Zbog osnovane sumnje da je krajem veljače počinio kazneno djelo pokušaja ubojstva u stjecaju s počinjenim kaznenim djelom nanošenja teške tjelesne ozljede, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku suglasio se s prijedlogom dubrovačkog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva te je hrvatskom državljaninu, Ivici J. (56) iz Metkovića odredio istražni zatvor u trajanju od mjesec dana.

Nakon ovog događaja u Gabela, određen je pritvor napadnutom, a ne napadačima, kaže obitelj pritvorenog I.J., te su za portal Bljesak.info ispričali svoju stranu priče. Iako je Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska Republike Hrvatske krajem veljače izvijestila o pokušaju ubojstva u Gabela Polju kod Čapljine, obitelj osumnjičenog 56-godišnjaka I.J. demantira navode o samom događaju koji su izneseni u javnosti. Policija iz Hrvatske je navela kako je I.J. ‘napao‘ dvojicu mladića jer mu je smetala buka. No, taj događaj je kažu iz obitelji za Bljesak.info, bio potpuno drukčiji, te tvrde da to potkrepljuje i snimka koju su snimali njihovi pomagači i odmah je nakon toga postavili na društvene mreže.

-Iza ponoći, moj je suprug izašao vani u dvorište, pošto je bilo bučno. Shvatio je da će to trajati kao i uvijek vikendima, do sitnih jutarnjih sati kako obično biva. Vratio se u kuću i uzeo zvučnik i upalio glazbu, ne bi li se napokon razišli. Tim momcima se to nije svidjelo, jer tko će to njima raditi, pa su odlučili da urade što su učinili. A uradili su to da su se poredali vani preko puta dvorišta sa staklenim bocama i pepeljarama u rukama. Bilo ih je desetak nasuprot njega. Počeli su provocirati, psovati, vrijeđati ne bi li ga prisilili da izađe van dvorišta na cestu. Svo vrijeme su ga gađali bocama, koje su donjeli iz kafića. No kako nisu uspjeli u tome, da ga izmame van dvorišta, počeli su se približavati njemu sve bliže pokušavajući ga pogoditi i zakačiti, da ga obore. Shvativši da će biti napadnut uzeo je prvo što je mogao da se obrani, čekić‘‘, priča supruga od I.J., koja je bila svjedok događaja.

-Usljedio je napad od njih četvorice i od siline bačen je na zemlju. Dobio je udarce po cijelom tijelu, od glave ruku, nogu, stomaka. U toj borbi za život okrznuo je jednog, a drugog pogodio u ruku‘‘, ispričala je supruga o događaju, navodeći kako mu je pokušavala pomoći vičući ‘‘Što to radite, ubit ćete ga‘‘. I sama je dobila ozljede u ruku i nogu, što je i prijavila. ‘‘Na snimci koji su pustili u javnost jasno se čuje kako njihov snimatelj govori "Dosta je dosta". Nakon toga su se povukli na zidić odakle su i krenuli i dalje provocirati nastavak svega. Pitamo se što su ti dobri momci radili u ta doba u nečijem dvorištu i još to snimali. Snimka pokazuje što i gdje‘‘, kaže supruga I.J. Momci su, navodi, bili ‘‘vidno pod utjecajem alkohola‘‘, što se poslje pokazalo točnim, jer su testirani alko-testom. Sve se događalo u dvorištu ‘‘To sve se dešavalo pred našom djecom, u našem dvorištu, obiteljske kuće. Pitamo se što se još treba dogoditi, da se stane u kraj ovakvim stvarima. Pitamo se, zar je zločin, željeti i živjeti u miru? Na to svaki čovjek mora imati pravo‘-, rekla je supruga za Bljesak info.

Zbog osnovane sumnje da je krajem veljače počinio kazneno djelo pokušaja ubojstva u stjecaju s počinjenim kaznenim djelom nanošenja teške tjelesne ozljede, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku suglasio se s prijedlogom dubrovačkog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva te je hrvatskom državljaninu, Ivici J. (56) iz Metkovića odredio istražni zatvor u trajanju od mjesec dana.

