U palači Ranjina održan je sastanak o razvoju cikloturizama u Dubrovačko- neretvanskoj županiji. Na sastanku su, osim predstavnika Županije, bili i predstavnici turističkih zajednica, biciklističkih klubova i potpornih institucija. Raspravljalo se o objedinjenim aktivnostima na razvoju cikloturizma kako bi se ova ponuda dodatno unaprijedila.

Prisutnima je prezentiran projekt MIMOSA koji je sufinanciran iz programa Interreg Italija – Hrvatska 2014. – 2020. Iz ovog projekta je izrađen Operativni plan razvoja cikloturizma, a u tijeku je postavljanje biciklističke infrastrukture i izrada web stranice koja će biti nova županijska platforma za razvoj i prezentaciju cikloturizma.

'Značaj europskih sredstava za razvoj infrastrukture u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji je velik, a to pokazuje i ovaj projekt koji je jedan u nizu onih koji se realiziraju iz programa prekogranične suradnje Hrvatske i Italije. Upravo zato smatram izuzetno važnim provoditi ovakve projekte, naše investicije i podizati standarde u svim segmentima našeg rada i na korist stanovnika i posjetitelja naše županije', istaknuo je uvodno zamjenik župana Joško Cebalo.

Na području Županije djeluju tri biciklistička kluba: BK Konavle, BK Relaks i BK Metković koji aktivno promiču biciklizam, organiziraju biciklistička događanja i rade na uspostavi biciklističkih ruta i staza. Turističke zajednice su, također, kreirale cikloturističke sadržaje, i to na području Neretve, na Korčule i Pelješca. Zadatak Županije je potaknuti aktivnosti i ravnomjeran razvoj na cijelom području. Potrebno je uspostaviti što više kvalitetnih i sadržajnih biciklističkih ruta kako bi ih lokalno stanovništvo i specijalizirane turističke agencije mogle koristiti. Na sastanku je naglašeno da je potrebno osmisliti jedinstveni naziv i vizual objedinjene županijske platforme za razvoj i prezentaciju cikloturizma. Dogovoreno je i da će se, u cilju dodatne promocije cikloturizma, na jesen nastojati zajedničkim snagama organizirati promotivno županijsko biciklističko događanje.

Zbog bolje suradnje i kvalitetnijeg pristupa, Županija osniva Radnu grupu za razvoj biciklizma i cikloturizma koja će biti savjetodavno tijelo koje će periodično analizirati stanje i predlagati aktivnosti na daljnjem razvoju cikloturizma.

'Očekujemo da ćemo svim ovim aktivnostima zajednički doprinijeti sustavnom razvoju cikloturizma kao jednog od najbrže rastućih oblika turističke aktivnosti', zaključio je pročelnik Upravnog odjela za poduzetništvo, turizam i more Ivo Klaić.

U palači Ranjina održan je sastanak o razvoju cikloturizama u Dubrovačko- neretvanskoj županiji. Na sastanku su, osim predstavnika Županije, bili i predstavnici turističkih zajednica, biciklističkih klubova i potpornih institucija. Raspravljalo se o objedinjenim aktivnostima na razvoju cikloturizma kako bi se ova ponuda dodatno unaprijedila.

Prisutnima je prezentiran projekt MIMOSA koji je sufinanciran iz programa Interreg Italija – Hrvatska 2014. – 2020. Iz ovog projekta je izrađen Operativni plan razvoja cikloturizma, a u tijeku je postavljanje biciklističke infrastrukture i izrada web stranice koja će biti nova županijska platforma za razvoj i prezentaciju cikloturizma.

'Značaj europskih sredstava za razvoj infrastrukture u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji je velik, a to pokazuje i ovaj projekt koji je jedan u nizu onih koji se realiziraju iz programa prekogranične suradnje Hrvatske i Italije. Upravo zato smatram izuzetno važnim provoditi ovakve projekte, naše investicije i podizati standarde u svim segmentima našeg rada i na korist stanovnika i posjetitelja naše županije', istaknuo je uvodno zamjenik župana Joško Cebalo.

