Udruga Sunce pokrenula je kampanju pod nazivom "More puno života", koja ima za cilj podizanje svijesti hrvatske javnosti o neophodnosti učinkovitih zaštićenih područja u moru te njihovim prednostima i dugoročnim koristima za zajednicu. Kroz niz članaka na web stranici Sunca, kampanja ističe važnost očuvanja bioraznolikosti uspostavom zaštićenih područja u Jadranu.
EU Strategija bioraznolikosti do 2030. – Vraćanje prirode u naše živote Kampanja je započela u lipnju s člankom o "EU Strategiji bioraznolikosti do 2030.", koja predstavlja sveobuhvatni okvir za vraćanje prirode u naše živote.
Do 2030. godine svaka zemlja EU članica treba uspostaviti mrežu učinkovitih zaštićenih područja na 30 % površine mora i 30 % kopna. Od tog ukupnog postotka, 10 % mora i 10 % kopna treba biti strogo zaštićeno. Trenutačna površina zaštićenih područja u Hrvatskoj obuhvaća tek 1,94 % hrvatskog teritorijalnog mora te 16,26 % obalnog mora pod ekološkom mrežom. Površina mora pod strogom zaštitom je toliko mala da je nemjerljiva.
Zone stroge zaštite za more puno života U drugom članku, pod nazivom "Zone stroge zaštite za more puno života", istaknuto je da često postoji pogrešno shvaćanje da uspostava zona stroge zaštite, poznatih kao no-take zone, ne donosi nikakvu korist ljudima. No, godine istraživanja i brojni primjeri dobre prakse dokazuju da čovjek i ljudske djelatnosti mogu imati značajne koristi od ovakvih zaštićenih područja. Očuvanje mora i njegove bioraznolikosti znači i očuvanje resursa koji su ključni za zajednicu.
Park prirode Telašćica – "novo" zaštićeno područje u Jadranu Treći članak, "Park prirode Telašćica – ‘novo‘ zaštićeno područje u Jadranu", opisuje situaciju u Parku prirode Telašćica. Telašćica je jedinstvena prirodna oaza s bogatom bioraznolikošću i atraktivnom turističkom ponudom. Primjer PP Telašćica dokazuje kako je moguće uspostaviti zakonodavni okvir za upravljanje morskim zaštićenim područjima koji će zaista omogućiti provedbu zaštite na terenu, to još uvijek nije ostvario ni jedan drugi morski park u Hrvatskoj.

Primjere dobre prakse u Sredozemlju, otočje Columbretes i otočje Medes u Španjolskoj i Torre Guaceto u Italiji opisuje se u članku "Međunarodni primjeri učinkovitih morskih zaštićenih područja". Ova područja ističu se kao primjeri učinkovitih strogo zaštićenih morskih područja prema Kriterijima i smjernicama za proglašenje zaštićenih područja Europske komisije.
Kampanja "More puno života" nastavit će se sve do jeseni, a Sunce poziva svih da podijele informacije o važnosti zaštićenih područja kako bismo budućim generacijama ostavili neprocjenjivo naslijeđe. Zajedničkim naporima možemo stvoriti more puno života koje će nas oduševljavati svojom ljepotom, održivim resursima i bogatom bioraznolikošću.

Udruga Sunce pokrenula je kampanju pod nazivom "More puno života", koja ima za cilj podizanje svijesti hrvatske javnosti o neophodnosti učinkovitih zaštićenih područja u moru te njihovim prednostima i dugoročnim koristima za zajednicu. Kroz niz članaka na web stranici Sunca, kampanja ističe važnost očuvanja bioraznolikosti uspostavom zaštićenih područja u Jadranu.
EU Strategija bioraznolikosti do 2030. – Vraćanje prirode u naše živote Kampanja je započela u lipnju s člankom o "EU Strategiji bioraznolikosti do 2030.", koja predstavlja sveobuhvatni okvir za vraćanje prirode u naše živote.
Do 2030. godine svaka zemlja EU članica treba uspostaviti mrežu učinkovitih zaštićenih područja na 30 % površine mora i 30 % kopna. Od tog ukupnog postotka, 10 % mora i 10 % kopna treba biti strogo zaštićeno. Trenutačna površina zaštićenih područja u Hrvatskoj obuhvaća tek 1,94 % hrvatskog teritorijalnog mora te 16,26 % obalnog mora pod ekološkom mrežom. Površina mora pod strogom zaštitom je toliko mala da je nemjerljiva.
Zone stroge zaštite za more puno života U drugom članku, pod nazivom "Zone stroge zaštite za more puno života", istaknuto je da često postoji pogrešno shvaćanje da uspostava zona stroge zaštite, poznatih kao no-take zone, ne donosi nikakvu korist ljudima. No, godine istraživanja i brojni primjeri dobre prakse dokazuju da čovjek i ljudske djelatnosti mogu imati značajne koristi od ovakvih zaštićenih područja. Očuvanje mora i njegove bioraznolikosti znači i očuvanje resursa koji su ključni za zajednicu.
Park prirode Telašćica – "novo" zaštićeno područje u Jadranu Treći članak, "Park prirode Telašćica – ‘novo‘ zaštićeno područje u Jadranu", opisuje situaciju u Parku prirode Telašćica. Telašćica je jedinstvena prirodna oaza s bogatom bioraznolikošću i atraktivnom turističkom ponudom. Primjer PP Telašćica dokazuje kako je moguće uspostaviti zakonodavni okvir za upravljanje morskim zaštićenim područjima koji će zaista omogućiti provedbu zaštite na terenu, to još uvijek nije ostvario ni jedan drugi morski park u Hrvatskoj.

Primjere dobre prakse u Sredozemlju, otočje Columbretes i otočje Medes u Španjolskoj i Torre Guaceto u Italiji opisuje se u članku "Međunarodni primjeri učinkovitih morskih zaštićenih područja". Ova područja ističu se kao primjeri učinkovitih strogo zaštićenih morskih područja prema Kriterijima i smjernicama za proglašenje zaštićenih područja Europske komisije.
Kampanja "More puno života" nastavit će se sve do jeseni, a Sunce poziva svih da podijele informacije o važnosti zaštićenih područja kako bismo budućim generacijama ostavili neprocjenjivo naslijeđe. Zajedničkim naporima možemo stvoriti more puno života koje će nas oduševljavati svojom ljepotom, održivim resursima i bogatom bioraznolikošću.
