Moda u kulinarstvu vrlo je slična onoj odjevnoj, svako toliko "uskrsne" recept za neku staru dobru slasticu, koji se malo modificira, dotjera, pametno prezentira i uzletu nema kraja.

Upravo se to u posljednje vrijeme događa s francuskom slasticom "merveilleux" (prijevod "predivni" sve govori), skraćenicom od prvotnog punog naziva "Aux Merveilleux de Fred", koja je nosila naziv po Fredericu Vaucampsu, slastičaru koji je lansirao osamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća.

Maleni sladostrasni zalogaji na dobrom su putu da istisnu dugogodišnju vladavinu raznobojnih "makarona", pojavili su se u hit slastičarnicama Londona, New Yorka i Berlina, a mi vam prenosimo video kako ih napraviti kod kuće i impresionirati svoje goste.



Naravno da su "predivni", odnosno "merveilleux" totalni hit i na Instagramu...

Moda u kulinarstvu vrlo je slična onoj odjevnoj, svako toliko "uskrsne" recept za neku staru dobru slasticu, koji se malo modificira, dotjera, pametno prezentira i uzletu nema kraja.

Upravo se to u posljednje vrijeme događa s francuskom slasticom "merveilleux" (prijevod "predivni" sve govori), skraćenicom od prvotnog punog naziva "Aux Merveilleux de Fred", koja je nosila naziv po Fredericu Vaucampsu, slastičaru koji je lansirao osamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća.

Maleni sladostrasni zalogaji na dobrom su putu da istisnu dugogodišnju vladavinu raznobojnih "makarona", pojavili su se u hit slastičarnicama Londona, New Yorka i Berlina, a mi vam prenosimo video kako ih napraviti kod kuće i impresionirati svoje goste.



Naravno da su "predivni", odnosno "merveilleux" totalni hit i na Instagramu...
