Taman kad smo se privikli na ljepote online shoppinga koje uključuju i besplatni povrat neželjene robe, čini se da se toj praksi primiče kraj. Neki trgovci, barem u SAD-u, to kupcima sada naplaćuju u cijelosti ili djelomično, piše Jutranji list.

Trend besplatnog povrata traje tek nekoliko godina, a eksperti za to tržište kažu da je za njega uglavnom zaslužan Amazon.

Sve veći troškovi dostave kao i dodatnog rada potrebnog da se povrati procesuiraju te roba sortira i pripremi za ponovnu prodaju trgovcima su, tumače stručnjaci, postali problem, piše Business Insider. Naime, dio vraćene robe mora se i očistiti, pa i popraviti te ponovno zapakirati kako bi sljedećem kupcu djelovao kao posve nov.

Američki Nacionalni saveza trgovaca tvrdi da su kupci u 2020. godini vratili robe u vrijednosti 100 milijardi dolara, a lani čak 218 milijardi dolara. Za svaku milijardu dolara prodane robe, prosječan trgovac ima trošak od 166 milijuna dolara za povrate.

Ne uspiju li trgovci zaustaviti rast tih troškove, vrlo će ih vjerojatno dijelom prebaciti na cijene robe, upozorava sugovornik Business Insidera.

Švedski lanac H&M je nedavno najavio da planira testirati naplatu naknade za povrat robe na nekim od svojih tržišta kako bi vidjeli reakciju kupaca. Kako je ranije pisao CNN, povrat će ostati besplatan ako online-kupac robu sam vrati robu u dućan. Zara je već uvela naplatu povrata od 3,95 dolara. JC Penny, Abercrombie&Fitch i J.Crew povrat naplaćuju povrat od 7,5 do 8 dolara.

Među novim trgovačkim praksama je i to da neki dopuštaju besplatni povrat samo najlojalnijim kupcima, odnosno onima koji su članovi nekih od VIP nagradnih programa unutar kojih na godišnjoj razini moraju potrošiti određeni iznos.

Naravno, vrlo je vjerojatno da trgovci povrat neće naplaćivati ako im sami u prodavaonicu vratite robu koju ste kupili u web trgovini, ali za one koji nemaju fizičke prodavaonice to nije opcija, pa isti omogućavaju da se, vrlo često besplatno, pošiljka ostavi u pošti.

Postoje i kompanije koje prikupljaju i grupiraju robu za povrat za različite trgovce na određenim lokacijama, poput Happy Returns u SAD-u, a to snižava trošak dostave povrata.

S druge strane, čini se da je problem za trgovce i to što im povrati općenito dodatno gomilaju zalihe robe koja se ne prodaje kao prije aktualne krize, tako da je pitanje na koje će sve načine nastojati nastaviti obeshrabrivati kupce da neželjeno vraćaju, piše Jutarnji list.

Taman kad smo se privikli na ljepote online shoppinga koje uključuju i besplatni povrat neželjene robe, čini se da se toj praksi primiče kraj. Neki trgovci, barem u SAD-u, to kupcima sada naplaćuju u cijelosti ili djelomično, piše Jutranji list.

Trend besplatnog povrata traje tek nekoliko godina, a eksperti za to tržište kažu da je za njega uglavnom zaslužan Amazon.

Sve veći troškovi dostave kao i dodatnog rada potrebnog da se povrati procesuiraju te roba sortira i pripremi za ponovnu prodaju trgovcima su, tumače stručnjaci, postali problem, piše Business Insider. Naime, dio vraćene robe mora se i očistiti, pa i popraviti te ponovno zapakirati kako bi sljedećem kupcu djelovao kao posve nov.

Američki Nacionalni saveza trgovaca tvrdi da su kupci u 2020. godini vratili robe u vrijednosti 100 milijardi dolara, a lani čak 218 milijardi dolara. Za svaku milijardu dolara prodane robe, prosječan trgovac ima trošak od 166 milijuna dolara za povrate.

Ne uspiju li trgovci zaustaviti rast tih troškove, vrlo će ih vjerojatno dijelom prebaciti na cijene robe, upozorava sugovornik Business Insidera.

