Posljednji gospodarski brend Dubrovnika, brodarska kuća Atlantska plovidba odlazi u ‘povijest‘. Naime, simbol dubrovačkog i hrvatskog pomorstva preuzima zadarska Tankerska plovidba kojoj je u srijedu Upravno vijeće Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa) od rješenje kojim se odobrilo a objavljivanje ponude za preuzimanje Atlantske plovidbe iz Dubrovnika. Cijena koju se Tankerska plovidba obvezuje platiti 683.501 redovnih dionica iznosi 53,60 eura po dionici čime sa 39,10 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu društva, postaje najveći dioničar Atlantske plovidbe. Podsjetimo iI prije dokapitalizacije, Tankerska plovidba već je bila vlasnik 6,45 posto dionica AP s pravom glasa.

Cijena od 53 eura po dionici dubrovačke brodarske kuće daleko je od rekordnih godina kada je, primjerice 2006. godina samo jedna dionica vrijedila čak 504 eura. Iako će sa ponuđena 53 eura prvih deset najvećih dioničara profitirati, da se ovaj proces kojim slučajem odvijao prije dvadeset godina, zarada na dionicama Atlantske plovidbe bila bi vrtoglava.

Naime, trenutni najveći pojedinačni vlasnik, Tankerska plovidba Zadar sa 818.563 dionice umjesto 43,4 imala bi većinski udio u dubrovačkom brodaru vrijedan nevjerojatnih 412,5 milijuna eura, drugi najveći pojedinačni dioničar, Igor Bilbija uz 178.452 dionice umjesto trenutno nepunih 9,5 milijuna upisao bi vrijednost od vrtoglavih 89,9 milijuna eura, a Republika Hrvatska sada kao treći najveći dioničar imala bi vrijednost od 52 milijuna umjesto sadašnjih 5,4 milijuna eura. Dionice četvrtog po redu od sedam najvećih dioničara, Duška Vladoviać Relje umjesto tri, te rekordne 2006. godine vrijedile bi 29,4 milijuna eura, a petog, Damira Šmoka umjesto 1,75 milijuna 17 milijuna eura. Sa sedam i pol milijuna eura ‘omastila‘ bi se i OTP banka koja ima 14.903 dionice Atlantske plovidbe trenutno vrijedne nešto manje od 800 tisuća eura, a kapital u ovoj brodarskoj kompaniji sedme po redu dioničarke, Dane Sučić tada bi umjesto 681.000 vrijedio skoro 6,5 milijuna eura.

Inače, Atlantska plovidba nastala je odlukom gradskoga Narodnoga odbora od 27. svibnja 1955. kao ‘pomorsko-saobraćajno poduzeće prekomorske plovidbe‘, a za prvog direktora dubrovačkog brodara koji u tom trenutku nije imao niti jedan, jedini brod imenovan je kapetan Špiro Savin. Nova kompanija prigrlila je ime tvrtke koju je 1922. godine utemeljio poznati dubrovački brodovlasnik. lvo Račić, a koja je prestala postojati 1929. godine. Tijekom raspada bivše države, 1991. godine, Atlantska plovidba većinu brodova, stavila je pod maltešku zastavu da bi već 1994. na brodu Cvijeta Zuzorić podignuta zastava neovisne Republike Hrvatske. Atlantska plovidba bila je i ostala jedini naš brodar duge plovidbe čiji su svi brodovi pod hrvatskom zastavom.

Posljednji gospodarski brend Dubrovnika, brodarska kuća Atlantska plovidba odlazi u ‘povijest‘. Naime, simbol dubrovačkog i hrvatskog pomorstva preuzima zadarska Tankerska plovidba kojoj je u srijedu Upravno vijeće Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa) od rješenje kojim se odobrilo a objavljivanje ponude za preuzimanje Atlantske plovidbe iz Dubrovnika. Cijena koju se Tankerska plovidba obvezuje platiti 683.501 redovnih dionica iznosi 53,60 eura po dionici čime sa 39,10 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu društva, postaje najveći dioničar Atlantske plovidbe. Podsjetimo iI prije dokapitalizacije, Tankerska plovidba već je bila vlasnik 6,45 posto dionica AP s pravom glasa.

Cijena od 53 eura po dionici dubrovačke brodarske kuće daleko je od rekordnih godina kada je, primjerice 2006. godina samo jedna dionica vrijedila čak 504 eura. Iako će sa ponuđena 53 eura prvih deset najvećih dioničara profitirati, da se ovaj proces kojim slučajem odvijao prije dvadeset godina, zarada na dionicama Atlantske plovidbe bila bi vrtoglava.

Naime, trenutni najveći pojedinačni vlasnik, Tankerska plovidba Zadar sa 818.563 dionice umjesto 43,4 imala bi većinski udio u dubrovačkom brodaru vrijedan nevjerojatnih 412,5 milijuna eura, drugi najveći pojedinačni dioničar, Igor Bilbija uz 178.452 dionice umjesto trenutno nepunih 9,5 milijuna upisao bi vrijednost od vrtoglavih 89,9 milijuna eura, a Republika Hrvatska sada kao treći najveći dioničar imala bi vrijednost od 52 milijuna umjesto sadašnjih 5,4 milijuna eura. Dionice četvrtog po redu od sedam najvećih dioničara, Duška Vladoviać Relje umjesto tri, te rekordne 2006. godine vrijedile bi 29,4 milijuna eura, a petog, Damira Šmoka umjesto 1,75 milijuna 17 milijuna eura. Sa sedam i pol milijuna eura ‘omastila‘ bi se i OTP banka koja ima 14.903 dionice Atlantske plovidbe trenutno vrijedne nešto manje od 800 tisuća eura, a kapital u ovoj brodarskoj kompaniji sedme po redu dioničarke, Dane Sučić tada bi umjesto 681.000 vrijedio skoro 6,5 milijuna eura.

Inače, Atlantska plovidba nastala je odlukom gradskoga Narodnoga odbora od 27. svibnja 1955. kao ‘pomorsko-saobraćajno poduzeće prekomorske plovidbe‘, a za prvog direktora dubrovačkog brodara koji u tom trenutku nije imao niti jedan, jedini brod imenovan je kapetan Špiro Savin. Nova kompanija prigrlila je ime tvrtke koju je 1922. godine utemeljio poznati dubrovački brodovlasnik. lvo Račić, a koja je prestala postojati 1929. godine. Tijekom raspada bivše države, 1991. godine, Atlantska plovidba većinu brodova, stavila je pod maltešku zastavu da bi već 1994. na brodu Cvijeta Zuzorić podignuta zastava neovisne Republike Hrvatske. Atlantska plovidba bila je i ostala jedini naš brodar duge plovidbe čiji su svi brodovi pod hrvatskom zastavom.
