Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković potpisao je danas ugovor o gradnji privremenog azila za životinje na području Grabovice, kojim se osigurava smještaj za minimalno 60 životinja, sve sukladno Pravilniku o uvjetima kojima moraju udovoljavati skloništa za životinje. Radi se o izgradnji na kat. čest. 3828/2 k.o. Osojnik, a obuhvaća građevinsko-obrtničke, elektroinstalaterske, radove na montaži fotonaponske elektrane, strojarske te radove vodovoda i odvodnje.
U središnjem dijelu privremenog azila bit će smješteno pet modularnih objekata za osoblje i administraciju, ured, ambulantu, prijem, pregled i njegu životinja, skladište hrane, pranje posuđa i rublja te kontejner za smještaj elektroopreme. Za smještaj pasa predviđeno je sedam modularnih objekata, za smještaj mačaka jedan modularni objekt, za izolaciju odnosno karantenu za pse također jedan te devet bokseva za pse.
Budući da na lokaciji ne postoji infrastruktura za opskrbu električnom energijom i vodom ovim radovima predviđeno je isto osigurati fotonaponskom elektranom s pomoćnim agregatom te spremnikom za pitku vodu s pumpom. Odvodnja otpadnih voda predviđena je biološkim pročistačem i upojnim bunarom. Svaki kontejner za životinje sadrži ugrađenu odvodnu rešetku za redovno pranje i održavanje. Uz ovo je planiran i dodatni prostor za istrčavanje i socijalizaciju pasa.
S obzirom da se zahvat bazira na montažnim elementima moći će se iskoristiti za druge potrebe u trenutku kada se krene s realizacijom azila za životinje, za koji je ishođena pravomoćna građevinska dozvola.
Ugovor za izvođenje radova, vrijedan 380.373,80 eura bez PDV-a, odnosno 475.467,25 s PDV-om, potpisan je s izvođačem Texo gradnja d.o.o., uz rok završetka izvođenja radova 90 dana od dana uvođenja u posao. Izvođač s radovima planira započeti idućeg tjedna.

Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković potpisao je danas ugovor o gradnji privremenog azila za životinje na području Grabovice, kojim se osigurava smještaj za minimalno 60 životinja, sve sukladno Pravilniku o uvjetima kojima moraju udovoljavati skloništa za životinje. Radi se o izgradnji na kat. čest. 3828/2 k.o. Osojnik, a obuhvaća građevinsko-obrtničke, elektroinstalaterske, radove na montaži fotonaponske elektrane, strojarske te radove vodovoda i odvodnje.
U središnjem dijelu privremenog azila bit će smješteno pet modularnih objekata za osoblje i administraciju, ured, ambulantu, prijem, pregled i njegu životinja, skladište hrane, pranje posuđa i rublja te kontejner za smještaj elektroopreme. Za smještaj pasa predviđeno je sedam modularnih objekata, za smještaj mačaka jedan modularni objekt, za izolaciju odnosno karantenu za pse također jedan te devet bokseva za pse.
Budući da na lokaciji ne postoji infrastruktura za opskrbu električnom energijom i vodom ovim radovima predviđeno je isto osigurati fotonaponskom elektranom s pomoćnim agregatom te spremnikom za pitku vodu s pumpom. Odvodnja otpadnih voda predviđena je biološkim pročistačem i upojnim bunarom. Svaki kontejner za životinje sadrži ugrađenu odvodnu rešetku za redovno pranje i održavanje. Uz ovo je planiran i dodatni prostor za istrčavanje i socijalizaciju pasa.
S obzirom da se zahvat bazira na montažnim elementima moći će se iskoristiti za druge potrebe u trenutku kada se krene s realizacijom azila za životinje, za koji je ishođena pravomoćna građevinska dozvola.
Ugovor za izvođenje radova, vrijedan 380.373,80 eura bez PDV-a, odnosno 475.467,25 s PDV-om, potpisan je s izvođačem Texo gradnja d.o.o., uz rok završetka izvođenja radova 90 dana od dana uvođenja u posao. Izvođač s radovima planira započeti idućeg tjedna.
