Oglas na internetu uznemirio je Rogozničane. Sadašnji vlasnik jednog objekta u sklopu turističko-apartmanskog naselja „Ružmarin“ ne samo da prodaje zgradu, već se u oglasu navodi da prodaje i privatnu plažu, što je razbjesnilo mještane.
Dosta im je, kažu, protuzakonito uzurpirane, devastirane i privatizirane obalne crte, žele da im bar plaže na otoku ostanu dostupne i javne.
Inače, radi se o najstarijoj rogozničkoj plaži smještenoj u skrovitoj uvali koja je i prva planirana turistička zona na području Općine Rogoznica i valja napomenuti da je gotovo 100 posto izgrađena.
Prije više od dvadeset godina tadašnji Hrvatski fond za privatizaciju za relativno male novce prodao je bivše ŽTP odmaralište Beograd dvojici privatnih investitora. Odmaralište je bilo derutno, ali bilo je smješteno na najljepšoj mogućoj lokaciji na otoku. U ugovoru s Hrvatskim fondom za privatizaciju jasno je naznačeno da kompleks mora imati isključivo turističku namjenu, a je li doista tako nitko više nije kontrolirao.
U međuvremenu uređeno je apartmansko-ugostiteljsko naselje, jedan od partnera je odustao i odlučio rasprodati svoj dio. Zgrada koja se trenutno prodaje (na slici) već je promijenila dva vlasnika.
Kako stoji u oglasu, postojeći projekt je površine 758 m2. Ukupna površina nekretnine je 2944 kvadrata, a hotelski kompleks osmišljen je kao zasebna zgrada projektirana prema suvremenoj arhitekturi. Na sjeverozapadnoj strani parcele riješen je i prilaz i priključak na javni put.
U oglasu se navodi da će hotel Forum imati četiri zvjezdice, 44 luksuzne sobe s pogledom na more, restoran, kafić, kino, wellness, solarij, masaže, kozmetički salon, suvenirnice, šetnicu uz more i ono najspornije u oglasu: privatnu plažu!
- To ne može biti, odlučno to demantiram. Privatna plaža ne postoji u Rogoznici, zatražit ću od firme DIGNOR da to izbaci iz oglasa. On može prodati svoje kako hoće i kome hoće, ali plažu ne - bila je odlučna rogoznička načelnica Sandra Jakelić.
I da zaključimo: privatne plaže prma zakonu RH ne postoje ni u Rogoznici ni bilo gdje u Hrvatskoj. Postoje javne i plaže pod koncesijom na kojima nema ograđivanje, zabrane i naplate ulaza jer sve spadaju pod pomorsko dobro dostupno svim građanima. Na pomorskom dobru nema privatnog vlasništva gospodo iz ovog i svih drugih oglasa, pomorsko dobro je isključivo u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske.

Oglas na internetu uznemirio je Rogozničane. Sadašnji vlasnik jednog objekta u sklopu turističko-apartmanskog naselja „Ružmarin“ ne samo da prodaje zgradu, već se u oglasu navodi da prodaje i privatnu plažu, što je razbjesnilo mještane.
Dosta im je, kažu, protuzakonito uzurpirane, devastirane i privatizirane obalne crte, žele da im bar plaže na otoku ostanu dostupne i javne.
Inače, radi se o najstarijoj rogozničkoj plaži smještenoj u skrovitoj uvali koja je i prva planirana turistička zona na području Općine Rogoznica i valja napomenuti da je gotovo 100 posto izgrađena.
Prije više od dvadeset godina tadašnji Hrvatski fond za privatizaciju za relativno male novce prodao je bivše ŽTP odmaralište Beograd dvojici privatnih investitora. Odmaralište je bilo derutno, ali bilo je smješteno na najljepšoj mogućoj lokaciji na otoku. U ugovoru s Hrvatskim fondom za privatizaciju jasno je naznačeno da kompleks mora imati isključivo turističku namjenu, a je li doista tako nitko više nije kontrolirao.
U međuvremenu uređeno je apartmansko-ugostiteljsko naselje, jedan od partnera je odustao i odlučio rasprodati svoj dio. Zgrada koja se trenutno prodaje (na slici) već je promijenila dva vlasnika.
Kako stoji u oglasu, postojeći projekt je površine 758 m2. Ukupna površina nekretnine je 2944 kvadrata, a hotelski kompleks osmišljen je kao zasebna zgrada projektirana prema suvremenoj arhitekturi. Na sjeverozapadnoj strani parcele riješen je i prilaz i priključak na javni put.
U oglasu se navodi da će hotel Forum imati četiri zvjezdice, 44 luksuzne sobe s pogledom na more, restoran, kafić, kino, wellness, solarij, masaže, kozmetički salon, suvenirnice, šetnicu uz more i ono najspornije u oglasu: privatnu plažu!
- To ne može biti, odlučno to demantiram. Privatna plaža ne postoji u Rogoznici, zatražit ću od firme DIGNOR da to izbaci iz oglasa. On može prodati svoje kako hoće i kome hoće, ali plažu ne - bila je odlučna rogoznička načelnica Sandra Jakelić.
I da zaključimo: privatne plaže prma zakonu RH ne postoje ni u Rogoznici ni bilo gdje u Hrvatskoj. Postoje javne i plaže pod koncesijom na kojima nema ograđivanje, zabrane i naplate ulaza jer sve spadaju pod pomorsko dobro dostupno svim građanima. Na pomorskom dobru nema privatnog vlasništva gospodo iz ovog i svih drugih oglasa, pomorsko dobro je isključivo u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske.
