U Hrvatskoj će dobro proći svi potrošači osim dalmatinskih kućanstava koja troše više od 2500 kilovatsati, koja će proći jako loše. Tako će dalmatinska kućanstva jedina u Hrvatskoj snositi trošak plina koji se prenosi na električnu energiju.

Čak će kućanstva u Dalmaciji koja troše više od 2500 kilovatsati plaćati višu cijenu električne energije od škola, vrtića, bolnica... Koliko ćemo točno plaćati, znat ćemo kad HEP utvrdi tarifne stavke jer mi sada ne znamo što je viša, a što niža tarifa.

Tako nam je Nenad Kurtović, stručni savjetnik udruge “Splitski potrošač” za područje energije, komentirao najave premijera da će nižu cijenu za struju plaćati oni koji budu trošili manje, a oni koji potroše više idu u viši cjenovni razred.

Najavio je to premijer Andrej Plenković u četvrtak i ta najava možda dobro zvuči onako na prvu, pogotovo ako niste dalmatinsko kućanstvo koje tradicionalno troši više električne energije jer mu je grijanje stana i vode na plin nepoznanica, za toplinarstvo nikad nije čuo, plinom se služi za kuhanje i kupuje ga u bocama, a struja mu je glavni energent za grijanje.

Polugodišnja potrošnja veća od 2500 kilovatsati (kWh) granica je iza koje će se od listopada plaćati viša cijena struje, a prosječna potrošnja u Dalmaciji lako uskače u taj papreniji cjenovni razred, ako je suditi po onome što nam je proljetos kazao Nenad Kurtović, koji je tada rekao da splitska kućanstva prosječno godišnje potroše 6000 kilovatsati ili 500 kilovatsati mjesečno.

Od travnja je takvim obiteljima mjesečni račun porastao s 480 kuna na 533 kune, a što će biti u listopadu, znat ćemo kad Vlada još malo izbrusi ove najavljene tarife. Jer najavljeno je samo da će se od listopada za potrošnju do 2500 kilovatsati (kWh) u pola godine cijena struje fiksirati na 59 eura po megavatsatu, a za potrošnju iznad tog limita kilovati će se plaćati po cijeni od 88 eura po megavatsatu (MWh). U kunama, cijena megavatsata je 444 kune, odnosno 663 kune.

Kolike će biti rate?

Kad se megavatsati pretvore u kilovatsate, ispada da je cijena po kilovatsatu 0,44 kune, što s PDV-om od 13 posto raste na 0,50 kuna za potrošnju do 2500 kWh. Za potrošnju koja prelazi taj limit cijena po kilovatsatu iznosi 0,66 kuna ili 0,75 kuna s PDV-om. Vlada nije rekla jesu li u tim cijenama PDV i mrežarina.

Inače, HEP je bio objavio da sada kućanstva plaćaju struju u bijelom tarifnom modelu po višoj tarifi na jedinstvenom računu (energija i mrežarina) po 0,95 kuna po kilovatsatu, a s PDV-om cijena raste na 1,0775 kuna, dok u nižoj tarifi plaćaju 0,4465 kuna po kWh, odnosno 0,5045 kuna s PDV-om. U toj cijeni nema naknade za obnovljive izvore, a još se plaća i paušal od mjesečnih 21,47 kuna.

Vladina najava ništa ne govori o višoj i nižoj tarifi, nego samo o ograničavanju cijena na temelju polugodišnje potrošnje, pa je jasno da je premalo informacija za kalkulacije o visini mjesečne rate. Dobiju li kućanstva iz našeg primjera deblje uplatnice, platit će to što imaju malo alternative za grijanje.

U gradovima na kontinentu potrošači imaju na raspolaganju toplinarstvo i plin za grijanje i toplu vodu pa troše u startu manje struje, dok drugi dijelovi zemlje imaju struju, drva i ništa više. Zato ovi s više mogućnosti zimi mogu grijati sve prostorije u stanovima i hodati kratkih rukava, dok oni drugi, kojima je struja glavni energent, griju jednu sobu i u ostatku doma se smrzavaju.

Hladne sobe

Dalmatinci koji su imali iskustva sa zimama u kontinentalnim gradovima reći će vam da se nigdje nisu smrzavali kao doma. Na kontinentu, makar u većim gradovima, zima pored snjegova i temperatura ispod nule ne znači nužno smrzavanje, jer svugdje se sve prostorije griju, stanovi, kuće, trgovine, kafići... Toplije je na minusima i snjegovima nego u dalmatinskim sobama na suncu, čak i bez uključivanje bure u ovu priču o tome kako više cijene struje prijete uoči zime onima koji nemaju druge opcije grijanja od struje.

