Dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem policijskih službenika Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske 61-godišnjak se sumnjiči za kazneno djelo prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju i kazneno djelo povrede obveze vođenja poslovnih i trgovačkih knjiga.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da je osumnjičeni, kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva čije je sjedište u Velikoj Gorici, s namjerom da trgovačkom društvu pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, od kraja listopada prošle godine do 6. siječnja ove godine, lažnim prikazivanjem i prikrivanjem činjenica, doveo u zabludu 45-godišnjaka s područja Dubrovnika i oštetio ga za novčani iznos od 7.000,00 eura.

Naime, osumnjičeni je preko Internet oglasnika oglasio prodaju teretnog vozila za kojeg mu je oštećeni, prema dogovoru, uplatio predujam od 7.000,00 eura, nakon čega mu je trebao isporučiti teretno vozilo što do danas nije učinio niti mu je vratio uplaćeni predujam.

Također je utvrđeno da osumnjičeni u poslovnim knjigama trgovačkog društva nije prikazao uplatu  za primljeni predujam, niti je kupcu izdao račun za primljeni predujam.

Zbog počinjenih kaznenih djela policija je protiv osumnjičenog podnijela kaznenu prijavu nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem policijskih službenika Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske 61-godišnjak se sumnjiči za kazneno djelo prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju i kazneno djelo povrede obveze vođenja poslovnih i trgovačkih knjiga.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da je osumnjičeni, kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva čije je sjedište u Velikoj Gorici, s namjerom da trgovačkom društvu pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, od kraja listopada prošle godine do 6. siječnja ove godine, lažnim prikazivanjem i prikrivanjem činjenica, doveo u zabludu 45-godišnjaka s područja Dubrovnika i oštetio ga za novčani iznos od 7.000,00 eura.

Naime, osumnjičeni je preko Internet oglasnika oglasio prodaju teretnog vozila za kojeg mu je oštećeni, prema dogovoru, uplatio predujam od 7.000,00 eura, nakon čega mu je trebao isporučiti teretno vozilo što do danas nije učinio niti mu je vratio uplaćeni predujam.

Također je utvrđeno da osumnjičeni u poslovnim knjigama trgovačkog društva nije prikazao uplatu  za primljeni predujam, niti je kupcu izdao račun za primljeni predujam.

Zbog počinjenih kaznenih djela policija je protiv osumnjičenog podnijela kaznenu prijavu nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Primio predujam za teretno vozilo od sedam tisuća eura, ali vozilo nije isporučio niti predujam vratio

Dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem policijskih službenika Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske 61-godišnjak se sumnjiči za kazneno djelo prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju i kazneno djelo povrede obveze vođenja poslovnih i trgovačkih knjiga.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da je osumnjičeni, kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva čije je sjedište u Velikoj Gorici, s namjerom da trgovačkom društvu pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist, od kraja listopada prošle godine do 6. siječnja ove godine, lažnim prikazivanjem i prikrivanjem činjenica, doveo u zabludu 45-godišnjaka s područja Dubrovnika i oštetio ga za novčani iznos od 7.000,00 eura.

Naime, osumnjičeni je preko Internet oglasnika oglasio prodaju teretnog vozila za kojeg mu je oštećeni, prema dogovoru, uplatio predujam od 7.000,00 eura, nakon čega mu je trebao isporučiti teretno vozilo što do danas nije učinio niti mu je vratio uplaćeni predujam.

Također je utvrđeno da osumnjičeni u poslovnim knjigama trgovačkog društva nije prikazao uplatu  za primljeni predujam, niti je kupcu izdao račun za primljeni predujam.

Zbog počinjenih kaznenih djela policija je protiv osumnjičenog podnijela kaznenu prijavu nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.
