Fala ti Bože, opet petak. Tako nas radijski novinar Rodoljub Jović već godinan svaku šetemanu podsjeća na ovi lipi dan. Evo, petak je, peškarija puna ka šipak, nima praznega banka, sve balance se gingolajedu. Isprid glavnog ulaza ka i uvik slane srdele iz barila. Krcato svita, puno ribe, veliki šušur. Ovod se prodaje i kupuje, a najvišje - gleda.
Niki samo dojdedu ka na izložbu, vidit kako riba izgleda. Kad je prava ura, sve se zagropa, ne mo‘š ni naprid ni nazad. Jedni oćedu uć, drugi izać, izmišali se judi i ribe. Arja puna lipjive friškine i slakega domaćega govora. U svako naše malo i velo misto, peškarija je susret judi koji žividu od mora i onih drugih, koji bi tili pojist koji lipi bokun.

Evo ovako: Jedan put, pridvečer, gren ja popit piće sa ekipon, u oni kafić nadno ulice. Pita me kumpanjon:
- A šta ti je, šta si se tako obisija?
- Molaj me, jidan san ka pas.
- Biće puno gledaš televiziju i slušaš kandidate…
- Ma kakvi, izgadila me žena…
- Ajde, ko bi to reka… A šta si učinija?
Kriva kesa
- Ma ništa, slušaj, jutros ja zavraga priko maredne iša učinit đir do peškarije. Gledan, taman donilo friške srdele, a jeftino.
- Ima si sriću nabasat u pravo vrime…
- Pa koju. Kupin ti ja kilo, računan taman nan je za obid. I još je zoven, da ona ne kupi štagod drugega, da ću ja donit ribe.
- Ma bravo, ka pravi muž.
- E, a kako u poduzeće jemamo frižider, ja još lipo zavrnija rukave i očistija srdele. Ribe lipo opra i stavija u bilu kesu pa u frižider. A ono šta san očisitija, glave, branče, criva i ljuske u drugu kesicu, žutu, da se ne pomiša.
- An, biće ti riba ostala u frižider…
- Ma ke. A da ne zaudobin na stol san zapisa - vazest ribe.
- Ne razumin, šta je onda, oli riba ni bila friška?
- Friška ka cekin. I štaš ti vidit, u tri ure gren ja doma, vazmen obe kese, utrobicu u kontajner a ribe u portapaki.
Dolazin doma, stavijen pobjedonosno kesicu na lavel, i očekujen pohvalu, bar po‘jubac u čelo. A ona će:

Fala ti Bože, opet petak. Tako nas radijski novinar Rodoljub Jović već godinan svaku šetemanu podsjeća na ovi lipi dan. Evo, petak je, peškarija puna ka šipak, nima praznega banka, sve balance se gingolajedu. Isprid glavnog ulaza ka i uvik slane srdele iz barila. Krcato svita, puno ribe, veliki šušur. Ovod se prodaje i kupuje, a najvišje - gleda.
Niki samo dojdedu ka na izložbu, vidit kako riba izgleda. Kad je prava ura, sve se zagropa, ne mo‘š ni naprid ni nazad. Jedni oćedu uć, drugi izać, izmišali se judi i ribe. Arja puna lipjive friškine i slakega domaćega govora. U svako naše malo i velo misto, peškarija je susret judi koji žividu od mora i onih drugih, koji bi tili pojist koji lipi bokun.
Ko je prova, zna da ni lako "upecat" ribicu na udicu na tunjicu. A zapravo ulovit ribe, e to je drugi par postoli, težak, mučan i često opasan posal. Brod, motor, benzin, nafta, vesla, idra, mriže, more, prognoze vrimena, vitrovi i nevere, studen i mokre gaće, puste dozvole, kontrole i inspekcije, ledenice, ma, ni to posal za svakoga. Ne piva se zaništa ona: Ribar ima mokre gaće, za večeru ne zna šta će… Često se i glavica riskira za preživit.
Moli za juvu
Naravski, teško je "uvatit" ribe, ma i‘ ni lako ni prodat. Boji, oboriti komadi ionako često i ne dospijedu do peškarije, iz hladnjače gredu direktno u frižidere restorani. U svako naše misto peškarije su pravi pučki tejatri Mediterana, festivali domaćega govora i friškine.
- Ajmo, friška, viška!
- Vaze‘ću malo moli, dici za ujuvu.
- Pošto srdele?
- Mareee, jemaš li sitni euri?
- A gire?
- Nimaaan, govorin ti, o‘ si gluv!
- Pošto sipe? 12? 12 te kolpi kolpalo...
- Je li ovi kantar iz vrše oli sa parangala?
- Alaa, amo ženee, još malo pa nestalo...
Puno ribe, a još više stručnjaki. Zato se najčešće čuje: - Pošto ova?
Najžešći su oni šta moredu pripoznat samo srdelu, oni sa visoka, šotovoće dajedu komentare: - Nima ništa, sve ti je to iz leda. Bogati, ka da je lako pripoznat koja je koja, kad i‘ jema toko. Recimo jemaš: arbun, pa arkaj oliti ovčica, pa babica, barbun, to je trlja o‘ kamena, batej rečeni gavun, bežmek oli batovina, brancin oli lubin.

