Tržišni opskrbljivač u HEP grupi, HEP Opskrba, ovih je dana na adrese 427 kupaca (od ukupno više od 40 tisuća kupaca) iz kategorije poduzetništvo uputila obavijest o promjeni cijene električne energije zbog povećanja godišnjeg indeksa potrošačkih cijena, objavila je Slobodna Dalmacija.

Riječ je o kupcima koji imaju aktivne ugovore s fiksnom cijenom, sklopljene u razdoblju prije izbijanja aktualne energetske krize i enormnog porasta veleprodajnih, tržišnih cijena električne energije.

Važno je napomenuti da svi ti kupci imaju ugovorenu cijenu znatno nižu od cijene limitirane Uredbom Vlade o otklanjanju poremećaja na domaćem tržištu energije.

Kako se spomenuta odluka HEP Opskrbe kod dijela kupaca ne bi pogrešno interpretirala kao poskupljenje električne energije prije isteka roka primjene Uredbe, naknadno je donesena odluka o prolongiranju usklađenja cijena do daljnjega.

Bitno je napomenuti da bi cijena električna energije za 427 kupaca i uz prethodno najavljenu korekciju cijene, i nadalje bila niža od one propisane Uredbom Vlade RH.

Mogućnost promjene cijene temelji se na odredbama ugovora odnosno Uvjetima opskrbljivača HEP Opskrbe koji sadrže odredbu prema kojoj HEP Opskrba može korigirati cijene jednom godišnje.

Korekcija je moguća u visini promjene (povećanja) godišnje stope indeksa potrošačkih cijena koju objavljuje Državni zavod za statistiku. Tu je odredbu bilo moguće aktivirati nakon što je DZS u siječnju objavio da je povećanje indeksa potrošačkih cijena na godišnjoj razini iznosilo 10,8 posto.

Tržišni opskrbljivač u HEP grupi, HEP Opskrba, ovih je dana na adrese 427 kupaca (od ukupno više od 40 tisuća kupaca) iz kategorije poduzetništvo uputila obavijest o promjeni cijene električne energije zbog povećanja godišnjeg indeksa potrošačkih cijena, objavila je Slobodna Dalmacija.

Riječ je o kupcima koji imaju aktivne ugovore s fiksnom cijenom, sklopljene u razdoblju prije izbijanja aktualne energetske krize i enormnog porasta veleprodajnih, tržišnih cijena električne energije.

Važno je napomenuti da svi ti kupci imaju ugovorenu cijenu znatno nižu od cijene limitirane Uredbom Vlade o otklanjanju poremećaja na domaćem tržištu energije.

Kako se spomenuta odluka HEP Opskrbe kod dijela kupaca ne bi pogrešno interpretirala kao poskupljenje električne energije prije isteka roka primjene Uredbe, naknadno je donesena odluka o prolongiranju usklađenja cijena do daljnjega.

Bitno je napomenuti da bi cijena električna energije za 427 kupaca i uz prethodno najavljenu korekciju cijene, i nadalje bila niža od one propisane Uredbom Vlade RH.

Mogućnost promjene cijene temelji se na odredbama ugovora odnosno Uvjetima opskrbljivača HEP Opskrbe koji sadrže odredbu prema kojoj HEP Opskrba može korigirati cijene jednom godišnje.

Korekcija je moguća u visini promjene (povećanja) godišnje stope indeksa potrošačkih cijena koju objavljuje Državni zavod za statistiku. Tu je odredbu bilo moguće aktivirati nakon što je DZS u siječnju objavio da je povećanje indeksa potrošačkih cijena na godišnjoj razini iznosilo 10,8 posto.

HEP pojašnjava glasine o poskupljenju struje

Tržišni opskrbljivač u HEP grupi, HEP Opskrba, ovih je dana na adrese 427 kupaca (od ukupno više od 40 tisuća kupaca) iz kategorije poduzetništvo uputila obavijest o promjeni cijene električne energije zbog povećanja godišnjeg indeksa potrošačkih cijena, objavila je Slobodna Dalmacija.

Riječ je o kupcima koji imaju aktivne ugovore s fiksnom cijenom, sklopljene u razdoblju prije izbijanja aktualne energetske krize i enormnog porasta veleprodajnih, tržišnih cijena električne energije.

Važno je napomenuti da svi ti kupci imaju ugovorenu cijenu znatno nižu od cijene limitirane Uredbom Vlade o otklanjanju poremećaja na domaćem tržištu energije.

Kako se spomenuta odluka HEP Opskrbe kod dijela kupaca ne bi pogrešno interpretirala kao poskupljenje električne energije prije isteka roka primjene Uredbe, naknadno je donesena odluka o prolongiranju usklađenja cijena do daljnjega.

Bitno je napomenuti da bi cijena električna energije za 427 kupaca i uz prethodno najavljenu korekciju cijene, i nadalje bila niža od one propisane Uredbom Vlade RH.

Mogućnost promjene cijene temelji se na odredbama ugovora odnosno Uvjetima opskrbljivača HEP Opskrbe koji sadrže odredbu prema kojoj HEP Opskrba može korigirati cijene jednom godišnje.

Korekcija je moguća u visini promjene (povećanja) godišnje stope indeksa potrošačkih cijena koju objavljuje Državni zavod za statistiku. Tu je odredbu bilo moguće aktivirati nakon što je DZS u siječnju objavio da je povećanje indeksa potrošačkih cijena na godišnjoj razini iznosilo 10,8 posto.
