Opekline su najčešći uzroci ozljeda u djece a u Hrvatskoj se od opeklina liječi više od 3000 djece, ističe Zoran Barčot, specijalist dječje kirurgije u Klinici za dječje bolesti Zagreb u povodu Međunarodnog dana svjesnosti o opeklinama u djece.


Oko 250-ero djece zbog liječenja opeklina bude hospitalizirano, prosječno četvero smrtno strada a 11 ima tešku tjelesnu ozljedu, ističe Barčot i dodaje kako su opeklinama naročito podložna mala djeca.


Liječenje djece s teškim opeklinama često zahtjeva brojne operacijske zahvate i dugotrajne boravke u bolnici, što rezultira funkcionalnim i estetskim posljedicama te narušava mentalno zdravlje djeteta i čitave obitelji. Opekline kod djece nastaju od naizgled bezazlenih situacija u roditeljskom domu do stradanja strujom visokog napona.

Dječaci su dvostruko više zastupljeni od djevojčica, a najveći dio djece s težim opeklinama hospitalizira se u Referentom centru za traumatizam Ministarstva zdravstva u Klinici za dječje bolesti Zagreb.


Preventivni program Klinike za dječju kirurgiju i Referentni centar dio su europskog projekta započetog od strane njemačke europske udruge "Paulinchen" koja 13 godina ukazuje na opasnosti od opeklinskih ozljeda.


Uz podršku Hrvatskog pedijatrijskog društva, putem javnih kampanja na Međunarodni dan svjesnosti o opeklinama u djece želi se osvijestiti javnost na visoku stopu opeklinskih ozljeda kod djece kao i na moguću prevenciju.

Opekline su najčešći uzroci ozljeda u djece a u Hrvatskoj se od opeklina liječi više od 3000 djece, ističe Zoran Barčot, specijalist dječje kirurgije u Klinici za dječje bolesti Zagreb u povodu Međunarodnog dana svjesnosti o opeklinama u djece.


Oko 250-ero djece zbog liječenja opeklina bude hospitalizirano, prosječno četvero smrtno strada a 11 ima tešku tjelesnu ozljedu, ističe Barčot i dodaje kako su opeklinama naročito podložna mala djeca.


Liječenje djece s teškim opeklinama često zahtjeva brojne operacijske zahvate i dugotrajne boravke u bolnici, što rezultira funkcionalnim i estetskim posljedicama te narušava mentalno zdravlje djeteta i čitave obitelji. Opekline kod djece nastaju od naizgled bezazlenih situacija u roditeljskom domu do stradanja strujom visokog napona.

Dječaci su dvostruko više zastupljeni od djevojčica, a najveći dio djece s težim opeklinama hospitalizira se u Referentom centru za traumatizam Ministarstva zdravstva u Klinici za dječje bolesti Zagreb.


Preventivni program Klinike za dječju kirurgiju i Referentni centar dio su europskog projekta započetog od strane njemačke europske udruge "Paulinchen" koja 13 godina ukazuje na opasnosti od opeklinskih ozljeda.


Uz podršku Hrvatskog pedijatrijskog društva, putem javnih kampanja na Međunarodni dan svjesnosti o opeklinama u djece želi se osvijestiti javnost na visoku stopu opeklinskih ozljeda kod djece kao i na moguću prevenciju.

Opekline su najčešći uzroci ozljeda u djece a u Hrvatskoj se od opeklina liječi više od 3000 djece, ističe Zoran Barčot, specijalist dječje kirurgije u Klinici za dječje bolesti Zagreb u povodu Međunarodnog dana svjesnosti o opeklinama u djece.


Oko 250-ero djece zbog liječenja opeklina bude hospitalizirano, prosječno četvero smrtno strada a 11 ima tešku tjelesnu ozljedu, ističe Barčot i dodaje kako su opeklinama naročito podložna mala djeca.


Liječenje djece s teškim opeklinama često zahtjeva brojne operacijske zahvate i dugotrajne boravke u bolnici, što rezultira funkcionalnim i estetskim posljedicama te narušava mentalno zdravlje djeteta i čitave obitelji. Opekline kod djece nastaju od naizgled bezazlenih situacija u roditeljskom domu do stradanja strujom visokog napona.

Dječaci su dvostruko više zastupljeni od djevojčica, a najveći dio djece s težim opeklinama hospitalizira se u Referentom centru za traumatizam Ministarstva zdravstva u Klinici za dječje bolesti Zagreb.


Preventivni program Klinike za dječju kirurgiju i Referentni centar dio su europskog projekta započetog od strane njemačke europske udruge "Paulinchen" koja 13 godina ukazuje na opasnosti od opeklinskih ozljeda.


Uz podršku Hrvatskog pedijatrijskog društva, putem javnih kampanja na Međunarodni dan svjesnosti o opeklinama u djece želi se osvijestiti javnost na visoku stopu opeklinskih ozljeda kod djece kao i na moguću prevenciju.