A kad se još umišadu lignja i lignjun, muzgavac i obotnica, sipa i sipica, pa grancigula, hlap i jastog, kosmeji i kozice, škampi i žbirci, di si onda?! Sa škojkan je lagje, jemaš brbavicu i kamenicu, kućicu i mušulu, pedoču da nerečen pizdicu oliti dagnju.
Periske i prstaci
Samo nima volak, nanari i prilipak, to je sitno, ne isplati se. Naravski, nima ni periski ni prstaci, to je zakonon zabranjeno pa se more jist samo "iz uvoza" u restoraniman. Sve to vaja znat lipo i šesno pripremit, more lešada oli brujet, more pečeno na gradele oli frigano na uje, marinirano oli na salatu, škojke, naravski, na buzaru.
A sve je to friška riba, ko ne viruje, neka pita ove šta prodajedu.
Uvik se na peškariju nađe i koji vridni čovik koji iznajmljuje ruke, čisti ribu, eur po kilu. Dvi fine gospoje strpjivo čekadu na red. Vaja reć pravo, ni to lipo kad ti miris friškine ujde šoto notak, najskoli ako su ti dugi i luštrani.
I kad dojdeš doma miris Peškarije te prati i dalje, ako i nisi vazeja ribe. Sve oko sebe njuškaš, ma šta se ovo ćuti, a kad ono, postole ti se nasupale šporke vode o‘ friškine. Znan, teško je "upecat" ribu, ma ni lako ni doma je donit. Rečete kako?
Evo ovako: Jedan put, pridvečer, gren ja popit piće sa ekipon, u oni kafić nadno ulice. Pita me kumpanjon:
- A šta ti je, šta si se tako obisija?
- Molaj me, jidan san ka pas.
- Biće puno gledaš televiziju i slušaš kandidate…
- Ma kakvi, izgadila me žena…
- Ajde, ko bi to reka… A šta si učinija?
Kriva kesa
- Ma ništa, slušaj, jutros ja zavraga priko maredne iša učinit đir do peškarije. Gledan, taman donilo friške srdele, a jeftino.
- Ima si sriću nabasat u pravo vrime…
- Pa koju. Kupin ti ja kilo, računan taman nan je za obid. I još je zoven, da ona ne kupi štagod drugega, da ću ja donit ribe.
- Ma bravo, ka pravi muž.
- E, a kako u poduzeće jemamo frižider, ja još lipo zavrnija rukave i očistija srdele. Ribe lipo opra i stavija u bilu kesu pa u frižider. A ono šta san očisitija, glave, branče, criva i ljuske u drugu kesicu, žutu, da se ne pomiša.
- An, biće ti riba ostala u frižider…
- Ma ke. A da ne zaudobin na stol san zapisa - vazest ribe.
- Ne razumin, šta je onda, oli riba ni bila friška?
- Friška ka cekin. I štaš ti vidit, u tri ure gren ja doma, vazmen obe kese, utrobicu u kontajner a ribe u portapaki.
Dolazin doma, stavijen pobjedonosno kesicu na lavel, i očekujen pohvalu, bar po‘jubac u čelo. A ona će:
