Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture je preko usluge ePomorac izdalo obavijest vezanu uz zdravstveno osiguranje za pomorce u međunarodnoj plovidbi koji plove na brodovima pod zastavom članica Europske unije.

"Pomorci koji plove na brodovima pod EU zastavom i zdravstveno su osigurani u zemlji članici EU pod čijom zastavom brod plovi, ako im ugovor o radu istječe danom iskrcaja s broda, radi stjecanja statusa u obveznom zdravstvenim osiguranju s osnova privremene nezaposlenosti, obvezni su u roku od 30 dana od dana iskrcaja s broda osobno podnijeti prijavu na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje u najbližu područnu ustrojstvenu jedinicu HZZO-a.

Uz prijavu na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje obvezni su priložiti kopiju pomorske knjižice, a original dati na uvid te podatak kod kojeg su zdravstvenog osiguranja u EU bili zdravstveno osigurani za vrijeme plovidbe.

Status osiguranika u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju prema navedenoj osnovi osiguranja stječu danom podnošenja prijave HZZO-u.

HZZO će nakon reguliranja statusa u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju u službenom postupku provjeriti činjenicu prestanka statusa u drugoj državi članici EU. U slučaju da i nadalje imaju zdravstveno osiguranje druge države članice EU, prijava na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje u Republici Hrvatskoj nije moguća.

Napominjemo da eventualne troškove zdravstvene zaštite koje su imali u Republici Hrvatskoj od trenutka iskrcaja s broda do trenutka utvrđivanja statusa osiguranika u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju Republike Hrvatske (dakle do dana osobnog pristupa HZZO-u i podnošenja prijave) HZZO ne snosi budući da nisu njegov osiguranik te je iz tog razloga iznimno bitno da se radi prijave na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje jave što je prije moguće nakon iskrcaja s broda.

Pomorcima koji ne podnesu prijavu u roku od 30 dana, odnosno ne jave se HZZO-u odmah, a najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od dana iskrcaja s broda, neće se moći utvrditi status u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju u skladu s člankom 7. stavkom 1. točkom 13.a) Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju, odnosno kao osobama s prebivalištem, odobrenim stalnim boravkom ili dugotrajnim boravištem u Republici Hrvatskoj koje nisu obvezno zdravstveno osigurane po drugoj osnovi i koje su se prijavile HZZO-u u roku od 30 dana od dana prestanka radnog odnosa, već prema zakonskom osnovu osiguranja za koji prilikom podnošenja zahtjeva za reguliranje statusa osigurane osobe HZZO-a ispunjavaju propisane uvjete", stoji u priopćenju Ministarstva.

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture je preko usluge ePomorac izdalo obavijest vezanu uz zdravstveno osiguranje za pomorce u međunarodnoj plovidbi koji plove na brodovima pod zastavom članica Europske unije.

"Pomorci koji plove na brodovima pod EU zastavom i zdravstveno su osigurani u zemlji članici EU pod čijom zastavom brod plovi, ako im ugovor o radu istječe danom iskrcaja s broda, radi stjecanja statusa u obveznom zdravstvenim osiguranju s osnova privremene nezaposlenosti, obvezni su u roku od 30 dana od dana iskrcaja s broda osobno podnijeti prijavu na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje u najbližu područnu ustrojstvenu jedinicu HZZO-a.

Uz prijavu na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje obvezni su priložiti kopiju pomorske knjižice, a original dati na uvid te podatak kod kojeg su zdravstvenog osiguranja u EU bili zdravstveno osigurani za vrijeme plovidbe.

Status osiguranika u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju prema navedenoj osnovi osiguranja stječu danom podnošenja prijave HZZO-u.

HZZO će nakon reguliranja statusa u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju u službenom postupku provjeriti činjenicu prestanka statusa u drugoj državi članici EU. U slučaju da i nadalje imaju zdravstveno osiguranje druge države članice EU, prijava na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje u Republici Hrvatskoj nije moguća.

Napominjemo da eventualne troškove zdravstvene zaštite koje su imali u Republici Hrvatskoj od trenutka iskrcaja s broda do trenutka utvrđivanja statusa osiguranika u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju Republike Hrvatske (dakle do dana osobnog pristupa HZZO-u i podnošenja prijave) HZZO ne snosi budući da nisu njegov osiguranik te je iz tog razloga iznimno bitno da se radi prijave na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje jave što je prije moguće nakon iskrcaja s broda.

Pomorcima koji ne podnesu prijavu u roku od 30 dana, odnosno ne jave se HZZO-u odmah, a najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od dana iskrcaja s broda, neće se moći utvrditi status u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju u skladu s člankom 7. stavkom 1. točkom 13.a) Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju, odnosno kao osobama s prebivalištem, odobrenim stalnim boravkom ili dugotrajnim boravištem u Republici Hrvatskoj koje nisu obvezno zdravstveno osigurane po drugoj osnovi i koje su se prijavile HZZO-u u roku od 30 dana od dana prestanka radnog odnosa, već prema zakonskom osnovu osiguranja za koji prilikom podnošenja zahtjeva za reguliranje statusa osigurane osobe HZZO-a ispunjavaju propisane uvjete", stoji u priopćenju Ministarstva.

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture je preko usluge ePomorac izdalo obavijest vezanu uz zdravstveno osiguranje za pomorce u međunarodnoj plovidbi koji plove na brodovima pod zastavom članica Europske unije.

"Pomorci koji plove na brodovima pod EU zastavom i zdravstveno su osigurani u zemlji članici EU pod čijom zastavom brod plovi, ako im ugovor o radu istječe danom iskrcaja s broda, radi stjecanja statusa u obveznom zdravstvenim osiguranju s osnova privremene nezaposlenosti, obvezni su u roku od 30 dana od dana iskrcaja s broda osobno podnijeti prijavu na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje u najbližu područnu ustrojstvenu jedinicu HZZO-a.

Uz prijavu na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje obvezni su priložiti kopiju pomorske knjižice, a original dati na uvid te podatak kod kojeg su zdravstvenog osiguranja u EU bili zdravstveno osigurani za vrijeme plovidbe.

Status osiguranika u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju prema navedenoj osnovi osiguranja stječu danom podnošenja prijave HZZO-u.

HZZO će nakon reguliranja statusa u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju u službenom postupku provjeriti činjenicu prestanka statusa u drugoj državi članici EU. U slučaju da i nadalje imaju zdravstveno osiguranje druge države članice EU, prijava na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje u Republici Hrvatskoj nije moguća.

Napominjemo da eventualne troškove zdravstvene zaštite koje su imali u Republici Hrvatskoj od trenutka iskrcaja s broda do trenutka utvrđivanja statusa osiguranika u obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju Republike Hrvatske (dakle do dana osobnog pristupa HZZO-u i podnošenja prijave) HZZO ne snosi budući da nisu njegov osiguranik te je iz tog razloga iznimno bitno da se radi prijave na obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje jave što je prije moguće nakon iskrcaja s broda.