Nakon ovog događaja u Gabela, određen je pritvor napadnutom, a ne napadačima, kaže obitelj pritvorenog I.J., te su za portal Bljesak.info ispričali svoju stranu priče. Iako je Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska Republike Hrvatske krajem veljače izvijestila o pokušaju ubojstva u Gabela Polju kod Čapljine, obitelj osumnjičenog 56-godišnjaka I.J. demantira navode o samom događaju koji su izneseni u javnosti. Policija iz Hrvatske je navela kako je I.J. ‘napao‘ dvojicu mladića jer mu je smetala buka. No, taj događaj je kažu iz obitelji za Bljesak.info, bio potpuno drukčiji, te tvrde da to potkrepljuje i snimka koju su snimali njihovi pomagači i odmah je nakon toga postavili na društvene mreže.

-Iza ponoći, moj je suprug izašao vani u dvorište, pošto je bilo bučno. Shvatio je da će to trajati kao i uvijek vikendima, do sitnih jutarnjih sati kako obično biva. Vratio se u kuću i uzeo zvučnik i upalio glazbu, ne bi li se napokon razišli. Tim momcima se to nije svidjelo, jer tko će to njima raditi, pa su odlučili da urade što su učinili. A uradili su to da su se poredali vani preko puta dvorišta sa staklenim bocama i pepeljarama u rukama. Bilo ih je desetak nasuprot njega. Počeli su provocirati, psovati, vrijeđati ne bi li ga prisilili da izađe van dvorišta na cestu. Svo vrijeme su ga gađali bocama, koje su donjeli iz kafića. No kako nisu uspjeli u tome, da ga izmame van dvorišta, počeli su se približavati njemu sve bliže pokušavajući ga pogoditi i zakačiti, da ga obore. Shvativši da će biti napadnut uzeo je prvo što je mogao da se obrani, čekić‘‘, priča supruga od I.J., koja je bila svjedok događaja.

-Usljedio je napad od njih četvorice i od siline bačen je na zemlju. Dobio je udarce po cijelom tijelu, od glave ruku, nogu, stomaka. U toj borbi za život okrznuo je jednog, a drugog pogodio u ruku‘‘, ispričala je supruga o događaju, navodeći kako mu je pokušavala pomoći vičući ‘‘Što to radite, ubit ćete ga‘‘. I sama je dobila ozljede u ruku i nogu, što je i prijavila. ‘‘Na snimci koji su pustili u javnost jasno se čuje kako njihov snimatelj govori "Dosta je dosta". Nakon toga su se povukli na zidić odakle su i krenuli i dalje provocirati nastavak svega. Pitamo se što su ti dobri momci radili u ta doba u nečijem dvorištu i još to snimali. Snimka pokazuje što i gdje‘‘, kaže supruga I.J. Momci su, navodi, bili ‘‘vidno pod utjecajem alkohola‘‘, što se poslje pokazalo točnim, jer su testirani alko-testom. Sve se događalo u dvorištu ‘‘To sve se dešavalo pred našom djecom, u našem dvorištu, obiteljske kuće. Pitamo se što se još treba dogoditi, da se stane u kraj ovakvim stvarima. Incident nedaleko Metkovića ima i svoju drugu stranu priče. Evo što kaže obitelj pritvorenog zbog sumnje u pokušaj ubojstva

Zbog osnovane sumnje da je krajem veljače počinio kazneno djelo pokušaja ubojstva u stjecaju s počinjenim kaznenim djelom nanošenja teške tjelesne ozljede, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku suglasio se s prijedlogom dubrovačkog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva te je hrvatskom državljaninu, Ivici J. (56) iz Metkovića odredio istražni zatvor u trajanju od mjesec dana.

Nakon ovog događaja u Gabela, određen je pritvor napadnutom, a ne napadačima, kaže obitelj pritvorenog I.J., te su za portal Bljesak.info ispričali svoju stranu priče. Iako je Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska Republike Hrvatske krajem veljače izvijestila o pokušaju ubojstva u Gabela Polju kod Čapljine, obitelj osumnjičenog 56-godišnjaka I.J. demantira navode o samom događaju koji su izneseni u javnosti. Policija iz Hrvatske je navela kako je I.J. ‘napao‘ dvojicu mladića jer mu je smetala buka. No, taj događaj je kažu iz obitelji za Bljesak.info, bio potpuno drukčiji, te tvrde da to potkrepljuje i snimka koju su snimali njihovi pomagači i odmah je nakon toga postavili na društvene mreže. 

-Iza ponoći, moj je suprug izašao vani u dvorište, pošto je bilo bučno. Shvatio je da će to trajati kao i uvijek vikendima, do sitnih jutarnjih sati kako obično biva.
