Europska komisija je u ponedjeljak predložila uredbu kojoj je cilj povećati transparentnost u području kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja, koje čini četvrtinu ukupnog turističkog smještaja u EU-u.

"Sektor kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja potaknut je ekonomijom platformi, ali se ne razvija dovoljno transparentno. Ovim prijedlogom olakšavamo iznajmljivačima i platformama, velikim ili malim, da doprinesu većoj transparentnosti u sektoru", izjavila je izvršna potpredsjednica Komisije Margrethe Vestager.

Digitalne platforme poput booking.coma ili Airbnba bilježi veliki uspjeh, ali donose i probleme za lokalne zajednice, a jedan od njih je nedostatak stanova za dugoročno iznajmljivanje po pristupačnim cijenama.

Prijedlog uredbe za povećanje transparentnosti u području kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja trebao bi pomoći javnim tijelima da osiguraju uravnotežen razvoj te djelatnosti kao dijela održivog turističkog sektora.

Novim pravilima trebalo bi se poboljšati prikupljanje i razmjena podataka od iznajmljivača i internetskih platformi. To bi onda trebalo poslužiti kao temelj za djelotvorne i razmjerne lokalne politike kojima će se obuhvatiti i prilike i poteškoće povezane sa sektorom kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja.

Nova uredba trebala bi riješiti i trenutačnu rascjepkanost načina na koje internetske platforme razmjenjuju podatke te pomoći u sprječavanju nezakonitih ponuda smještajnih jedinica.

Jedna od glavnih odredbi novog zakonskog prijedloga jest usklađivanje zahtjeva za registraciju iznajmljivača i njihovih nekretnina za kratkoročno iznajmljivanje. Sustavi registracije morat će biti u potpunosti dostupni na internetu i prilagođeni korisnicima, trebao bi biti propisan sličan skup relevantnih informacija o iznajmljivačima i njihovim nekretninama. Iznajmljivači bi trebali dobiti jedinstven registracijski broj.

"Kratkoročni najam smještaja donosi koristi za iznajmljivače, turiste i turistički ekosustav, ali ne bi trebao rasti na račun lokalnih zajednica. Današnji prijedlog osigurat će da lokalne vlasti imaju podatke koji su im potrebni za podršku održivom sektoru kratkoročnog najma, za borbu protiv nezakonitih iznajmljivanja i pridonijeti uravnoteženom turističkom ekosustavu", rekao je povjerenik za unutarnje tržište Thierry Breton.

Europska komisija je u ponedjeljak predložila uredbu kojoj je cilj povećati transparentnost u području kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja, koje čini četvrtinu ukupnog turističkog smještaja u EU-u.

"Sektor kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja potaknut je ekonomijom platformi, ali se ne razvija dovoljno transparentno. Ovim prijedlogom olakšavamo iznajmljivačima i platformama, velikim ili malim, da doprinesu većoj transparentnosti u sektoru", izjavila je izvršna potpredsjednica Komisije Margrethe Vestager.

Digitalne platforme poput booking.coma ili Airbnba bilježi veliki uspjeh, ali donose i probleme za lokalne zajednice, a jedan od njih je nedostatak stanova za dugoročno iznajmljivanje po pristupačnim cijenama.

Prijedlog uredbe za povećanje transparentnosti u području kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja trebao bi pomoći javnim tijelima da osiguraju uravnotežen razvoj te djelatnosti kao dijela održivog turističkog sektora.

Novim pravilima trebalo bi se poboljšati prikupljanje i razmjena podataka od iznajmljivača i internetskih platformi. To bi onda trebalo poslužiti kao temelj za djelotvorne i razmjerne lokalne politike kojima će se obuhvatiti i prilike i poteškoće povezane sa sektorom kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja.

Nova uredba trebala bi riješiti i trenutačnu rascjepkanost načina na koje internetske platforme razmjenjuju podatke te pomoći u sprječavanju nezakonitih ponuda smještajnih jedinica.

Jedna od glavnih odredbi novog zakonskog prijedloga jest usklađivanje zahtjeva za registraciju iznajmljivača i njihovih nekretnina za kratkoročno iznajmljivanje. Sustavi registracije morat će biti u potpunosti dostupni na internetu i prilagođeni korisnicima, trebao bi biti propisan sličan skup relevantnih informacija o iznajmljivačima i njihovim nekretninama. Iznajmljivači bi trebali dobiti jedinstven registracijski broj.

Europska komisija je u ponedjeljak predložila uredbu kojoj je cilj povećati transparentnost u području kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja, koje čini četvrtinu ukupnog turističkog smještaja u EU-u.

"Sektor kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja potaknut je ekonomijom platformi, ali se ne razvija dovoljno transparentno. Ovim prijedlogom olakšavamo iznajmljivačima i platformama, velikim ili malim, da doprinesu većoj transparentnosti u sektoru", izjavila je izvršna potpredsjednica Komisije Margrethe Vestager.

Digitalne platforme poput booking.coma ili Airbnba bilježi veliki uspjeh, ali donose i probleme za lokalne zajednice, a jedan od njih je nedostatak stanova za dugoročno iznajmljivanje po pristupačnim cijenama.

Prijedlog uredbe za povećanje transparentnosti u području kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja smještaja trebao bi pomoći javnim tijelima da osiguraju uravnotežen razvoj te djelatnosti kao dijela održivog turističkog sektora.

Novim pravilima trebalo bi se poboljšati prikupljanje i razmjena podataka od iznajmljivača i internetskih platformi. To bi onda trebalo poslužiti kao temelj za djelotvorne i razmjerne lokalne politike kojima će se obuhvatiti i prilike i poteškoće povezane sa sektorom kratkoročnog iznajmljivanja.

Nova uredba trebala bi riješiti i trenutačnu rascjepkanost načina na koje internetske platforme razmjenjuju podatke te pomoći u sprječavanju nezakonitih ponuda smještajnih jedinica.

Jedna od glavnih odredbi novog zakonskog prijedloga jest usklađivanje zahtjeva za registraciju iznajmljivača i njihovih nekretnina za kratkoročno iznajmljivanje. Sustavi registracije morat će biti u potpunosti dostupni na internetu i prilagođeni korisnicima, trebao bi biti propisan sličan skup relevantnih informacija o iznajmljivačima i njihovim nekretninama. Iznajmljivači bi trebali dobiti jedinstven registracijski broj.
