Nedavno je Bobis otvorio novi proizvodni pogon za izradu slatkiša. Vrpcu je svečano prerezao stari pašticijer Drago Kanazir, koji je tu čast stekao dugogodišnjim radom na pravljenju gulozarija. Davno je pok. Smoje rekao – slatko je za dicu i kurbe! Ma ko će ovo razumit: pandemija, stari masovno umiru, dice je sve manje, likari ne preporučaju slatkiše, a Bobis gre naprid i povećava proizvodnju?
Gore spomenuto otvorenje podsjetilo me na događaj iz 1967. godine, kada je održan veliki plivački maraton u organizaciji Ježinca, pod ravnanjem pok. Fjube. Pokrovitelj fešte bio je dobrostojeći Bobis. U to je doba u proizvodnji radija dugogodišnji dopredsjednik društva Ježinac pok. Zdene Meštrović. Kad je bija u noćnoj smjeni, zna bi zakunjat, pa bi iz pogona izašla koja portada krafni bez marmelade, što bi ujutro razljutilo školsku mulariju koja bi se švogala beštimajući mater direktoru.
Velika pučka fešta
Maraton je zakazan za nedilju iza praznika Dana borca. Po svim pašticerijama u gradu bili su izvišeni plakati sa pozivom na veliku pučku feštu. Splitska vala od Ježinca bila je okićena zastavama, cvićem, raznobojnim balunima, parangalima svića...
Od jutra su počeli dolaziti brodi i kaići sa Matejuške iz kojih su izlazili, oli ispadali već pošprucani uzvanici. Vatra se rano upalila. Gradele se nisu ladile. Bija je vrući litnji dan bez bave, tako da su se u sumaglici od dima mišali vonji od prašćevine, ribe, kokoše, brujeta, džigerice, pizdice na buzaru...
Karijolon se vozilo demižane vina i kašete piva. Prodavač pića pok. Ante, zvani Ustaša, koji je za života zdušno zastupao nacionalne interese, pridonio je razvoju ugostiteljske ponude na našoj plaži. Kako je i onda bilo aktuelno sakupljanje boca, na svom pokretnom bufetu istaknuo je poruku: Rittorino botilja. Prijave za Maraton primale su se čitavu šetimanu. Pravo na nastup su, uz domaće, imali i furešti iz drugih splitskih vala i kupališta.
Neregularni uvjeti
Jedini uvjet je bio da moraju proći detaljnu lječničku vižitu na čijem je čelu bio pok. doktor Mikula, kojem ni bili mantel nije moga sakrit veliki drob koji se prilija priko mudantina. Prema sugestijama uže Fjubine uprave, liječnička komisija trebala je diskvalificirati potencijalne favorite sa strane, tako da bi prva nagrada i počast ostala na Ježincu. Start trke je bija na velikim bovanima ispod Meštrovićeva kašteleta, odakle se plivalo do kavala, koje je trebalo pretrčati, skočiti u more i plivat do mula na Ježincu.
Sama trka odvijala se u neregularnim uvjetima, čestim potezanjima, kacavanjima, štrapanjem... uz urnebesnu viku publike sa kraja, kao i dobacivanja iz pratećih kaića i gondola. Organizator je u cilju favoriziranja domaćeg natjecatelja, ilegalno u najvećoj tajnosti, van svih užanci fer-pleja, na dijelu posljednje plivačke dionice potopio debeli ribarski konop. Njega je ranije određeni plivač morao samo dohvatiti, a specijalci sa kraja trebali su ga kao prvoga dovući do cilja.
Izbjegao sve trapule
Međutim, u općem metežu jedan furešti sa Poljuda je izbjegao sve trapule i uplivao u cilj prije domaćeg plivača kojeg su vukli konopom. To je izazvalo veliko razočarenje, tako da je organizator, na čelu sa dišperanim Fjubom, teška srca priznao pobjedu.
Kao nagradu pobjednik je dobio malog tovara i veliku sponzorsku tortu od krokanta. Bila je to posljednja legendarna plivačka trka i pučka fešta. Nažalost, više ne postoji trasa ni ljudi koji su činili nezaboravno okružje i duh Ježinca. Vrime leti i ostalo nas je malo...

