Milica Manojlović (36), zagrebačka glumica iz ansambla ZKM-a, na svojem je Facebook profilu napisala kako je uspjela spasiti život jednoj djevojci koju ranije nije niti poznavala. Sve je započelo potresnom smrti novinarke Ane Rukavine 2006. godine:

"Sad tako daleke 2006. godine kada je umrla Ana Rukavina, nas par vječno osjetljivih prijavilo se u Registar dobrovoljnih darivatelja matičnih stanica/koštane srži. Poslije tog bilo je još milijun problema i prepreka i nekako sam i zaboravila na to do prije pola godine (negdje u vrijeme godišnjice Anine smrti) i doslovno nakon 3 dana sam dobila poziv s Rebra da podudaram s osobom iz jedne europske države i pitanje da li pristajem na daljne pretrage i donaciju. Već u telefonskom razgovoru mi je objašnjeno gotovo sve što znam i danas. Hvala, Martina:) Odgovor nije bio težak, pristajem. Prošla sam još dodatne dvije pretrage (vađenje 10-15 ampulica krvi) koje su potvrdile podudarnost i eliminirale bolesti poput HIVa, hepatitisa i slično.

Šanse da podudaram s članom uže obitelji su 25%, šanse da podudaram s nepoznatom osobom su 1%!!! Jedan u milion.

Cijelo vrijeme tog višemjesečnog procesa (ali sve ukupno 5, 6 odlazaka na Rebro i kompletan sistematski), non stop za bilo kakva pitanja dostupna mi je doktorica koja vodi postupak, u svakom trenutku donator može odustati bez ikakve zamjerke.

Opcije su dvije:

Doniranje matičnih stanica (po igla u svaku ruku, iz jedne se uzima krv, centrifugom se izdvajaju matične stanice i krv se vraća u drugu ruku, traje nekih 5 sati, bez micanja, kažu slično dijalizi, nema anestezije i bezopasno osim što se donator poslije osjeća malo slabo, ima temperaturu i treskavicu, slično je gripi, ali jako brzo prođe, ide se doma isti dan. Za taj postupak donator prima 4 dana po injekciju matičnih stanica pred sam postupak.

Drugi je doniranje koštane srži, malo opasniji, ali učinkovitiji postupak. Potvrdila sam to iste sekunde kad sam saznala da je pacijentica 2001. godište Sve što vam smiju reći je spol, državljanstvo i godište pacijenta. Od tog trenutka donator postaje broj u sustavu.

U petak sam nakon Rebra (opet krvna slika) išla još u Petrovu gdje su mi izvadili oko pola litre moje krvi koja se vraća tijekom postupka da ne morate uzimati tuđu, to traje 10-15min. Malo boli ruka taj dan i to je sve. Primljena sam jučer na Rebro, daju vam apartman na 3 dana, nitko vam ne smeta, obroke vam donose u sobu, svi vas žele upoznati smijete izlaziti na kave, cigare i druženja s ljudima koji vam dođu, ulasci posjetiteljima u bolnicu su zabranjeni zbog korone. Jučer još jedno vađenje krvi i pcr test i spremni smo. Naravno da je bilo doze straha i tjeskobe noćas, uspjela sam zaspati samo na sat vremena, ali svo zlo s tim. Inače smijete uzeti tabletu za spavanje, ja nisam pa mi se vratilo Iza ponoći se ne smije ništa jesti ni piti. Ujutro se dobije pola tablete za smirenje i voze vas u salu. Još malo zezanja s doktorima i već na 3. udisaju anestezije nestajem u sekundi. Ovdje neću o buđenju i što sam trkeljala

Iglom iz donjeg dijela leđa/zdjelice su mi izvadili oko 900ml koštane srži. To je oko 5% moje sveukupne koja će se obnoviti. Ništa se ne dogadja s imunitetom ni sad ni poslije, oporavak je individualan, većina je kroz par dana ok, nekima treba 10ak. Još sam pod ketonalima pa ne znam koliko zapravo boli, ali otprilike kao kad padneš na trticu. Zaista vrlo podnošljivo. Vidjet ćemo sutra Ja očekujem da u petak i subotu igram predstave

Zašto ovo sve pišem? Zato što svi vi, zdravi, do 40 godina imate šansu napraviti isto. A ja vas želim potaknuti na to.

Sav eventualni strah, tjeskoba, bol, neizvjesnost nestaju one sekunde kad se probudite iz anestezije jer ovaj osjećaj koji danas nosim sa sobom ne može se opisati. A nisam potpuno ni svjesna svega. Uglavnom mi poteče ona slana voda po licu, ali još me pere anestezija i painkillersi pa je i do tog

U Hrvatskoj je trenutno oko 60.000 registriranih donatora, ja sam tek 149. koja je to zaista i dobila priliku napraviti.

Zahvalna? Zauvijek. Sad su sve misli i good vibes usmjerene na pacijenticu i čvrsto vjerujem u pozitivan ishod. Nakon dvije godine donor i pacijent se mogu upoznati. Vjerujem da ćemo i do tog doći

Sve ovo ne bi se dogodilo bez jedne osobe kojoj nemam priliku zahvaliti osobno pa ću to napraviti ovdje jer zaslužuje da cijeli svijet zna do kud su dogurale Njene dvije riječi: ŽELIM ŽIVOT.

