Rusija planira otvoriti novu pomorsku bazu u odmetnutoj gruzijskoj pokrajini Abhaziji, na Crnom moru, rekao je čelnik te paradržavne tvorevine Aslan Bžanija, piše ruski portal vesti.ru pozivajući se na informacije "s terena".

No, to je, kako navodi portal comments.ua, obznanio osobno "predsjednik" tvorevine koju je Rusija priznala 2008. godine kao neovisnu državu Aslan Bžanija. Samoproglašeni predsjednik govorio je o novom sporazumu s Rusijom u crnomorskom gradiću Očamčire, nedaleko od "granice" s Gruzijom od koje su se nakon rata 1992. godine odvojili.

"Potpisali smo sporazum i u bliskoj budućnosti bit će sagrađena stalna baza ruske mornarice na području Očamčire", rekao je Bžanija. Luku Očamčire još od 1996. koristi ruska mornarica i tamo se, prema pisanju i ruskih i gruzijskih medija, stalno nalaze "ruski vojni brodovi ", ali sada bi, čini se, Rusija tamo sagradila bazu za prijem puno većih i jačih brodova. To ne čudi jer zbog rata u Ukrajini, koji se sve više širi i na Krim, Rusima treba "sigurnije sklonište" za njihovu ranjivu mornaricu. Rusija očito ozbiljno razmatra mogućnost "disperziranja" Crnomorske flote s Krima u druge luke.

Uz to, već ima jednu bazu na samoj "granici" s Abhazijom, a nije na odmet reći da je krajem kolovoza, dakle prije nešto više od mjesec dana, ruski ambasador u Abhaziji Mihail Šurgalin, kako je tada navela prorežimska agencija RIA novosti, naglasio da "Rusija ne namjerava otvoriti novu bazu u Abhaziji" jer je "ova postojeća sasvim dovoljna". Radi se o tzv. Sedmoj vojnoj bazi Ruske vojske.

U Abhaziji se nalazi oko četiri tisuće ruskih vojnika i posjeduju protuzračne i protuoklopne sustave. No, čini se da su se stvari, zbog situacije na ratištu u Ukrajini, ipak u ovih mjesec i nešto dana promijenile. Ruska Crnomorska flota, koja na Krimu ima svoje sjedište, već je nekoliko puta bila meta napada ukrajinske vojske te je dio brodova, ali i zapovjednih zgrada, uništen u tim napadima. Zato je Rusija već dio svog ratnog brodovlja prebacila u Novorosijsk i Soči, a sada su očito bacili oko i na crnomorsku obalu Abhazije.

Konačno, Abhazija je paradržavna tvorevina koja u potpunosti ovisi o Rusiji, a gotovo 90 posto stanovnika ima rusko državljanstvo. Aslan Bžanija objasnio je da će stvaranje nove ruske vojne baze povećati obrambenu moć Abhazije, ali i Rusije u regiji.

Rusija je dvije odmetnute gruzijske pokrajine, Abhaziju i Južnu Osetiju, priznala nakon kratkotrajnog rata s Gruzijom 2008. godine kada su gruzijske snage pokušale vratiti Osetiju pod državnopravni suverenitet Gruzije. Podsjetimo da je nedavno jedan od najbližih suradnika Vladimira Putina i jedan od najžešćih ruskih ratnohuškačkih jastreba Dmitrij Medvedev govorio o "spremnosti Rusije da pripoji Abhaziju i Južnu Osetiju", a Moskva je već nekoliko puta odgodila najavljene referendume u Južnoj Osetiji o pripajanju Rusiji. No, očito je da je "odluka" o aneksiji tih dviju odmetnutih pokrajina u planovima Kremlja.

Rusija planira otvoriti novu pomorsku bazu u odmetnutoj gruzijskoj pokrajini Abhaziji, na Crnom moru, rekao je čelnik te paradržavne tvorevine Aslan Bžanija, piše ruski portal vesti.ru pozivajući se na informacije "s terena".

No, to je, kako navodi portal comments.ua, obznanio osobno "predsjednik" tvorevine koju je Rusija priznala 2008. godine kao neovisnu državu Aslan Bžanija. Samoproglašeni predsjednik govorio je o novom sporazumu s Rusijom u crnomorskom gradiću Očamčire, nedaleko od "granice" s Gruzijom od koje su se nakon rata 1992. godine odvojili.

"Potpisali smo sporazum i u bliskoj budućnosti bit će sagrađena stalna baza ruske mornarice na području Očamčire", rekao je Bžanija. Luku Očamčire još od 1996. koristi ruska mornarica i tamo se, prema pisanju i ruskih i gruzijskih medija, stalno nalaze "ruski vojni brodovi ", ali sada bi, čini se, Rusija tamo sagradila bazu za prijem puno većih i jačih brodova. To ne čudi jer zbog rata u Ukrajini, koji se sve više širi i na Krim, Rusima treba "sigurnije sklonište" za njihovu ranjivu mornaricu. Rusija očito ozbiljno razmatra mogućnost "disperziranja" Crnomorske flote s Krima u druge luke.

Uz to, već ima jednu bazu na samoj "granici" s Abhazijom, a nije na odmet reći da je krajem kolovoza, dakle prije nešto više od mjesec dana, ruski ambasador u Abhaziji Mihail Šurgalin, kako je tada navela prorežimska agencija RIA novosti, naglasio da "Rusija ne namjerava otvoriti novu bazu u Abhaziji" jer je "ova postojeća sasvim dovoljna". Radi se o tzv. Sedmoj vojnoj bazi Ruske vojske.

U Abhaziji se nalazi oko četiri tisuće ruskih vojnika i posjeduju protuzračne i protuoklopne sustave. No, čini se da su se stvari, zbog situacije na ratištu u Ukrajini, ipak u ovih mjesec i nešto dana promijenile. Ruska Crnomorska flota, koja na Krimu ima svoje sjedište, već je nekoliko puta bila meta napada ukrajinske vojske te je dio brodova, ali i zapovjednih zgrada, uništen u tim napadima. Zato je Rusija već dio svog ratnog brodovlja prebacila u Novorosijsk i Soči, a sada su očito bacili oko i na crnomorsku obalu Abhazije.

Konačno, Abhazija je paradržavna tvorevina koja u potpunosti ovisi o Rusiji, a gotovo 90 posto stanovnika ima rusko državljanstvo. Aslan Bžanija objasnio je da će stvaranje nove ruske vojne baze povećati obrambenu moć Abhazije, ali i Rusije u regiji.

Rusija je dvije odmetnute gruzijske pokrajine, Abhaziju i Južnu Osetiju, priznala nakon kratkotrajnog rata s Gruzijom 2008. godine kada su gruzijske snage pokušale vratiti Osetiju pod državnopravni suverenitet Gruzije. Podsjetimo da je nedavno jedan od najbližih suradnika Vladimira Putina i jedan od najžešćih ruskih ratnohuškačkih jastreba Dmitrij Medvedev govorio o "spremnosti Rusije da pripoji Abhaziju i Južnu Osetiju", a Moskva je već nekoliko puta odgodila najavljene referendume u Južnoj Osetiji o pripajanju Rusiji. No, očito je da je "odluka" o aneksiji tih dviju odmetnutih pokrajina u planovima Kremlja.
