Domagoj Maroević, ravnatelj Lučke uprave Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, koja provodi proces rekonstrukcije Zente, kazao nam je da je dosadašnja obnova luke ukupno stajala oko 30 milijuna kuna, s tim da je Lučka uprava u taj projekt uložila 23 milijuna kuna vlastitih sredstava, a Ministarstvo mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture dva milijuna, uz obećanje da će uplatiti još pet milijuna. Novac europskih fondova nije se mogao koristiti jer ulaganje u komunalne luke nije bilo obuhvaćeno. No koliko god to bila velika investicija, objašnjava Maroević, slijedi više nego dvostruko skuplja kako bi se rekonstrukcija luke Zenta dovršila.

Golemi zahvat

Naime, u drugoj fazi obnove planira se sanacija južnog lukobrana, koji je strukturno iznimno oslabljen zbog velikog udjela zemlje u nasutom materijalu, dok građevinski standardi za takve objekte predviđaju nasipanje kamenom uz udjel od samo pet posto zemlje.

– Zbog te strukturne slabosti, unutarnji dio lukobrana s betonskom obalom i vezovima urušen je na nekoliko mjesta, pa će zahvati da se lukobran ojača i rekonstruira biti vrlo složeni i skupi. Vrijednost radova druge faze sanacije procjenjuje se na oko 70 milijuna kuna, od čega daleko najveći dio otpada upravo na lukobran. No u tom sklopu provest će se i obnova lučice u staroj Zenti, te će se dovršiti uređenje središnjeg parkirališta i platoa za suhi vez – navodi Maroević.

Ujedno dodaje kako će proces pribavljanja potrebnih dozvola za tu novu fazu rekonstrukcije krenuti početkom iduće godine, budući da bi do kraja ove Vlada trebala donijeti konačnu odluku o promjeni statusa lučice Zenta u luku otvorenu za javni promet kojom će trajno upravljati Lučka uprava SDŽ. Što se, pak, tiče početka radova na drugoj fazi, Maroević smatra da bi mogli startati u drugoj polovini 2025. godine, budući da priprema tako složenog projekta nije brza. Također, procjena je da bi ti radovi zbog opsežnih zahvata na lukobranu trajali oko 2,5 godine.

Oplemenjeni prostor

– Tek tada će Zenta kao luka biti građevinski potpuno zaokružena i sigurna za korištenje dugi niz desetljeća, a istodobno će se oplemeniti cijeli prostor na kojem je smještena, te će ga učiniti ugodnim i privlačnim za šetnju građanima Splita – kaže Maroević.

Na kraju je još jednom potvrdio da će Lučka uprava poticati i pomagati rad sportskih klubova u Zenti, jedriličara, ribolovaca i ronilaca, jer je to zajednički interes, osobito zbog okupljanja djece i mladih.

– Klubovi će nam dostavljati svoje godišnje programe rada, a mi ćemo ih, u skladu s mogućnostima, sufinancirati. To već i sada radimo, no želimo definirati i uspostaviti redovit sustav suradnje i potpore budući da ćemo trajno preuzeti odgovornost za upravljanje Zentom – zaključuje Maroević.

Domagoj Maroević, ravnatelj Lučke uprave Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, koja provodi proces rekonstrukcije Zente, kazao nam je da je dosadašnja obnova luke ukupno stajala oko 30 milijuna kuna, s tim da je Lučka uprava u taj projekt uložila 23 milijuna kuna vlastitih sredstava, a Ministarstvo mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture dva milijuna, uz obećanje da će uplatiti još pet milijuna. Novac europskih fondova nije se mogao koristiti jer ulaganje u komunalne luke nije bilo obuhvaćeno. No koliko god to bila velika investicija, objašnjava Maroević, slijedi više nego dvostruko skuplja kako bi se rekonstrukcija luke Zenta dovršila.

Golemi zahvat

Naime, u drugoj fazi obnove planira se sanacija južnog lukobrana, koji je strukturno iznimno oslabljen zbog velikog udjela zemlje u nasutom materijalu, dok građevinski standardi za takve objekte predviđaju nasipanje kamenom uz udjel od samo pet posto zemlje.

– Zbog te strukturne slabosti, unutarnji dio lukobrana s betonskom obalom i vezovima urušen je na nekoliko mjesta, pa će zahvati da se lukobran ojača i rekonstruira biti vrlo složeni i skupi. Vrijednost radova druge faze sanacije procjenjuje se na oko 70 milijuna kuna, od čega daleko najveći dio otpada upravo na lukobran. No u tom sklopu provest će se i obnova lučice u staroj Zenti, te će se dovršiti uređenje središnjeg parkirališta i platoa za suhi vez – navodi Maroević.

Ujedno dodaje kako će proces pribavljanja potrebnih dozvola za tu novu fazu rekonstrukcije krenuti početkom iduće godine, budući da bi do kraja ove Vlada trebala donijeti konačnu odluku o promjeni statusa lučice Zenta u luku otvorenu za javni promet kojom će trajno upravljati Lučka uprava SDŽ. Što se, pak, tiče početka radova na drugoj fazi, Maroević smatra da bi mogli startati u drugoj polovini 2025. godine, budući da priprema tako složenog projekta nije brza. Također, procjena je da bi ti radovi zbog opsežnih zahvata na lukobranu trajali oko 2,5 godine.

Oplemenjeni prostor

– Tek tada će Zenta kao luka biti građevinski potpuno zaokružena i sigurna za korištenje dugi niz desetljeća, a istodobno će se oplemeniti cijeli prostor na kojem je smještena, te će ga učiniti ugodnim i privlačnim za šetnju građanima Splita – kaže Maroević.

Na kraju je još jednom potvrdio da će Lučka uprava poticati i pomagati rad sportskih klubova u Zenti, jedriličara, ribolovaca i ronilaca, jer je to zajednički interes, osobito zbog okupljanja djece i mladih.

– Klubovi će nam dostavljati svoje godišnje programe rada, a mi ćemo ih, u skladu s mogućnostima, sufinancirati. To već i sada radimo, no želimo definirati i uspostaviti redovit sustav suradnje i potpore budući da ćemo trajno preuzeti odgovornost za upravljanje Zentom – zaključuje Maroević.
