Tom prigodom je, nakon okončanja značajnog infrastrukturnog projekta i završne konferencije o rekonstrukciji Lapadske obale, gradonačelnik obznanio i podatak o poboljšanju prometne povezanosti s inozemstvom i uspostavi nove avionske linije prometne:- Mislim da nije problem učestalosti avioveza s Zagrebom jer imamo najmanje tri dnevne linije, zimi katkad dvije, ali su većinom tri a ljeti i češće. Ne možemo uticati na pitanje cijene jer je to isključivo komercijalna stvar avioprijevoznika: Grad Dubrovnik je, svojedobno, pokušao nešto postići kroz subvencije aviokarata, ali mislim da nismo postigli ništa iako smo za subvencije avioprijevoza isplatili ukupno 12 milijuna kuna! A je li pala cijena karte- nije, zapravo je porasla za iznos subvencije!

To je pitanja tržišta, odnosno ponude i potražnje, ali me raduje da je u Dubrovnik došao Ryanair koji će mnogima pomrsiti račune. On trenutačno ne može voziti liniju Dubrovnik-Zagreb, ali kroz neko buduće razdoblje vjerujem da će se svi malo više potruditi. Raduje me i da je Ryanair jučer najavio novu liniju koja nam je izuzetno bitna, a prošla je nekako ”ispod radara”. Naime, lani je Jadrolinija smanjila broj polazaka na liniji Dubrovnik-Bari s četiri na jedan polazak. S navedenim je brodom u Dubrovnik iz Barija dolazilo 70 tisuća gostiju, dok je ove godine došlo samo 20 tisuća! No, vezu između dva grada komercijalno isplativom smatra Ryanair koji će nadomjestiti one četiri linije Jadrolinije. Siguran sam da ćemo kroz tu suradnju i politiku Ryanaira produžiti sezonu i osnažiti posezonske dane. Stoga sve čestitke gosparima Maslaću i Šoberu koji su, rekao bih, jedini zaslužni za ovaj uspjeh.

-Grad Dubrovnik ne može utjecati na veći broj linija jer se kroz PSO-ugovor radi o odnosu između Vlade Republike Hrvatske, odnosno resornog Ministarstva prometa s prijevoznikom ”Croatia Airlines”- odgovorio je dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković na novinarski upit može li se grad Dubrovnik, jednako kao što je uspio kod Jadrolinije povećati broj brodskih polazaka, slično angažirati za veći broj avionskih polazaka ka Zagrebu.

Tom prigodom je, nakon okončanja značajnog infrastrukturnog projekta i završne konferencije o rekonstrukciji Lapadske obale, gradonačelnik obznanio i podatak o poboljšanju prometne povezanosti s inozemstvom i uspostavi nove avionske linije prometne:- Mislim da nije problem učestalosti avioveza s Zagrebom jer imamo najmanje tri dnevne linije, zimi katkad dvije, ali su većinom tri a ljeti i češće. Ne možemo uticati na pitanje cijene jer je to isključivo komercijalna stvar avioprijevoznika: Grad Dubrovnik je, svojedobno, pokušao nešto postići kroz subvencije aviokarata, ali mislim da nismo postigli ništa iako smo za subvencije avioprijevoza isplatili ukupno 12 milijuna kuna! A je li pala cijena karte- nije, zapravo je porasla za iznos subvencije!

To je pitanja tržišta, odnosno ponude i potražnje, ali me raduje da je u Dubrovnik došao Ryanair koji će mnogima pomrsiti račune. On trenutačno ne može voziti liniju Dubrovnik-Zagreb, ali kroz neko buduće razdoblje vjerujem da će se svi malo više potruditi. Raduje me i da je Ryanair jučer najavio novu liniju koja nam je izuzetno bitna, a prošla je nekako ”ispod radara”. Naime, lani je Jadrolinija smanjila broj polazaka na liniji Dubrovnik-Bari s četiri na jedan polazak. S navedenim je brodom u Dubrovnik iz Barija dolazilo 70 tisuća gostiju, dok je ove godine došlo samo 20 tisuća! No, vezu između dva grada komercijalno isplativom smatra Ryanair koji će nadomjestiti one četiri linije Jadrolinije. Siguran sam da ćemo kroz tu suradnju i politiku Ryanaira produžiti sezonu i osnažiti posezonske dane. Stoga sve čestitke gosparima Maslaću i Šoberu koji su, rekao bih, jedini zaslužni za ovaj uspjeh.
