Prema riječima danskih stručnjaka, velika nužda nije tako jednostavna kao što se čini na prvi pogled. Kako kažu, krivo vršenje sa sobom nosi mnoge zdravstvene probleme. Objasnili su i na koje stvari treba obratiti posebnu pozornost.

Zdrava i redovita probava temelj je ljudskog zdravlja jer omogućuje redovito izbacivanje štetnih toksina iz organizma. No, tema pražnjenja crijeva nešto je čime se premalo bavimo iz zdravstvene perspektive, smatraju danski stručnjaci. Prema njima, velike su šanse da najprirodniju stvar na svijetu radite na pogrešan način, piše Blic.

Naime, čak trećina ljudi u tom procesu proizvodi određene pokrete "stiskanja", a to ponekad proizvodi određene zvukove, no to nije nimalo poželjno.

Uglavnom, sve se svodi na pritisak, a taj pritisak se smanjuje kada ispustimo zrak. Stoga ispuštanjem raznih forsiranih zvukova smanjujemo tlak i to nema učinak olakšanja, već suprotno - zaključila je Jean Fallingborg iz Sveučilišne bolnice Aarhus.

Njemačka liječnica Julia Enders u svojoj se novoj knjizi "Charming Digestion" pozabavila problematikom same tehnike defekacije, te tvrdi da navika zapadnjaka da sjede na WC školjci rezultira brojnim zdravstvenim problemima - od hemoroida, zatvora, pretjeranog naprezanja crijeva, pojava analnih fistula i druga stanja, prenosi Blic.

Jednostavna prevencija tome je čučanj, što je najprirodniji položaj za crijeva.

- Oko 1,2 milijarde ljudi diljem svijeta čuči dok defecira, zbog čega imaju značajno manji postotak probavnih problema - rekla je Enders.

Predlaže da se popne na WC školjku i čučne na njoj, a onima kojima to predstavlja problem mogu postići sličan rezultat tako da postave tabure na koji će podići noge ispred školjke i nagnuti se tijelom naprijed na WC školjku. 

Sve do sredine 19. stoljeća ljudi su normalno čučali na podu dok su vršili veliku nuždu, a činilo se da nam moderne zahodske školjke pružaju više udobnosti, ali zapravo donose i više zdravstvenih problema.

Prema riječima danskih stručnjaka, velika nužda nije tako jednostavna kao što se čini na prvi pogled. Kako kažu, krivo vršenje sa sobom nosi mnoge zdravstvene probleme. Objasnili su i na koje stvari treba obratiti posebnu pozornost.

Zdrava i redovita probava temelj je ljudskog zdravlja jer omogućuje redovito izbacivanje štetnih toksina iz organizma. No, tema pražnjenja crijeva nešto je čime se premalo bavimo iz zdravstvene perspektive, smatraju danski stručnjaci. Prema njima, velike su šanse da najprirodniju stvar na svijetu radite na pogrešan način, piše Blic.

Naime, čak trećina ljudi u tom procesu proizvodi određene pokrete "stiskanja", a to ponekad proizvodi određene zvukove, no to nije nimalo poželjno.

Uglavnom, sve se svodi na pritisak, a taj pritisak se smanjuje kada ispustimo zrak. Stoga ispuštanjem raznih forsiranih zvukova smanjujemo tlak i to nema učinak olakšanja, već suprotno - zaključila je Jean Fallingborg iz Sveučilišne bolnice Aarhus.

Njemačka liječnica Julia Enders u svojoj se novoj knjizi "Charming Digestion" pozabavila problematikom same tehnike defekacije, te tvrdi da navika zapadnjaka da sjede na WC školjci rezultira brojnim zdravstvenim problemima - od hemoroida, zatvora, pretjeranog naprezanja crijeva, pojava analnih fistula i druga stanja, prenosi Blic.

Jednostavna prevencija tome je čučanj, što je najprirodniji položaj za crijeva.

- Oko 1,2 milijarde ljudi diljem svijeta čuči dok defecira, zbog čega imaju značajno manji postotak probavnih problema - rekla je Enders.

Predlaže da se popne na WC školjku i čučne na njoj, a onima kojima to predstavlja problem mogu postići sličan rezultat tako da postave tabure na koji će podići noge ispred školjke i nagnuti se tijelom naprijed na WC školjku. 

Sve do sredine 19. stoljeća ljudi su normalno čučali na podu dok su vršili veliku nuždu, a činilo se da nam moderne zahodske školjke pružaju više udobnosti, ali zapravo donose i više zdravstvenih problema.
