Postoji li išta bolje od sočne, zrele, domaće breskve? Teško, osim možda recepta za ovaj desert. Tko god ga je isprobao požurio se nabaviti sastojke za novu dozu jer je neodoljivog, punog okusa, kremast, hrskav i osvježavajući, a nije ga teško napraviti niti je skup, posebno usred sezone bresaka. 

Sve što će vam trebati su breskve, med, maslac, sladoled od vanilije i zobene pahuljice. Sve to, u količini koju zahtijeva ovaj recept za dvije osobe možete nabaviti za manje od 30 kuna, posebno ako med i maslac već imate, jer ne treba vam nikakav 'fensi' sladoled, jer okus će mu nadvladati breskve i savršeni umak od karamele.

Ako vam zobene pahuljice ne zvuče dovoljno primamljivo, dodajte im izmrvljene kekse (Pettit Beurre ili slične) ili ih njima potpuno zamijenite, a nećete pogriješiti ni s tanko nasjeckanim bademima. Možete li birati, dajte prednost bagremovom i cvjetnom medu, a svakako izbjegnite kaduljin, jer će njegov ukus predvladati nad ostalima. Želite li, sve skupa možete začiniti s malo cimeta, a nećete pogriješiti ni s kojom kapi ruma ili burbona, no nemojte pretjerati.

Desert spremajte netom prije posluživanja, jer će vrući, kremasti umak brzo otopiti sladoled.  

Vruće breskve s karamelom, hrskavim pahuljicama i sladoledom

2-3 zrele breskve

3-4 žlice meda

3-4  žlice maslaca

2-3 žlice zobenih pahuljica

po želji 3-4 smrvljena keksa 

Najprije ogulite i narežite breskve te izvadite sladoled iz zamrzivača. Zatim na suhoj tavi kratko popržite pahuljice dok malo ne porumene pa im dodajte žlicu maslaca. Ovo je trenutak kad možete dodati kekse ili bajame. Promiješajte dok se ne otopi i lagano zacvrči pa maknite s vatre. Prebacite hrskave pahuljice na plitki tanjur, a tavu očistite od svih mrvica.

 U tavu stavite med i zagrijavajte ga na laganoj vatri dok ne postane potpuno tekući i počne se pjeniti. Dodajte mu preostali maslac i breskve pa pustite da se voće dinsta dok malo ne omekša i pazite da umak ne zagori. 

Maknite s vatre. Izvadite sladoled u zdjelice, na njega složite voće pa ga prelijte karamelom i pospite hrskavim pahuljicama. Uživajte.

Postoji li išta bolje od sočne, zrele, domaće breskve? Teško, osim možda recepta za ovaj desert. Tko god ga je isprobao požurio se nabaviti sastojke za novu dozu jer je neodoljivog, punog okusa, kremast, hrskav i osvježavajući, a nije ga teško napraviti niti je skup, posebno usred sezone bresaka. 

Sve što će vam trebati su breskve, med, maslac, sladoled od vanilije i zobene pahuljice. Sve to, u količini koju zahtijeva ovaj recept za dvije osobe možete nabaviti za manje od 30 kuna, posebno ako med i maslac već imate, jer ne treba vam nikakav 'fensi' sladoled, jer okus će mu nadvladati breskve i savršeni umak od karamele.

Ako vam zobene pahuljice ne zvuče dovoljno primamljivo, dodajte im izmrvljene kekse (Pettit Beurre ili slične) ili ih njima potpuno zamijenite, a nećete pogriješiti ni s tanko nasjeckanim bademima. Možete li birati, dajte prednost bagremovom i cvjetnom medu, a svakako izbjegnite kaduljin, jer će njegov ukus predvladati nad ostalima. Želite li, sve skupa možete začiniti s malo cimeta, a nećete pogriješiti ni s kojom kapi ruma ili burbona, no nemojte pretjerati.

Desert spremajte netom prije posluživanja, jer će vrući, kremasti umak brzo otopiti sladoled.  

Vruće breskve s karamelom, hrskavim pahuljicama i sladoledom

2-3 zrele breskve

3-4 žlice meda

3-4  žlice maslaca

2-3 žlice zobenih pahuljica

po želji 3-4 smrvljena keksa 

Najprije ogulite i narežite breskve te izvadite sladoled iz zamrzivača. Zatim na suhoj tavi kratko popržite pahuljice dok malo ne porumene pa im dodajte žlicu maslaca. Ovo je trenutak kad možete dodati kekse ili bajame. Promiješajte dok se ne otopi i lagano zacvrči pa maknite s vatre. Prebacite hrskave pahuljice na plitki tanjur, a tavu očistite od svih mrvica.

 U tavu stavite med i zagrijavajte ga na laganoj vatri dok ne postane potpuno tekući i počne se pjeniti. Dodajte mu preostali maslac i breskve pa pustite da se voće dinsta dok malo ne omekša i pazite da umak ne zagori. 

Maknite s vatre. Izvadite sladoled u zdjelice, na njega složite voće pa ga prelijte karamelom i pospite hrskavim pahuljicama. Uživajte.
