Stanovnici otoka Hvara posljednjih godina sve više pažnje posvećuju ekologiji mora. Tako je Športska ribolovna udruga "Šarag" ovih dana, u suradnji s Komunalnim poduzećem i Turističkom zajednicom, provela akciju čišćenja podmorja u gradskoj luci Staroga Grada – Farosa.

U akciji je sudjelovalo 19 članova, koji su iz mora izvadili oko 2,5 kubika raznog otpada te desetak automobilskih guma, što je zbrinuto uz pomoć starogradskih komunalaca.

Količina onoga što normalan čovjek ne želi vidjeti na morskom dnu, prema riječima predsjednika udruge Roberta Lučića-Lavčevića, svakako zabrinjava, ali tješi činjenica da je vrlo malo novog otpada, tj. smeća od prošle ili ove godine.

Je li to pokazatelj trenda drukčijeg ponašanja na moru i prema moru, tek će se vidjeti, a što se udruge tiče, ona spomenutom akcijom završava ovogodišnje aktivnosti na i pod morem.

No, i Hvarani su još prije Starograđana u dva dana tradicionalno odradili "Plavu čistku" u akvatoriju Paklenih otoka (Palmižana, Tovorski bok, uvala Ždrilca...).

U njihovoj akciji su, kako doznajemo, sudjelovali članovi Diving centra "Aqualis" te ronioci volonteri iz Njemačke, Nizozemske, Urugvaja, Zagreba i Hvara, uz logističku podršku "Komunalnog Hvar", Nautičkog centra te ACI-jeve marine Palmižana.

Tamo je oba dana, u organizaciji Grada Hvara, GD-a Crvenog križa Hvar i gradske tvrtke "Komunalno Hvar", radilo 20-ak ljudi, koji su iz podmorja "izvukli" oko dvije tone uobičajenog otpada, nekoliko kamionskih guma te jednu cijev dugu 30 metara i promjera 10 centimetara, što sasvim dovoljno govori o neodgovornim pojedincima koji uporno zagađuju okoliš. Organizatori su zahvalni pekari "Klas" na doniranim marendama, a Mikotu Jagnjiću na podršci na moru.

Stanovnici otoka Hvara posljednjih godina sve više pažnje posvećuju ekologiji mora. Tako je Športska ribolovna udruga "Šarag" ovih dana, u suradnji s Komunalnim poduzećem i Turističkom zajednicom, provela akciju čišćenja podmorja u gradskoj luci Staroga Grada – Farosa.

U akciji je sudjelovalo 19 članova, koji su iz mora izvadili oko 2,5 kubika raznog otpada te desetak automobilskih guma, što je zbrinuto uz pomoć starogradskih komunalaca.

Količina onoga što normalan čovjek ne želi vidjeti na morskom dnu, prema riječima predsjednika udruge Roberta Lučića-Lavčevića, svakako zabrinjava, ali tješi činjenica da je vrlo malo novog otpada, tj. smeća od prošle ili ove godine.

Je li to pokazatelj trenda drukčijeg ponašanja na moru i prema moru, tek će se vidjeti, a što se udruge tiče, ona spomenutom akcijom završava ovogodišnje aktivnosti na i pod morem.

No, i Hvarani su još prije Starograđana u dva dana tradicionalno odradili "Plavu čistku" u akvatoriju Paklenih otoka (Palmižana, Tovorski bok, uvala Ždrilca...).

U njihovoj akciji su, kako doznajemo, sudjelovali članovi Diving centra "Aqualis" te ronioci volonteri iz Njemačke, Nizozemske, Urugvaja, Zagreba i Hvara, uz logističku podršku "Komunalnog Hvar", Nautičkog centra te ACI-jeve marine Palmižana.

Tamo je oba dana, u organizaciji Grada Hvara, GD-a Crvenog križa Hvar i gradske tvrtke "Komunalno Hvar", radilo 20-ak ljudi, koji su iz podmorja "izvukli" oko dvije tone uobičajenog otpada, nekoliko kamionskih guma te jednu cijev dugu 30 metara i promjera 10 centimetara, što sasvim dovoljno govori o neodgovornim pojedincima koji uporno zagađuju okoliš. Organizatori su zahvalni pekari "Klas" na doniranim marendama, a Mikotu Jagnjiću na podršci na moru.

Stanovnici otoka Hvara posljednjih godina sve više pažnje posvećuju ekologiji mora. Tako je Športska ribolovna udruga "Šarag" ovih dana, u suradnji s Komunalnim poduzećem i Turističkom zajednicom, provela akciju čišćenja podmorja u gradskoj luci Staroga Grada – Farosa.

U akciji je sudjelovalo 19 članova, koji su iz mora izvadili oko 2,5 kubika raznog otpada te desetak automobilskih guma, što je zbrinuto uz pomoć starogradskih komunalaca.

Količina onoga što normalan čovjek ne želi vidjeti na morskom dnu, prema riječima predsjednika udruge Roberta Lučića-Lavčevića, svakako zabrinjava, ali tješi činjenica da je vrlo malo novog otpada, tj. smeća od prošle ili ove godine.

Je li to pokazatelj trenda drukčijeg ponašanja na moru i prema moru, tek će se vidjeti, a što se udruge tiče, ona spomenutom akcijom završava ovogodišnje aktivnosti na i pod morem.

No, i Hvarani su još prije Starograđana u dva dana tradicionalno odradili "Plavu čistku" u akvatoriju Paklenih otoka (Palmižana, Tovorski bok, uvala Ždrilca...).

U njihovoj akciji su, kako doznajemo, sudjelovali članovi Diving centra "Aqualis" te ronioci volonteri iz Njemačke, Nizozemske, Urugvaja, Zagreba i Hvara, uz logističku podršku "Komunalnog Hvar", Nautičkog centra te ACI-jeve marine Palmižana.

Tamo je oba dana, u organizaciji Grada Hvara, GD-a Crvenog križa Hvar i gradske tvrtke "Komunalno Hvar", radilo 20-ak ljudi, koji su iz podmorja "izvukli" oko dvije tone uobičajenog otpada, nekoliko kamionskih guma te jednu cijev dugu 30 metara i promjera 10 centimetara, što sasvim dovoljno govori o neodgovornim pojedincima koji uporno zagađuju okoliš. Organizatori su zahvalni pekari "Klas" na doniranim marendama, a Mikotu Jagnjiću na podršci na moru.
