponašanja iz nadležnosti policije, nakon čega je vozač pušten.

O ovom događaju slijedi posebno izvješće Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.