Na području Županije djeluju tri biciklistička kluba: BK Konavle, BK Relaks i BK Metković koji aktivno promiču biciklizam, organiziraju biciklistička događanja i rade na uspostavi biciklističkih ruta i staza. Turističke zajednice su, također, kreirale cikloturističke sadržaje, i to na području Neretve, na Korčule i Pelješca. Zadatak Županije je potaknuti aktivnosti i ravnomjeran razvoj na cijelom području. Potrebno je uspostaviti što više kvalitetnih i sadržajnih biciklističkih ruta kako bi ih lokalno stanovništvo i specijalizirane turističke agencije mogle koristiti. Na sastanku je naglašeno da je potrebno osmisliti jedinstveni naziv i vizual objedinjene županijske platforme za razvoj i prezentaciju cikloturizma. Dogovoreno je i da će se, u cilju dodatne promocije cikloturizma, na jesen nastojati zajedničkim snagama organizirati promotivno županijsko biciklističko događanje.

Zbog bolje suradnje i kvalitetnijeg pristupa, Županija osniva Radnu grupu za razvoj biciklizma i cikloturizma koja će biti savjetodavno tijelo koje će periodično analizirati stanje i predlagati aktivnosti na daljnjem razvoju cikloturizma.

Kakav je daljnji razvoj cikloturizma u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji? Upravo se o tome danas govorilo u palači Ranjina, osniva se posebna Radna grupa za razvoj biciklizma i cikloturizma

U palači Ranjina održan je sastanak o razvoju cikloturizama u Dubrovačko- neretvanskoj županiji. Na sastanku su, osim predstavnika Županije, bili i predstavnici turističkih zajednica, biciklističkih klubova i potpornih institucija. Raspravljalo se o objedinjenim aktivnostima na razvoju cikloturizma kako bi se ova ponuda dodatno unaprijedila.

Prisutnima je prezentiran projekt MIMOSA koji je sufinanciran iz programa Interreg Italija – Hrvatska 2014. – 2020. Iz ovog projekta je izrađen Operativni plan razvoja cikloturizma, a u tijeku je postavljanje biciklističke infrastrukture i izrada web stranice koja će biti nova županijska platforma za razvoj i prezentaciju cikloturizma.

'Značaj europskih sredstava za razvoj infrastrukture u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji je velik, a to pokazuje i ovaj projekt koji je jedan u nizu onih koji se realiziraju iz programa prekogranične suradnje Hrvatske i Italije. Upravo zato smatram izuzetno važnim provoditi ovakve projekte, naše investicije i podizati standarde u svim segmentima našeg rada i na korist stanovnika i posjetitelja naše županije', istaknuo je uvodno zamjenik župana Joško Cebalo.

Na području Županije djeluju tri biciklistička kluba: BK Konavle, BK Relaks i BK Metković koji aktivno promiču biciklizam, organiziraju biciklistička događanja i rade na uspostavi biciklističkih ruta i staza. Turističke zajednice su, također, kreirale cikloturističke sadržaje, i to na području Neretve, na Korčule i Pelješca. Zadatak Županije je potaknuti aktivnosti i ravnomjeran razvoj na cijelom području. Potrebno je uspostaviti što više kvalitetnih i sadržajnih biciklističkih ruta kako bi ih lokalno stanovništvo i specijalizirane turističke agencije mogle koristiti. Na sastanku je naglašeno da je potrebno osmisliti jedinstveni naziv i vizual objedinjene županijske platforme za razvoj i prezentaciju cikloturizma. Dogovoreno je i da će se, u cilju dodatne promocije cikloturizma, na jesen nastojati zajedničkim snagama organizirati promotivno županijsko biciklističko događanje.
