Neizvjesnost oko povratka kućama posade broda "Mirjana K" koja već tri mjeseca provodi na sidrištu ispred grčkog Pireja, bez isplaćenih plaća, dodatno je produbljena, ovoga puta odlukom tamošnjih lučkih vlasti koje za sad ne dopuštaju iskrcaj posade, niti vezivanje u luci samog broda koji je proglašen napuštenim od strane brodara, riječke tvrtke Alveus Capital koju vodi Alan Klanac, nekadašnji predsjednik uprave Jadrolinije.

Potvrdio je to Novom listu Luka Simić, inspektor ITF-a (Međunarodne federacije transportnih radnika) koji ističe kako je P&I klub osiguravatelja broda već pristao platiti troškove repatrijacije osmorice članova posade, od kojih su petorica iz Hrvatske, dvojica iz Albanije i jedan iz Crne Gore, nakon čega je trebao isplatiti i zaostale plaće, što je i dužan učiniti prema Konvenciji o radu pomoraca, ali su se sada u priču uplele i lučke vlasti Pireja koje ne dopuštaju da brod uplovi u luku niti da se posada s njega iskrca i krene kućama.

– Agent broda je sastavio troškove priveza broda i repatrijacije pomoraca, P&I klub se obvezao te troškove platiti, ali lučke vlasti iz Pireja ne dopuštaju iskrcaj, s obrazloženjem da je na brodu već sada manje članova posade nego što je propisano minimum safe manningom (pravilnikom o najmanjem broju članova posade za sigurnu plovidbu), prema kojemu bi na brodu trebalo biti najmanje devet članova posade, kaže Simić za Novi list, dodajući kako lučke vlasti Pireja traže da država zastave broda eventualno propiše novi najmanji broj članova posade za sigurnu plovidbu, nakon čega bi dio posade mogao biti iskrcan i otići kućama.

– U Pireju sigurno ne žele da im brod toliko dugo zauzima vez, jer riječ je o vrlo prometnoj luci. Kolege iz grčkog ITF-a zajedno s odvjetnicima P&I kluba traže drugo rješenje, odnosno luku u kojoj će se brod moći vezati, ako ne bude moguć privez u Pireju, kao i da se osigura straža na brodu od strane lokalnih tvrtki. Na sličan način riješen je slučaj u talijanskom Cagliariju, gdje je lokalna tvrtka preuzela nadzor nad brodom do okončanja svih postupaka, a posada je repatrirana. Tamo je situacija ipak bila nešto jednostavnija jer je brod već bio vezan u luci - kaže Simić za Novi list.

Neizvjesnost oko povratka kućama posade broda "Mirjana K" koja već tri mjeseca provodi na sidrištu ispred grčkog Pireja, bez isplaćenih plaća, dodatno je produbljena, ovoga puta odlukom tamošnjih lučkih vlasti koje za sad ne dopuštaju iskrcaj posade, niti vezivanje u luci samog broda koji je proglašen napuštenim od strane brodara, riječke tvrtke Alveus Capital koju vodi Alan Klanac, nekadašnji predsjednik uprave Jadrolinije.

Potvrdio je to Novom listu Luka Simić, inspektor ITF-a (Međunarodne federacije transportnih radnika) koji ističe kako je P&I klub osiguravatelja broda već pristao platiti troškove repatrijacije osmorice članova posade, od kojih su petorica iz Hrvatske, dvojica iz Albanije i jedan iz Crne Gore, nakon čega je trebao isplatiti i zaostale plaće, što je i dužan učiniti prema Konvenciji o radu pomoraca, ali su se sada u priču uplele i lučke vlasti Pireja koje ne dopuštaju da brod uplovi u luku niti da se posada s njega iskrca i krene kućama.

– Agent broda je sastavio troškove priveza broda i repatrijacije pomoraca, P&I klub se obvezao te troškove platiti, ali lučke vlasti iz Pireja ne dopuštaju iskrcaj, s obrazloženjem da je na brodu već sada manje članova posade nego što je propisano minimum safe manningom (pravilnikom o najmanjem broju članova posade za sigurnu plovidbu), prema kojemu bi na brodu trebalo biti najmanje devet članova posade, kaže Simić za Novi list, dodajući kako lučke vlasti Pireja traže da država zastave broda eventualno propiše novi najmanji broj članova posade za sigurnu plovidbu, nakon čega bi dio posade mogao biti iskrcan i otići kućama.

– U Pireju sigurno ne žele da im brod toliko dugo zauzima vez, jer riječ je o vrlo prometnoj luci. Kolege iz grčkog ITF-a zajedno s odvjetnicima P&I kluba traže drugo rješenje, odnosno luku u kojoj će se brod moći vezati, ako ne bude moguć privez u Pireju, kao i da se osigura straža na brodu od strane lokalnih tvrtki. Na sličan način riješen je slučaj u talijanskom Cagliariju, gdje je lokalna tvrtka preuzela nadzor nad brodom do okončanja svih postupaka, a posada je repatrirana. Tamo je situacija ipak bila nešto jednostavnija jer je brod već bio vezan u luci - kaže Simić za Novi list.

Neizvjesnost oko povratka kućama posade broda "Mirjana K" koja već tri mjeseca provodi na sidrištu ispred grčkog Pireja, bez isplaćenih plaća, dodatno je produbljena, ovoga puta odlukom tamošnjih lučkih vlasti koje za sad ne dopuštaju iskrcaj posade, niti vezivanje u luci samog broda koji je proglašen napuštenim od strane brodara, riječke tvrtke Alveus Capital koju vodi Alan Klanac, nekadašnji predsjednik uprave Jadrolinije.

Potvrdio je to Novom listu Luka Simić, inspektor ITF-a (Međunarodne federacije transportnih radnika) koji ističe kako je P&I klub osiguravatelja broda već pristao platiti troškove repatrijacije osmorice članova posade, od kojih su petorica iz Hrvatske, dvojica iz Albanije i jedan iz Crne Gore, nakon čega je trebao isplatiti i zaostale plaće, što je i dužan učiniti prema Konvenciji o radu pomoraca, ali su se sada u priču uplele i lučke vlasti Pireja koje ne dopuštaju da brod uplovi u luku niti da se posada s njega iskrca i krene kućama.
