Za manje od mjesec dana, 26. rujna, navršit će se dvije godine od havarije broda Bourbon Rhode u kojoj je stradao hrvatski pomorac, kapetan Dino Miškić. Unatoč višetjednoj potrazi, njegovo tijelo nije pronađeno, a među preživjelima je Ukrajinac Sergej Nikolov koji je progovorio o nesreći i sudskim putem zatražio odštetu od kompanije Bourbon Offshore jer smatra da je brod bio u prelošem stanju da bi uopće isplovio. Spor je dobio jer je sud utvrdio da kompanija nije osigurala adekvatne uvjete za rad, donosi Jutarnji. 

Bio je član posade broda pod francuskom zastavom. Brod je, prema riječima mornara, bio jako istrošen i trebalo ga je popraviti. Ipak, krenuo je na putovanje prema Atlantiku. Dolazila je oluja.

- Kasnije smo bili obaviješteni da nas uragan pogađa. Nismo još točno znali koja kategorija i koja snaga. No već 25. rujna bilo je jasno da se radi o vrlo jakom uraganu, noću je počeo užasno tući. U prvim satima oluje poplavljena je strojarnica, najvažniji dio svakog plovila. Čuo sam da je bilo signala iz strojarnice da je bilo nekih problema. Kapetan, koji je također već bio na mostu, poslao me u strojarnicu, već je bila, da tako kažem, u vodi i nakon četiri sata brod je potonuo - otkrio je Nikolov, javlja ukrajinski Grad.

Samo pet od 14 članova posade uspjelo se evakuirati u splav za spašavanje. No, dok su plutali na splavi, dvojica od njih pet su poginula. Ostale su tri iscrpljene i dehidrirane osobe...

- U početku nas je bilo 5 koji smo tamo stigli, nakon 2-3 sata bilo nas je troje. To je trajalo oko dva dana, takva borba bez snage, bez vode, bez hrane. Jedini put kad smo uspjeli popiti vodu bio je drugi dan, noć, počela je vrlo jaka kiša, pokušali smo popiti malo kišnice - kaže.

Vojska ih je spasila i odvela na otok Martinique.

- Pružena nam je sva moguća pomoć, tu su nas, naravno, tretirali na potpuno drugačiji način, dobili smo titulu Heroji Atlantika, jer smo prvi koji smo takvo što preživjeli. No, po povratku kući sve se dramatično promijenilo - kaže Nikolov.

Mjesec dana kasnije, Sergej se vratio u Ukrajinu. I započeo je borbu za dobivanje novčane naknade, koja je određena prema ugovoru. Kako bi dokazao svoja prava, Sergej je bio prisiljen dvije godine tražiti potvrdu da je brod u lošem stanju, iako su brodovlasnici bili toga svjesni.

Kao rezultat toga, dobio je odštetu, ali to mu je oduzelo dvije godine života. Budući da je Sergej Nikolov izgubio radnu sposobnost, više ne može na more, ali spreman je pomoći drugim mornarima u teškim situacijama, zaključuje portal Grad.

Ne navodi se točan iznos odštete koju je primio, no mediji su ranije izvješvatali kako im je kompanija ponudila po četiri tisuće dolara odštete. Čudom preživjeli mornar to je shvatio kao mizeriju i odlučio tužiti tvrtku te dobio spor, donosi Jutarnji.

Za manje od mjesec dana, 26. rujna, navršit će se dvije godine od havarije broda Bourbon Rhode u kojoj je stradao hrvatski pomorac, kapetan Dino Miškić. Unatoč višetjednoj potrazi, njegovo tijelo nije pronađeno, a među preživjelima je Ukrajinac Sergej Nikolov koji je progovorio o nesreći i sudskim putem zatražio odštetu od kompanije Bourbon Offshore jer smatra da je brod bio u prelošem stanju da bi uopće isplovio. Spor je dobio jer je sud utvrdio da kompanija nije osigurala adekvatne uvjete za rad, donosi Jutarnji. 

Bio je član posade broda pod francuskom zastavom. Brod je, prema riječima mornara, bio jako istrošen i trebalo ga je popraviti. Ipak, krenuo je na putovanje prema Atlantiku. Dolazila je oluja.

- Kasnije smo bili obaviješteni da nas uragan pogađa. Nismo još točno znali koja kategorija i koja snaga. No već 25. rujna bilo je jasno da se radi o vrlo jakom uraganu, noću je počeo užasno tući. U prvim satima oluje poplavljena je strojarnica, najvažniji dio svakog plovila. Čuo sam da je bilo signala iz strojarnice da je bilo nekih problema. Kapetan, koji je također već bio na mostu, poslao me u strojarnicu, već je bila, da tako kažem, u vodi i nakon četiri sata brod je potonuo - otkrio je Nikolov, javlja ukrajinski Grad.

Samo pet od 14 članova posade uspjelo se evakuirati u splav za spašavanje. No, dok su plutali na splavi, dvojica od njih pet su poginula. Ostale su tri iscrpljene i dehidrirane osobe...

