Hrvatski Apoksiomen, poznatog zagrebačkog umjetnika Ante Rašića, stigao je u Muzej suvremene umjetnosti Istre u Puli. Skulptura visoka devet, a široka 2,8 metara, iz koje izvire oko 300 malih ogledala, dio je Rašićeva izložbenog projekta “Umjetnost je lijepa” koji je upravo završio u zagrebačkom Umjetničkom paviljonu, a tijekom Noći muzeja (27. siječnja 2012.) bit će predstavljen u Muzeju suvremene umjetnosti Istre i u “Svetim srcima”.

Rašićev Hrvatski Apoksiomen gigantizirana je replika čuvene antičke (helenističke) skulpture izvučene 1999. godine iz podmorja Vele Orjule, otočića smještenog jugoistočno od otoka Lošinja. Replika je izrađena od armiranog stiropora, a njezinim predimenzioniranjem autor joj je svjesno pridodao nova neomaniristička svojstva, dok intervencija s ogledalima sugerira višeznačnost i slojevitost njezina iščitavanja, istodobno otkrivajući nove i neočekivane korelacije s ambijentom u kojemu je postavljena.

Prostor “Svetih srca” pokazat će potpuno drukčija sagledavanja ove skulpture od onih u Umjetničkom paviljonu, te će još jednom upozoriti na ljepotu ovog prostora, koliko i na monumentalnost i postojanost Rašićeva Apoksiomena, sve u skladu s nazivom izložbe − “Umjetnost je lijepa”. Izložbu Ante Rašića, koja ostaje otvorena do 26. veljače 2012., i ovogodišnju Noć muzeja u Puli zajednički organiziraju Muzej suvremene umjetnosti Istre i Arheološki muzej Istre.

Hrvatski Apoksiomen, poznatog zagrebačkog umjetnika Ante Rašića, stigao je u Muzej suvremene umjetnosti Istre u Puli. Skulptura visoka devet, a široka 2,8 metara, iz koje izvire oko 300 malih ogledala, dio je Rašićeva izložbenog projekta “Umjetnost je lijepa” koji je upravo završio u zagrebačkom Umjetničkom paviljonu, a tijekom Noći muzeja (27. siječnja 2012.) bit će predstavljen u Muzeju suvremene umjetnosti Istre i u “Svetim srcima”.

Rašićev Hrvatski Apoksiomen gigantizirana je replika čuvene antičke (helenističke) skulpture izvučene 1999. godine iz podmorja Vele Orjule, otočića smještenog jugoistočno od otoka Lošinja. Replika je izrađena od armiranog stiropora, a njezinim predimenzioniranjem autor joj je svjesno pridodao nova neomaniristička svojstva, dok intervencija s ogledalima sugerira višeznačnost i slojevitost njezina iščitavanja, istodobno otkrivajući nove i neočekivane korelacije s ambijentom u kojemu je postavljena.

Prostor “Svetih srca” pokazat će potpuno drukčija sagledavanja ove skulpture od onih u Umjetničkom paviljonu, te će još jednom upozoriti na ljepotu ovog prostora, koliko i na monumentalnost i postojanost Rašićeva Apoksiomena, sve u skladu s nazivom izložbe − “Umjetnost je lijepa”. Izložbu Ante Rašića, koja ostaje otvorena do 26. veljače 2012., i ovogodišnju Noć muzeja u Puli zajednički organiziraju Muzej suvremene umjetnosti Istre i Arheološki muzej Istre.