Čak će kućanstva u Dalmaciji koja troše više od 2500 kilovatsati plaćati višu cijenu električne energije od škola, vrtića, bolnica... Koliko ćemo točno plaćati, znat ćemo kad HEP utvrdi tarifne stavke jer mi sada ne znamo što je viša, a što niža tarifa.

Tako nam je Nenad Kurtović, stručni savjetnik udruge “Splitski potrošač” za područje energije, komentirao najave premijera da će nižu cijenu za struju plaćati oni koji budu trošili manje, a oni koji potroše više idu u viši cjenovni razred.

Najavio je to premijer Andrej Plenković u četvrtak i ta najava možda dobro zvuči onako na prvu, pogotovo ako niste dalmatinsko kućanstvo koje tradicionalno troši više električne energije jer mu je grijanje stana i vode na plin nepoznanica, za toplinarstvo nikad nije čuo, plinom se služi za kuhanje i kupuje ga u bocama, a struja mu je glavni energent za grijanje.

Polugodišnja potrošnja veća od 2500 kilovatsati (kWh) granica je iza koje će se od listopada plaćati viša cijena struje, a prosječna potrošnja u Dalmaciji lako uskače u taj papreniji cjenovni razred, ako je suditi po onome što nam je proljetos kazao Nenad Kurtović, koji je tada rekao da splitska kućanstva prosječno godišnje potroše 6000 kilovatsati ili 500 kilovatsati mjesečno.

Od travnja je takvim obiteljima mjesečni račun porastao s 480 kuna na 533 kune, a što će biti u listopadu, znat ćemo kad Vlada još malo izbrusi ove najavljene tarife. Jer najavljeno je samo da će se od listopada za potrošnju do 2500 kilovatsati (kWh) u pola godine cijena struje fiksirati na 59 eura po megavatsatu, a za potrošnju iznad tog limita kilovati će se plaćati po cijeni od 88 eura po megavatsatu (MWh). U kunama, cijena megavatsata je 444 kune, odnosno 663 kune.

Kolike će biti rate?

Kad se megavatsati pretvore u kilovatsate, ispada da je cijena po kilovatsatu 0,44 kune, što s PDV-om od 13 posto raste na 0,50 kuna za potrošnju do 2500 kWh. Za potrošnju koja prelazi taj limit cijena po kilovatsatu iznosi 0,66 kuna ili 0,75 kuna s PDV-om. Vlada nije rekla jesu li u tim cijenama PDV i mrežarina.

Inače, HEP je bio objavio da sada kućanstva plaćaju struju u bijelom tarifnom modelu po višoj tarifi na jedinstvenom računu (energija i mrežarina) po 0,95 kuna po kilovatsatu, a s PDV-om cijena raste na 1,0775 kuna, dok u nižoj tarifi plaćaju 0,4465 kuna po kWh, odnosno 0,5045 kuna s PDV-om. U toj cijeni nema naknade za obnovljive izvore, a još se plaća i paušal od mjesečnih 21,47 kuna.

Vladina najava ništa ne govori o višoj i nižoj tarifi, nego samo o ograničavanju cijena na temelju polugodišnje potrošnje, pa je jasno da je premalo informacija za kalkulacije o visini mjesečne rate. Dobiju li kućanstva iz našeg primjera deblje uplatnice, platit će to što imaju malo alternative za grijanje.

U gradovima na kontinentu potrošači imaju na raspolaganju toplinarstvo i plin za grijanje i toplu vodu pa troše u startu manje struje, dok drugi dijelovi zemlje imaju struju, drva i ništa više. Zato ovi s više mogućnosti zimi mogu grijati sve prostorije u stanovima i hodati kratkih rukava, dok oni drugi, kojima je struja glavni energent, griju jednu sobu i u ostatku doma se smrzavaju.

Hladne sobe

Dalmatinci koji su imali iskustva sa zimama u kontinentalnim gradovima reći će vam da se nigdje nisu smrzavali kao doma. Na kontinentu, makar u većim gradovima, zima pored snjegova i temperatura ispod nule ne znači nužno smrzavanje, jer svugdje se sve prostorije griju, stanovi, kuće, trgovine, kafići... Toplije je na minusima i snjegovima nego u dalmatinskim sobama na suncu, čak i bez uključivanje bure u ovu priču o tome kako više cijene struje prijete uoči zime onima koji nemaju druge opcije grijanja od struje.

U Hrvatskoj će dobro proći svi potrošači osim dalmatinskih kućanstava koja troše više od 2500 kilovatsati, koja će proći jako loše. Tako će dalmatinska kućanstva jedina u Hrvatskoj snositi trošak plina koji se prenosi na električnu energiju.