Švedski lanac H&M je nedavno najavio da planira testirati naplatu naknade za povrat robe na nekim od svojih tržišta kako bi vidjeli reakciju kupaca. Kako je ranije pisao CNN, povrat će ostati besplatan ako online-kupac robu sam vrati robu u dućan. Zara je već uvela naplatu povrata od 3,95 dolara. JC Penny, Abercrombie&Fitch i J.Crew povrat naplaćuju povrat od 7,5 do 8 dolara.

Među novim trgovačkim praksama je i to da neki dopuštaju besplatni povrat samo najlojalnijim kupcima, odnosno onima koji su članovi nekih od VIP nagradnih programa unutar kojih na godišnjoj razini moraju potrošiti određeni iznos.

Naravno, vrlo je vjerojatno da trgovci povrat neće naplaćivati ako im sami u prodavaonicu vratite robu koju ste kupili u web trgovini, ali za one koji nemaju fizičke prodavaonice to nije opcija, pa isti omogućavaju da se, vrlo često besplatno, pošiljka ostavi u pošti.

Postoje i kompanije koje prikupljaju i grupiraju robu za povrat za različite trgovce na određenim lokacijama, poput Happy Returns u SAD-u, a to snižava trošak dostave povrata.

S druge strane, čini se da je problem za trgovce i to što im povrati općenito dodatno gomilaju zalihe robe koja se ne prodaje kao prije aktualne krize, tako da je pitanje na koje će sve načine nastojati nastaviti obeshrabrivati kupce da neželjeno vraćaju, piše Jutarnji list.

Bliži se odluka koja će baciti u očaj sve ljubitelje online šopinga

Taman kad smo se privikli na ljepote online shoppinga koje uključuju i besplatni povrat neželjene robe, čini se da se toj praksi primiče kraj. Neki trgovci, barem u SAD-u, to kupcima sada naplaćuju u cijelosti ili djelomično, piše Jutranji list.

Trend besplatnog povrata traje tek nekoliko godina, a eksperti za to tržište kažu da je za njega uglavnom zaslužan Amazon.

Sve veći troškovi dostave kao i dodatnog rada potrebnog da se povrati procesuiraju te roba sortira i pripremi za ponovnu prodaju trgovcima su, tumače stručnjaci, postali problem, piše Business Insider. Naime, dio vraćene robe mora se i očistiti, pa i popraviti te ponovno zapakirati kako bi sljedećem kupcu djelovao kao posve nov.

Američki Nacionalni saveza trgovaca tvrdi da su kupci u 2020. godini vratili robe u vrijednosti 100 milijardi dolara, a lani čak 218 milijardi dolara. Za svaku milijardu dolara prodane robe, prosječan trgovac ima trošak od 166 milijuna dolara za povrate.

Ne uspiju li trgovci zaustaviti rast tih troškove, vrlo će ih vjerojatno dijelom prebaciti na cijene robe, upozorava sugovornik Business Insidera.

Švedski lanac H&M je nedavno najavio da planira testirati naplatu naknade za povrat robe na nekim od svojih tržišta kako bi vidjeli reakciju kupaca. Kako je ranije pisao CNN, povrat će ostati besplatan ako online-kupac robu sam vrati robu u dućan. Zara je već uvela naplatu povrata od 3,95 dolara. JC Penny, Abercrombie&Fitch i J.Crew povrat naplaćuju povrat od 7,5 do 8 dolara.

Među novim trgovačkim praksama je i to da neki dopuštaju besplatni povrat samo najlojalnijim kupcima, odnosno onima koji su članovi nekih od VIP nagradnih programa unutar kojih na godišnjoj razini moraju potrošiti određeni iznos.

Naravno, vrlo je vjerojatno da trgovci povrat neće naplaćivati ako im sami u prodavaonicu vratite robu koju ste kupili u web trgovini, ali za one koji nemaju fizičke prodavaonice to nije opcija, pa isti omogućavaju da se, vrlo često besplatno, pošiljka ostavi u pošti.

Postoje i kompanije koje prikupljaju i grupiraju robu za povrat za različite trgovce na određenim lokacijama, poput Happy Returns u SAD-u, a to snižava trošak dostave povrata.

S druge strane, čini se da je problem za trgovce i to što im povrati općenito dodatno gomilaju zalihe robe koja se ne prodaje kao prije aktualne krize, tako da je pitanje na koje će sve načine nastojati nastaviti obeshrabrivati kupce da neželjeno vraćaju, piše Jutarnji list.
