Tek nekoliko kilometara od famoznog Skradina, na površini od čak pet hektara, u povijesno bogatom području i na jednom od najboljih vinogradskih položaja u regiji smjestilo se jedno takvo bajkovito imanje pod nazivom Bas de Bas koje svojom pojavom, ljepotom krajolika, arhitekture i dizajna te povrh svega ponudom vrhunskog vina čini jednu Toskanu potpuno nebitnom pričom, piše Anita Budimir za Dom&Dizajn.
Predivni prostrani vinograd s pregršt najboljih trsova od kojih nastaju vina Bibich skriva dvije kamene kuće koje se nalaze na imanju. Saznajemo kako su to nekada bilo objekti za čuvara imanja i spremište, ali s godinama su propadali sve do trenutka kada su se ovi vinari odlučili na obnovu istih.

Obje kuće su jednake veličine i rasporeda, sto metara četvornih smještenih na dvije etaže. Samom rekonstrukcijom kuća nije se zadiralo u postojeće gabarite i zadržani su izvorni materijali. Arhitekt Zoran Popović koji je zaslužan za ovu pohvalnu obnovu u skladu sa željama vlasnika daje suvremeni zaokret ovim starim dalmatinskim kućama tako da ih obogaćuje velikim staklenim stijenkama koje brišu granicu između vanjskog i unutarnjeg dijela.
Stakleni zid, saznaje Dom&Dizajn, ideja je obitelji Bibich jer su željeli da njihovi gosti ujutro imaju osjećaj kao da se bude u vinogradu, a ne u maloj kući. Iako se u ovom slučaju nametnulo jedno od najvećih pitanja - kako ipak zaštiti privatnost gostiju uz takve prozirne površine, tehnologija je tu stupila na scenu i riješila sve bojazni tako da je ugrađeno „pametno staklo” koje se na pritisak daljinskog upravljača zaledi i onemogući pogled izvana u kuće. Ipak vjerujemo da su rijetki trenutci kada gosti posežu za tim daljinskim upravljačem jer pogled koji se pruža iz kreveta na predivne vanjske vizure slobodno može biti jedini i dovoljan razlog za boravak na ovom imanju.
Obje kuće se sastoje od prizemlja koje je rezervirano za dnevni boravak gdje su se smjestili prostori kuhinje, blagovaonice i prostor za odmor kao i kupaonica, dok je druga etaža rezervirana za spavaonicu na galeriji. Unutarnje uređenje potpisuje već svima nam dobro poznati dizajner Boris Ružić.

Jednostavnost čistih linja, odabir prirodnih materijala i neutralnih, ali opet odvažnih boja te precizan odabir umjetnina čine i unutarnji prostor ovog divnog imanja iskustvom za sebe. Dosljednost u svakom detalju, odražava povezanost kuća i vanjskog dijela i ocrtava duh koji je tu prisutan kroz povijest, ali mu daje novo i suvremeno naličje koje mu odaje počast. Nenadmašna elegancija i istančan ukus za vrhunski i suvremen dizajn u konačnici oblikuju ovu priču u nešto na što možemo biti izrazito ponosni što je „naše”, piše Dom&Dizajn.

Predivni prostrani vinograd s pregršt najboljih trsova od kojih nastaju vina Bibich skriva dvije kamene kuće koje se nalaze na imanju. Saznajemo kako su to nekada bilo objekti za čuvara imanja i spremište, ali s godinama su propadali sve do trenutka kada su se ovi vinari odlučili na obnovu istih.

Obje kuće su jednake veličine i rasporeda, sto metara četvornih smještenih na dvije etaže. Samom rekonstrukcijom kuća nije se zadiralo u postojeće gabarite i zadržani su izvorni materijali. Arhitekt Zoran Popović koji je zaslužan za ovu pohvalnu obnovu u skladu sa željama vlasnika daje suvremeni zaokret ovim starim dalmatinskim kućama tako da ih obogaćuje velikim staklenim stijenkama koje brišu granicu između vanjskog i unutarnjeg dijela.
Stakleni zid, saznaje Dom&Dizajn, ideja je obitelji Bibich jer su željeli da njihovi gosti ujutro imaju osjećaj kao da se bude u vinogradu, a ne u maloj kući. Iako se u ovom slučaju nametnulo jedno od najvećih pitanja - kako ipak zaštiti privatnost gostiju uz takve prozirne površine, tehnologija je tu stupila na scenu i riješila sve bojazni tako da je ugrađeno „pametno staklo” koje se na pritisak daljinskog upravljača zaledi i onemogući pogled izvana u kuće. Ipak vjerujemo da su rijetki trenutci kada gosti posežu za tim daljinskim upravljačem jer pogled koji se pruža iz kreveta na predivne vanjske vizure slobodno može biti jedini i dovoljan razlog za boravak na ovom imanju.
Obje kuće se sastoje od prizemlja koje je rezervirano za dnevni boravak gdje su se smjestili prostori kuhinje, blagovaonice i prostor za odmor kao i kupaonica, dok je druga etaža rezervirana za spavaonicu na galeriji. Unutarnje uređenje potpisuje već svima nam dobro poznati dizajner Boris Ružić.

Jednostavnost čistih linja, odabir prirodnih materijala i neutralnih, ali opet odvažnih boja te precizan odabir umjetnina čine i unutarnji prostor ovog divnog imanja iskustvom za sebe. Dosljednost u svakom detalju, odražava povezanost kuća i vanjskog dijela i ocrtava duh koji je tu prisutan kroz povijest, ali mu daje novo i suvremeno naličje koje mu odaje počast. Nenadmašna elegancija i istančan ukus za vrhunski i suvremen dizajn u konačnici oblikuju ovu priču u nešto na što možemo biti izrazito ponosni što je „naše”, piše Dom&Dizajn.
