Simptomi moždanog udara lako su pamtljivi po kratici FAST (lice, ruka, govor, vrijeme) ili po našem G.R.O.M., u kojoj G znači govor (otežan i nerazumljiv), R znači ruke (jedna ruka je slaba i "pada”), O znači oduzetost (asimetrično lice, jedna strana visi) i M znači minute (svaka je minuta bitna što znači da ODMAH morate pozvati Hitnu pomoć).

Jedan od sedam pacijenata nema niti jedan od simptoma navedenih u ovoj kratici, a koji se najčešće povezuju s ovom bolešću, piše živim.hr.

Moždani udar predstavlja globalnu epidemiju i doživi ga 12,2 milijuna ljudi godišnje, dok ih 6,5 milijuna umre od njegovih posljedica. U Hrvatskoj se moždani udar nalazi na trećem mjestu uzroka smrti muškaraca i žena, a u 2021. od njega je u Hrvatskoj umrlo 5.018 osoba.

Profesor Martin Dennis, stručnjak za moždani udar na Sveučilištu u Edinburghu, kaže da je od ključnog značenja da se osobe koje dožive moždani udar što prije počnu liječiti kako bi se izbjegli daljnji zdravstveni problemi, invaliditet pa čak i smrt.

Iznenadna obamrlost jedne strane tijela

Obamrlost koja zahvaća dlan, ruku, nogu ili dio lica jako je čest simptom. Prof. Dennis kaže da je taj simptom posljedica pritiska na žive, naročito ako se događa pri sjedenju ili ležanju jer ti položaji mogu stvoriti pritisak na živce. Ako se obamrlost pojavi na licu i ruci ili na ruci i nozi u isto vrijeme, to bi mogao biti razlog za zabrinutost. Ne doživljavaju svi sve simptome moždanog udara. Iznenadni gubitak pamćenja

Iznenadan gubitak pamćenja treba stoga gledati kao mogući „rijedak” simptom moždanog udara, prema prof. Dennisu.

- Osobe koje razviju afaziju ili disfaziju (otežano razumijevanje govora) brkat će riječi i možda neće biti u stanju reći bilo što ili razumjeti bilo što. Moždani udar može utjecati i na njihovu sposobnost čitanja ili pisanja. Ljudi takve osobe mogu opisati kao da su konfuzne ili da su izgubile pamćenje zbog toga što nisu u stanju odgovoriti na pitanja - kaže prof. Dennis.

Gubitak vida u jednom ili oba oka

Moždani udar može uzrokovati zamagljen vid ili gubitak vida u jednom ili oba oka, no taj se simptom ne prepoznaje tako dobro kao slabost jedne strane lica. Istraživanje iz 2017., objavljeno u časopisu Stroke, zaključilo je da od pacijenata koji su pretrpjeli moždani udar bez G.R.O.M. simptoma njih 4 od 10 navodi probleme vida kao svoje simptome moždanog udara. Gubitak vida može ukazivati na gubitak cirkulacije u oku, što može biti posljedica moždanog udara.

Iznenadna vrtoglavica

Vrtoglavica, odnosno osjećaj da se vi ili prostor oko vas vrti, predstavlja simptom cijelog niza zdravstvenih problema i bolesti. Često je bezazlena i može biti simptom upale uha ili glavobolje. Kad se pojavi u kombinaciji s dvostrukim vidom, slabošću ili obamrlošću udova ili nejasnim govorom, može biti znak moždanog udara.

Istraživanje iz 2016. sugerira da 15.000 do 25.000 ljudi godišnje koji dožive moždani udar i imaju simptome vrtoglavice mogu imati teške posljedice ili posljedice koje su se mogle izbjeći da nije bilo početne pogrešne dijagnoze. Drugo istraživanje iz 2017. otkriva da je 4 od 10 žrtava moždanog udara koji nisu imali tipične simptome imalo vrtoglavicu.

Simptomi moždanog udara lako su pamtljivi po kratici FAST (lice, ruka, govor, vrijeme) ili po našem G.R.O.M., u kojoj G znači govor (otežan i nerazumljiv), R znači ruke (jedna ruka je slaba i "pada”), O znači oduzetost (asimetrično lice, jedna strana visi) i M znači minute (svaka je minuta bitna što znači da ODMAH morate pozvati Hitnu pomoć).

