Od sredine svibnja pa do kraja sezone Zavodi za javno zdravstvo analiziraju kakvoću mora. Na temelju tih podataka izdaju se upozorenja ako neka od plaža nije pogodna za kupanje. Na širem splitskom području uzorci se uzimaju kontinuirano na 24 lokacije, javlja HRT.
Postupak je jednostavan i brz.
- Pristupimo uzorkovanju, iza toga mjerimo salinitet i temperaturu, zabilježimo odnosno pogledamo ima li kakvih onečišćenja. Naravno sve to zabilježimo u zapisnik i to je to, idemo dalje od točke do točke, opisao je Tomislav Maleš, voditelj Službe za uzorkovanje, NZZJZ SDŽ.
Najčešći uzročnici onečišćenja su pojedinci koji ne vide ništa sporno u ispuštanju sanitarnih voda.
- Mi pratimo dva pokazatelja, to su dva mikrobiološka pokazatelja - escherihija coli i enterokok koji će nam svojom prisutnošću eventualno i brojnošću ukazati ne samo na eventualno onečišćenje mora, nego i kategoriju mora za kupanje jer prema njihovoj brojnosti mi more svrstavamo u 4 kategorije, rekla je Tatjana Puljak, iz Službe za zdravstvenu ekologiju, NZZJZ SDŽ.
Uzorci se potom odnose u laboratorij.
- U laboratoriju se uzorak obrađuje metodom membranske filtracije, profiltrira se određeni volumen i nasijava na hranjive podloge. To je sve odneseno u termostat, odnosno laboratorijski inkubator u kojem se uzorci drže određeno vrijeme na određenoj temperaturi koji su optimalni za rast mikroorganizma, a koje želimo utvrditi ukoliko je prisutan, rekla je Puljak.
Kontinuiranim praćenjem može se utvrditi oscilira li kakvoća ili je stabilna. Uzeti uzorci rezultat će pokazati za koji dan no ne bi trebali biti drukčiji od prošloga tjedna kada su splitske plaže gotovo na svim mjestima obojane željenom plavom bojom koja je oznaka najviše kvalitete, piše HRT.

Od sredine svibnja pa do kraja sezone Zavodi za javno zdravstvo analiziraju kakvoću mora. Na temelju tih podataka izdaju se upozorenja ako neka od plaža nije pogodna za kupanje. Na širem splitskom području uzorci se uzimaju kontinuirano na 24 lokacije, javlja HRT.
Postupak je jednostavan i brz.
- Pristupimo uzorkovanju, iza toga mjerimo salinitet i temperaturu, zabilježimo odnosno pogledamo ima li kakvih onečišćenja. Naravno sve to zabilježimo u zapisnik i to je to, idemo dalje od točke do točke, opisao je Tomislav Maleš, voditelj Službe za uzorkovanje, NZZJZ SDŽ.
Najčešći uzročnici onečišćenja su pojedinci koji ne vide ništa sporno u ispuštanju sanitarnih voda.
- Mi pratimo dva pokazatelja, to su dva mikrobiološka pokazatelja - escherihija coli i enterokok koji će nam svojom prisutnošću eventualno i brojnošću ukazati ne samo na eventualno onečišćenje mora, nego i kategoriju mora za kupanje jer prema njihovoj brojnosti mi more svrstavamo u 4 kategorije, rekla je Tatjana Puljak, iz Službe za zdravstvenu ekologiju, NZZJZ SDŽ.
Uzorci se potom odnose u laboratorij.
- U laboratoriju se uzorak obrađuje metodom membranske filtracije, profiltrira se određeni volumen i nasijava na hranjive podloge. To je sve odneseno u termostat, odnosno laboratorijski inkubator u kojem se uzorci drže određeno vrijeme na određenoj temperaturi koji su optimalni za rast mikroorganizma, a koje želimo utvrditi ukoliko je prisutan, rekla je Puljak.
Kontinuiranim praćenjem može se utvrditi oscilira li kakvoća ili je stabilna. Uzeti uzorci rezultat će pokazati za koji dan no ne bi trebali biti drukčiji od prošloga tjedna kada su splitske plaže gotovo na svim mjestima obojane željenom plavom bojom koja je oznaka najviše kvalitete, piše HRT.
