U dvostrukom atentatu u Starome gradu Damaska u subotu je ubijeno najmanje 46 osoba, većinom iračkih šijitskih hodočasnika, objavile su vlasti nove podatke o jednom od najkrvavijih napada u Damasku u šest godina rata.
"Najmanje jedan bombaš samoubojica raznio se u Starome gradu na jugoistoku Damaska", rekao je Rami Abdel Rahman, direktor Sirijskog opservatorija za ljudska prava (SOHR).
Jedan je očevidao potvrdio fotografu agencije AFP da se drugi napad dogodio kada su se prolaznici okupili nakon prve eksplozije.
Sirijska televizija objavila je da su vlasti deaktivirale eksploziv postavljen na motorkotaču blizu groblja. U tom su sektoru smješteni brojni šijitski mauzoleji, svetišta za šijitske hodočasnike.  
Za sad još nitko nije preuzeo odgovornost za taj napad blizzu groblja Ba al-Sagir. 
Odgovornost za većinu prijašnjih takvih napada preuzele su džihadističke skupine neprijateljski rapsoložene prema Iranu i libanonskom šijitskom pokretu Hezbollahu koji su glavni saveznici sirijskog predsjednika Bašara al-Asada.
Osim 46 ubijenih, više desetaka osoba je ranjeno, od kojih neki teško. U Iraku s većinskim šijitskim stanovništvom, ministarstvo vanjskih poslova obznanilo je da je četrdesetak osoba ubijeno i više od 100 ranjeno.
Prethodne vijesti govorile su o 30 žrtava u eksplozijama dviju bombi u Damasku.
Napadačima su meta bili autobusi u kojima su šijitski hodočasnici putovali prema groblju Bab al-Sagir, objavila je televizijska postaja Al-Majadin.

U dvostrukom atentatu u Starome gradu Damaska u subotu je ubijeno najmanje 46 osoba, većinom iračkih šijitskih hodočasnika, objavile su vlasti nove podatke o jednom od najkrvavijih napada u Damasku u šest godina rata.
"Najmanje jedan bombaš samoubojica raznio se u Starome gradu na jugoistoku Damaska", rekao je Rami Abdel Rahman, direktor Sirijskog opservatorija za ljudska prava (SOHR).
Jedan je očevidao potvrdio fotografu agencije AFP da se drugi napad dogodio kada su se prolaznici okupili nakon prve eksplozije.
Sirijska televizija objavila je da su vlasti deaktivirale eksploziv postavljen na motorkotaču blizu groblja. U tom su sektoru smješteni brojni šijitski mauzoleji, svetišta za šijitske hodočasnike.  
Za sad još nitko nije preuzeo odgovornost za taj napad blizzu groblja Ba al-Sagir. 
Odgovornost za većinu prijašnjih takvih napada preuzele su džihadističke skupine neprijateljski rapsoložene prema Iranu i libanonskom šijitskom pokretu Hezbollahu koji su glavni saveznici sirijskog predsjednika Bašara al-Asada.
Osim 46 ubijenih, više desetaka osoba je ranjeno, od kojih neki teško. U Iraku s većinskim šijitskim stanovništvom, ministarstvo vanjskih poslova obznanilo je da je četrdesetak osoba ubijeno i više od 100 ranjeno.
Prethodne vijesti govorile su o 30 žrtava u eksplozijama dviju bombi u Damasku.
Napadačima su meta bili autobusi u kojima su šijitski hodočasnici putovali prema groblju Bab al-Sagir, objavila je televizijska postaja Al-Majadin.