Milica Manojlović (36), zagrebačka glumica iz ansambla ZKM-a, na svojem je Facebook profilu napisala kako je uspjela spasiti život jednoj djevojci koju ranije nije niti poznavala. Sve je započelo potresnom smrti novinarke Ane Rukavine 2006. godine:

"Sad tako daleke 2006. godine kada je umrla Ana Rukavina, nas par vječno osjetljivih prijavilo se u Registar dobrovoljnih darivatelja matičnih stanica/koštane srži. Poslije tog bilo je još milijun problema i prepreka i nekako sam i zaboravila na to do prije pola godine (negdje u vrijeme godišnjice Anine smrti) i doslovno nakon 3 dana sam dobila poziv s Rebra da podudaram s osobom iz jedne europske države i pitanje da li pristajem na daljne pretrage i donaciju. Već u telefonskom razgovoru mi je objašnjeno gotovo sve što znam i danas. Hvala, Martina:) Odgovor nije bio težak, pristajem. Prošla sam još dodatne dvije pretrage (vađenje 10-15 ampulica krvi) koje su potvrdile podudarnost i eliminirale bolesti poput HIVa, hepatitisa i slično.

Šanse da podudaram s članom uže obitelji su 25%, šanse da podudaram s nepoznatom osobom su 1%!!! Jedan u milion.

Cijelo vrijeme tog višemjesečnog procesa (ali sve ukupno 5, 6 odlazaka na Rebro i kompletan sistematski), non stop za bilo kakva pitanja dostupna mi je doktorica koja vodi postupak, u svakom trenutku donator može odustati bez ikakve zamjerke.

Opcije su dvije:

Doniranje matičnih stanica (po igla u svaku ruku, iz jedne se uzima krv, centrifugom se izdvajaju matične stanice i krv se vraća u drugu ruku, traje nekih 5 sati, bez micanja, kažu slično dijalizi, nema anestezije i bezopasno osim što se donator poslije osjeća malo slabo, ima temperaturu i treskavicu, slično je gripi, ali jako brzo prođe, ide se doma isti dan. Za taj postupak donator prima 4 dana po injekciju matičnih stanica pred sam postupak.

Drugi je doniranje koštane srži, malo opasniji, ali učinkovitiji postupak. Potvrdila sam to iste sekunde kad sam saznala da je pacijentica 2001. godište Sve što vam smiju reći je spol, državljanstvo i godište pacijenta. Od tog trenutka donator postaje broj u sustavu.

U petak sam nakon Rebra (opet krvna slika) išla još u Petrovu gdje su mi izvadili oko pola litre moje krvi koja se vraća tijekom postupka da ne morate uzimati tuđu, to traje 10-15min. Malo boli ruka taj dan i to je sve. Primljena sam jučer na Rebro, daju vam apartman na 3 dana, nitko vam ne smeta, obroke vam donose u sobu, svi vas žele upoznati smijete izlaziti na kave, cigare i druženja s ljudima koji vam dođu, ulasci posjetiteljima u bolnicu su zabranjeni zbog korone. Jučer još jedno vađenje krvi i pcr test i spremni smo. Naravno da je bilo doze straha i tjeskobe noćas, uspjela sam zaspati samo na sat vremena, ali svo zlo s tim. Inače smijete uzeti tabletu za spavanje, ja nisam pa mi se vratilo Iza ponoći se ne smije ništa jesti ni piti. Ujutro se dobije pola tablete za smirenje i voze vas u salu. Još malo zezanja s doktorima i već na 3. udisaju anestezije nestajem u sekundi. Ovdje neću o buđenju i što sam trkeljala

Iglom iz donjeg dijela leđa/zdjelice su mi izvadili oko 900ml koštane srži. To je oko 5% moje sveukupne koja će se obnoviti. Ništa se ne dogadja s imunitetom ni sad ni poslije, oporavak je individualan, većina je kroz par dana ok, nekima treba 10ak. Još sam pod ketonalima pa ne znam koliko zapravo boli, ali otprilike kao kad padneš na trticu. Zaista vrlo podnošljivo. Vidjet ćemo sutra Ja očekujem da u petak i subotu igram predstave

Zašto ovo sve pišem? Zato što svi vi, zdravi, do 40 godina imate šansu napraviti isto. A ja vas želim potaknuti na to.

Sav eventualni strah, tjeskoba, bol, neizvjesnost nestaju one sekunde kad se probudite iz anestezije jer ovaj osjećaj koji danas nosim sa sobom ne može se opisati. A nisam potpuno ni svjesna svega. Uglavnom mi poteče ona slana voda po licu, ali još me pere anestezija i painkillersi pa je i do tog

U Hrvatskoj je trenutno oko 60.000 registriranih donatora, ja sam tek 149. koja je to zaista i dobila priliku napraviti.

Zahvalna? Zauvijek. Sad su sve misli i good vibes usmjerene na pacijenticu i čvrsto vjerujem u pozitivan ishod. Nakon dvije godine donor i pacijent se mogu upoznati. Vjerujem da ćemo i do tog doći

Sve ovo ne bi se dogodilo bez jedne osobe kojoj nemam priliku zahvaliti osobno pa ću to napraviti ovdje jer zaslužuje da cijeli svijet zna do kud su dogurale Njene dvije riječi: ŽELIM ŽIVOT.