- U početku nas je bilo 5 koji smo tamo stigli, nakon 2-3 sata bilo nas je troje. To je trajalo oko dva dana, takva borba bez snage, bez vode, bez hrane. Jedini put kad smo uspjeli popiti vodu bio je drugi dan, noć, počela je vrlo jaka kiša, pokušali smo popiti malo kišnice - kaže.

Vojska ih je spasila i odvela na otok Martinique.

- Pružena nam je sva moguća pomoć, tu su nas, naravno, tretirali na potpuno drugačiji način, dobili smo titulu Heroji Atlantika, jer smo prvi koji smo takvo što preživjeli. No, po povratku kući sve se dramatično promijenilo - kaže Nikolov.

Mjesec dana kasnije, Sergej se vratio u Ukrajinu. I započeo je borbu za dobivanje novčane naknade, koja je određena prema ugovoru. Kako bi dokazao svoja prava, Sergej je bio prisiljen dvije godine tražiti potvrdu da je brod u lošem stanju, iako su brodovlasnici bili toga svjesni.

Kao rezultat toga, dobio je odštetu, ali to mu je oduzelo dvije godine života. Budući da je Sergej Nikolov izgubio radnu sposobnost, više ne može na more, ali spreman je pomoći drugim mornarima u teškim situacijama, zaključuje portal Grad.

Ne navodi se točan iznos odštete koju je primio, no mediji su ranije izvješvatali kako im je kompanija ponudila po četiri tisuće dolara odštete. Čudom preživjeli mornar to je shvatio kao mizeriju i odlučio tužiti tvrtku te dobio spor, donosi Jutarnji.

Mornar s Bourbon Rhodea na kojem je stradao kapetan Dino Miškić na sudu dobio odštetu

Za manje od mjesec dana, 26. rujna, navršit će se dvije godine od havarije broda Bourbon Rhode u kojoj je stradao hrvatski pomorac, kapetan Dino Miškić. Unatoč višetjednoj potrazi, njegovo tijelo nije pronađeno, a među preživjelima je Ukrajinac Sergej Nikolov koji je progovorio o nesreći i sudskim putem zatražio odštetu od kompanije Bourbon Offshore jer smatra da je brod bio u prelošem stanju da bi uopće isplovio. Spor je dobio jer je sud utvrdio da kompanija nije osigurala adekvatne uvjete za rad, donosi Jutarnji. 

Bio je član posade broda pod francuskom zastavom. Brod je, prema riječima mornara, bio jako istrošen i trebalo ga je popraviti. Ipak, krenuo je na putovanje prema Atlantiku. Dolazila je oluja.

- Kasnije smo bili obaviješteni da nas uragan pogađa. Nismo još točno znali koja kategorija i koja snaga. No već 25. rujna bilo je jasno da se radi o vrlo jakom uraganu, noću je počeo užasno tući. U prvim satima oluje poplavljena je strojarnica, najvažniji dio svakog plovila. Čuo sam da je bilo signala iz strojarnice da je bilo nekih problema. Kapetan, koji je također već bio na mostu, poslao me u strojarnicu, već je bila, da tako kažem, u vodi i nakon četiri sata brod je potonuo - otkrio je Nikolov, javlja ukrajinski Grad.

Samo pet od 14 članova posade uspjelo se evakuirati u splav za spašavanje. No, dok su plutali na splavi, dvojica od njih pet su poginula. Ostale su tri iscrpljene i dehidrirane osobe...

- U početku nas je bilo 5 koji smo tamo stigli, nakon 2-3 sata bilo nas je troje. To je trajalo oko dva dana, takva borba bez snage, bez vode, bez hrane. Jedini put kad smo uspjeli popiti vodu bio je drugi dan, noć, počela je vrlo jaka kiša, pokušali smo popiti malo kišnice - kaže.

Vojska ih je spasila i odvela na otok Martinique.

- Pružena nam je sva moguća pomoć, tu su nas, naravno, tretirali na potpuno drugačiji način, dobili smo titulu Heroji Atlantika, jer smo prvi koji smo takvo što preživjeli. No, po povratku kući sve se dramatično promijenilo - kaže Nikolov.

Mjesec dana kasnije, Sergej se vratio u Ukrajinu. I započeo je borbu za dobivanje novčane naknade, koja je određena prema ugovoru. Kako bi dokazao svoja prava, Sergej je bio prisiljen dvije godine tražiti potvrdu da je brod u lošem stanju, iako su brodovlasnici bili toga svjesni.

Kao rezultat toga, dobio je odštetu, ali to mu je oduzelo dvije godine života. Budući da je Sergej Nikolov izgubio radnu sposobnost, više ne može na more, ali spreman je pomoći drugim mornarima u teškim situacijama, zaključuje portal Grad.

Ne navodi se točan iznos odštete koju je primio, no mediji su ranije izvješvatali kako im je kompanija ponudila po četiri tisuće dolara odštete. Čudom preživjeli mornar to je shvatio kao mizeriju i odlučio tužiti tvrtku te dobio spor, donosi Jutarnji.
