Optužno vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda u ponedjeljak je odbilo prijedlog odvjetnika bivše šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe, optužene za primanje 15 tisuća eura mita, za izuzimanje dokaza koje obrana smatra nezakonitima.
Kako se doznaje na sudu, izuzimanje iskaza svjedoka i grafološkog vještačenja u "slučaju Šupe" zatražila je obrana optužene bivše sutkinje, no optužno je vijeće to odbilo. Pretpostavlja se da će zbog toga obrana uložiti žalbu o kojoj bi trebao naposljetku trebao odlučivati Visoki kazneni sud.
Prema optužnici, Šupe je mito primila od zagrebačkog poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića kao nagradu za oslobađajuću presudu u postupku protiv njega koju je donijela prije deset godina. Svemu je posredovao šibenski odvjetnik Branimir Zmijanović.
Uskok je tereti da je dogovoreno kako će joj 6000 eura biti isplaćeno prije donošenja prvostupanjske presude, a preostalih 9000 nakon što takva presuda postane pravomoćna. Novac je naposljetku uplaćen na račun njene majke.
U Uskoku je Šupe negirala ta kaznena djela, a samo mjesec dana prije uhićenja je podnijela zahtjev za mirovinu. Nakon što je Uskok osumnjičio za primanje mita Državno sudbeno vijeće (DSV) je razriješilo sudačke dužnosti.
U javnosti je se pamti po oslobađajućoj presudi Tomislavu Horvatinčiću zbog sinkope za pomorsku nesreću u kojoj je poginuo talijanski bračni par.

Optužno vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda u ponedjeljak je odbilo prijedlog odvjetnika bivše šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe, optužene za primanje 15 tisuća eura mita, za izuzimanje dokaza koje obrana smatra nezakonitima.
Kako se doznaje na sudu, izuzimanje iskaza svjedoka i grafološkog vještačenja u "slučaju Šupe" zatražila je obrana optužene bivše sutkinje, no optužno je vijeće to odbilo. Pretpostavlja se da će zbog toga obrana uložiti žalbu o kojoj bi trebao naposljetku trebao odlučivati Visoki kazneni sud.
Prema optužnici, Šupe je mito primila od zagrebačkog poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića kao nagradu za oslobađajuću presudu u postupku protiv njega koju je donijela prije deset godina. Svemu je posredovao šibenski odvjetnik Branimir Zmijanović.
Uskok je tereti da je dogovoreno kako će joj 6000 eura biti isplaćeno prije donošenja prvostupanjske presude, a preostalih 9000 nakon što takva presuda postane pravomoćna. Novac je naposljetku uplaćen na račun njene majke.
U Uskoku je Šupe negirala ta kaznena djela, a samo mjesec dana prije uhićenja je podnijela zahtjev za mirovinu. Nakon što je Uskok osumnjičio za primanje mita Državno sudbeno vijeće (DSV) je razriješilo sudačke dužnosti.
U javnosti je se pamti po oslobađajućoj presudi Tomislavu Horvatinčiću zbog sinkope za pomorsku nesreću u kojoj je poginuo talijanski bračni par.

Splitski sud odbio izuzeti dokaze protiv bivše šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe optužene za primanje mita od Blaža Petrovića

Optužno vijeće splitskog Županijskog suda u ponedjeljak je odbilo prijedlog odvjetnika bivše šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe, optužene za primanje 15 tisuća eura mita, za izuzimanje dokaza koje obrana smatra nezakonitima.
Kako se doznaje na sudu, izuzimanje iskaza svjedoka i grafološkog vještačenja u "slučaju Šupe" zatražila je obrana optužene bivše sutkinje, no optužno je vijeće to odbilo. Pretpostavlja se da će zbog toga obrana uložiti žalbu o kojoj bi trebao naposljetku trebao odlučivati Visoki kazneni sud.
Prema optužnici, Šupe je mito primila od zagrebačkog poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića kao nagradu za oslobađajuću presudu u postupku protiv njega koju je donijela prije deset godina. Svemu je posredovao šibenski odvjetnik Branimir Zmijanović.
Uskok je tereti da je dogovoreno kako će joj 6000 eura biti isplaćeno prije donošenja prvostupanjske presude, a preostalih 9000 nakon što takva presuda postane pravomoćna. Novac je naposljetku uplaćen na račun njene majke.
U Uskoku je Šupe negirala ta kaznena djela, a samo mjesec dana prije uhićenja je podnijela zahtjev za mirovinu. Nakon što je Uskok osumnjičio za primanje mita Državno sudbeno vijeće (DSV) je razriješilo sudačke dužnosti.
U javnosti je se pamti po oslobađajućoj presudi Tomislavu Horvatinčiću zbog sinkope za pomorsku nesreću u kojoj je poginuo talijanski bračni par.