Jedan od sedam pacijenata nema niti jedan od simptoma navedenih u ovoj kratici, a koji se najčešće povezuju s ovom bolešću, piše živim.hr.

Moždani udar predstavlja globalnu epidemiju i doživi ga 12,2 milijuna ljudi godišnje, dok ih 6,5 milijuna umre od njegovih posljedica. U Hrvatskoj se moždani udar nalazi na trećem mjestu uzroka smrti muškaraca i žena, a u 2021. od njega je u Hrvatskoj umrlo 5.018 osoba.

Profesor Martin Dennis, stručnjak za moždani udar na Sveučilištu u Edinburghu, kaže da je od ključnog značenja da se osobe koje dožive moždani udar što prije počnu liječiti kako bi se izbjegli daljnji zdravstveni problemi, invaliditet pa čak i smrt.

Iznenadna obamrlost jedne strane tijela

Obamrlost koja zahvaća dlan, ruku, nogu ili dio lica jako je čest simptom. Prof. Dennis kaže da je taj simptom posljedica pritiska na žive, naročito ako se događa pri sjedenju ili ležanju jer ti položaji mogu stvoriti pritisak na živce. Ako se obamrlost pojavi na licu i ruci ili na ruci i nozi u isto vrijeme, to bi mogao biti razlog za zabrinutost. Ne doživljavaju svi sve simptome moždanog udara. No, osjetite li obamrlost u kombinaciji s bilo kojim od simptoma navedenih u kratici G.R.O.M., odmah trebate potražiti pomoć.

Iznenadni gubitak pamćenja

Netko tko djeluje kao da ima gubitak pamćenja mogao bi zapravo u tom trenutku imati moždani udar. Konfuzija i otežano razumijevanje govora znakovi su moždanog udara, a to se normalnoj osobi može činiti kao da je netko izgubio pamćenje. Iznenadan gubitak pamćenja treba stoga gledati kao mogući „rijedak” simptom moždanog udara, prema prof. Dennisu.

- Osobe koje razviju afaziju ili disfaziju (otežano razumijevanje govora) brkat će riječi i možda neće biti u stanju reći bilo što ili razumjeti bilo što. Moždani udar može utjecati i na njihovu sposobnost čitanja ili pisanja. Ljudi takve osobe mogu opisati kao da su konfuzne ili da su izgubile pamćenje zbog toga što nisu u stanju odgovoriti na pitanja - kaže prof. Dennis.

Gubitak vida u jednom ili oba oka

Moždani udar može uzrokovati zamagljen vid ili gubitak vida u jednom ili oba oka, no taj se simptom ne prepoznaje tako dobro kao slabost jedne strane lica. Istraživanje iz 2017., objavljeno u časopisu Stroke, zaključilo je da od pacijenata koji su pretrpjeli moždani udar bez G.R.O.M. simptoma njih 4 od 10 navodi probleme vida kao svoje simptome moždanog udara. Gubitak vida može ukazivati na gubitak cirkulacije u oku, što može biti posljedica moždanog udara.

Iznenadna vrtoglavica

Vrtoglavica, odnosno osjećaj da se vi ili prostor oko vas vrti, predstavlja simptom cijelog niza zdravstvenih problema i bolesti. Često je bezazlena i može biti simptom upale uha ili glavobolje. Kad se pojavi u kombinaciji s dvostrukim vidom, slabošću ili obamrlošću udova ili nejasnim govorom, može biti znak moždanog udara.

Istraživanje iz 2016. sugerira da 15.000 do 25.000 ljudi godišnje koji dožive moždani udar i imaju simptome vrtoglavice mogu imati teške posljedice ili posljedice koje su se mogle izbjeći da nije bilo početne pogrešne dijagnoze. Drugo istraživanje iz 2017. otkriva da je 4 od 10 žrtava moždanog udara koji nisu imali tipične simptome imalo vrtoglavicu.

Otežano gutanje

Iznenadna snažna glavobolja

Iznenadna, teška glavobolja može biti znak moždanog udara, ali to je prilično neuobičajeno. Često se povezuje s migrenom, no u rijetkim slučajevima to bi mogao biti simptom subarhnoidalnog ili intercerebralnog krvarenja. Subarhnoidalno krvarenje je neuobičajen tip moždanog udara, a radi se o krvarenju u prostoru oko mozga.