Nedavno je Bobis otvorio novi proizvodni pogon za izradu slatkiša. Vrpcu je svečano prerezao stari pašticijer Drago Kanazir, koji je tu čast stekao dugogodišnjim radom na pravljenju gulozarija. Davno je pok. Smoje rekao – slatko je za dicu i kurbe! Ma ko će ovo razumit: pandemija, stari masovno umiru, dice je sve manje, likari ne preporučaju slatkiše, a Bobis gre naprid i povećava proizvodnju?
Gore spomenuto otvorenje podsjetilo me na događaj iz 1967. godine, kada je održan veliki plivački maraton u organizaciji Ježinca, pod ravnanjem pok. Fjube. Pokrovitelj fešte bio je dobrostojeći Bobis. U to je doba u proizvodnji radija dugogodišnji dopredsjednik društva Ježinac pok. Zdene Meštrović. Kad je bija u noćnoj smjeni, zna bi zakunjat, pa bi iz pogona izašla koja portada krafni bez marmelade, što bi ujutro razljutilo školsku mulariju koja bi se švogala beštimajući mater direktoru.
Velika pučka fešta
Maraton je zakazan za nedilju iza praznika Dana borca. Po svim pašticerijama u gradu bili su izvišeni plakati sa pozivom na veliku pučku feštu. Splitska vala od Ježinca bila je okićena zastavama, cvićem, raznobojnim balunima, parangalima svića...
Od jutra su počeli dolaziti brodi i kaići sa Matejuške iz kojih su izlazili, oli ispadali već pošprucani uzvanici. Vatra se rano upalila. Gradele se nisu ladile. Bija je vrući litnji dan bez bave, tako da su se u sumaglici od dima mišali vonji od prašćevine, ribe, kokoše, brujeta, džigerice, pizdice na buzaru...
Karijolon se vozilo demižane vina i kašete piva. Prodavač pića pok. Ante, zvani Ustaša, koji je za života zdušno zastupao nacionalne interese, pridonio je razvoju ugostiteljske ponude na našoj plaži. Kako je i onda bilo aktuelno sakupljanje boca, na svom pokretnom bufetu istaknuo je poruku: Rittorino botilja. Prijave za Maraton primale su se čitavu šetimanu. Pravo na nastup su, uz domaće, imali i furešti iz drugih splitskih vala i kupališta.
Neregularni uvjeti
Jedini uvjet je bio da moraju proći detaljnu lječničku vižitu na čijem je čelu bio pok. doktor Mikula, kojem ni bili mantel nije moga sakrit veliki drob koji se prilija priko mudantina. Prema sugestijama uže Fjubine uprave, liječnička komisija trebala je diskvalificirati potencijalne favorite sa strane, tako da bi prva nagrada i počast ostala na Ježincu. Start trke je bija na velikim bovanima ispod Meštrovićeva kašteleta, odakle se plivalo do kavala, koje je trebalo pretrčati, skočiti u more i plivat do mula na Ježincu.
Sama trka odvijala se u neregularnim uvjetima, čestim potezanjima, kacavanjima, štrapanjem... uz urnebesnu viku publike sa kraja, kao i dobacivanja iz pratećih kaića i gondola. Organizator je u cilju favoriziranja domaćeg natjecatelja, ilegalno u najvećoj tajnosti, van svih užanci fer-pleja, na dijelu posljednje plivačke dionice potopio debeli ribarski konop. Njega je ranije određeni plivač morao samo dohvatiti, a specijalci sa kraja trebali su ga kao prvoga dovući do cilja.
Izbjegao sve trapule
Međutim, u općem metežu jedan furešti sa Poljuda je izbjegao sve trapule i uplivao u cilj prije domaćeg plivača kojeg su vukli konopom. To je izazvalo veliko razočarenje, tako da je organizator, na čelu sa dišperanim Fjubom, teška srca priznao pobjedu.
Kao nagradu pobjednik je dobio malog tovara i veliku sponzorsku tortu od krokanta. Bila je to posljednja legendarna plivačka trka i pučka fešta. Nažalost, više ne postoji trasa ni ljudi koji su činili nezaboravno okružje i duh Ježinca. Vrime leti i ostalo nas je malo...
