Na Općinskom radnom sudu u Zagrebu u srijedu je zaključena sudska nagodba države s jedinim preživjelim vatrogascem iz kornatske tragedije Franom Lučićem, nakon što je Vlada u petak podržala nagodbu kojom Lučić dobiva gotovo 5,5 milijuna kuna uz mjesečnu rentu od šest tisuća kuna.


"Republika Hrvatska će s osnove solidarnosti i pravičnosti, sukladno Odluci Vlade Republike Hrvatske od 15. ožujka 2019. tužitelju Frani Lučiću, u svezi stradavanja u štetnom događaju 30. kolovoza 2007. a sukladno provedenim vještačenjima, isplatiti naknadu štete: na ime neimovinske štete iznos od 1.750.000 kuna sa zateznim kamatama tekućim od 3. ožujka 2009. pa sve do isplate; na ime dospjelih iznosa s osnova tuđe pomoći i njege iznos od 569.700 kuna sa zateznim kamatama od 1. veljače 2019. pa sve do isplate; na ime dospjelih iznosa s osnova izgubljene zarade iznos od 632.277 kuna; na ime dospjelih rentnih iznosa za troškove vitamina, poboljšane prehrane i medicinskih preparata iznos od 201.000 kuna sa zateznim kamatama od 1. veljače 2019. pa sve do isplate", izvijestilo je Državno odvjetništvo. 

Dodaju i da će država, ujedno, Lučiću isplaćivati "4.500 kuna na ime buduće mjesečne rente za tuđu pomoć i njegu, kao i 1.500 kuna mjesečno na ime buduće mjesečne rente za troškove vitamina, poboljšane prehrane i medicinskih preparata, počevši od 1. travnja 2019".

Osim toga država će Lučiću na ime troškova parničnog postupka isplatiti još gotovo 442.000 kuna.

Državno odvjetništvo ističe da su ovom nagodbom riješeni "svi međusobni zahtjevi" te da Lučić "povlači tužbu u ovom predmetu protiv Grada Šibenika te se obvezuje povući tužbu u postupku koji se vodi pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku pod uvjetom da svi tuženici u navedenim predmetima ne potražuju troškove postupka".

Na Općinskom radnom sudu u Zagrebu u srijedu je zaključena sudska nagodba države s jedinim preživjelim vatrogascem iz kornatske tragedije Franom Lučićem, nakon što je Vlada u petak podržala nagodbu kojom Lučić dobiva gotovo 5,5 milijuna kuna uz mjesečnu rentu od šest tisuća kuna.


"Republika Hrvatska će s osnove solidarnosti i pravičnosti, sukladno Odluci Vlade Republike Hrvatske od 15. ožujka 2019. tužitelju Frani Lučiću, u svezi stradavanja u štetnom događaju 30. kolovoza 2007. a sukladno provedenim vještačenjima, isplatiti naknadu štete: na ime neimovinske štete iznos od 1.750.000 kuna sa zateznim kamatama tekućim od 3. ožujka 2009. pa sve do isplate; na ime dospjelih iznosa s osnova tuđe pomoći i njege iznos od 569.700 kuna sa zateznim kamatama od 1. veljače 2019. pa sve do isplate; na ime dospjelih iznosa s osnova izgubljene zarade iznos od 632.277 kuna; na ime dospjelih rentnih iznosa za troškove vitamina, poboljšane prehrane i medicinskih preparata iznos od 201.000 kuna sa zateznim kamatama od 1. veljače 2019. pa sve do isplate", izvijestilo je Državno odvjetništvo. 

Dodaju i da će država, ujedno, Lučiću isplaćivati "4.500 kuna na ime buduće mjesečne rente za tuđu pomoć i njegu, kao i 1.500 kuna mjesečno na ime buduće mjesečne rente za troškove vitamina, poboljšane prehrane i medicinskih preparata, počevši od 1. travnja 2019".

Osim toga država će Lučiću na ime troškova parničnog postupka isplatiti još gotovo 442.000 kuna.

Državno odvjetništvo ističe da su ovom nagodbom riješeni "svi međusobni zahtjevi" te da Lučić "povlači tužbu u ovom predmetu protiv Grada Šibenika te se obvezuje povući tužbu u postupku koji se vodi pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku pod uvjetom da svi tuženici u navedenim predmetima ne potražuju troškove postupka".

Frane Lučić sklopio nagodbu s državom – dobiva 5,5 milijuna kuna i 6.000 kuna mjesečne rente
