I dok gradonačelnik Zagreba Tomislav Tomašević najavljuje kako će na Vladinu odluku o ukidanju prireza reagirati tako što će maksimalno podići stope poreza na dohodak, čime će to porezno rasterećenje anulirati, načelnik općine Pirovac Ivan Gulam postupit će sasvim drukčije. Kao prva jedinica lokalne samouprave u županiji Šibensko-kninskoj!

Postoji rješenje

- Analizom financijskog stanja Općine Pirovac donijeli smo odluku da po ukidanju prireza od strane Vlade RH nećemo podizati porez na dohodak. Time će očekivanih oko 300 tisuća kuna odnosno 40 tisuća eura, koliko kroz prirez uberemo godišnje u proračun, biti kroz plaće prepušteno mještanima. Sredstva ćemo vjerujem nadomjestiti “borbom” i apliciranjem za još više bespovratnih sredstava - najavio je Gulam, koji, generalno, dosljedno svojoj liberalnoj ekonomskoj agendi, pozdravlja svako porezno rasterećenje građana.

- Svatko zna dignuti poreze i platiti troškove općine ili države. Ili dignuti kredit pa realizirati projekte. Sve to na koncu opet plaćaju građani - veli pirovački načelnik, koji rješenje vidi u većem zalaganju, radu i trudu za apliciranjem i borbom za bespovratna sredstva.

Tako je općina Pirovac već u tjedan dana nadoknadila skoro duplo sve ono što će izgubiti prirezom. Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost im je dodijelio 60.512,30 eura/460 tisuća kuna na natječaju za razvoj pametnih i održivih rješenja i usluga.

Od ukupno 247 pristiglih prijava, FZOEU je odabrao 60 među kojima je po bodovima uspjela proći i Općina Pirovac. Od tog će novca nabaviti pet javnih bicikla.

Senzori za parking

- U pitanju su električni SMARTBIKE nextbike s GPS-om, stalci s opremom za punjenje i parkiranje, potom senzori za svaka parkirna mjesta u centru zajedno sa LED displejima, softveri i licence kao i SmartCity AirQ mjerna stanica, što je meteorološka vanjska mjerna stanica s kućištem, za mjerenje temperature, vlage, atmosferskog tlaka, te komplet od dva senzora plinova - naveo je pirovački načelnik, ističući kako je za dječji vrtić Mendula dobiveno 13.500 eura na pozivu za prijavu projekata usmjerenih na poboljšanje materijalnih uvjeta u dječjim vrtićima u 2023. godini, s kojima će se promijeniti podloga u prizemlju oko igrališta.

Zanimljivo je napomenuti kako se 14. lipnja puni točno deset godina otkako je Ivan Gulam postao načelnik općine Pirovac.

- Da mi je netko tada rekao da ću biti deset godina na čelu općine, ne bih mu vjerovao. Ali, kada se osvrnemo za sobom, onda možemo biti zadovoljni onim što smo napravili. Danas smo mi u Pirovcu točno tamo gdje smo željeli biti prije deset godina! - kazao nam je uspješni pirovački načelnik.

I dok gradonačelnik Zagreba Tomislav Tomašević najavljuje kako će na Vladinu odluku o ukidanju prireza reagirati tako što će maksimalno podići stope poreza na dohodak, čime će to porezno rasterećenje anulirati, načelnik općine Pirovac Ivan Gulam postupit će sasvim drukčije. Kao prva jedinica lokalne samouprave u županiji Šibensko-kninskoj!

Postoji rješenje

- Analizom financijskog stanja Općine Pirovac donijeli smo odluku da po ukidanju prireza od strane Vlade RH nećemo podizati porez na dohodak. Time će očekivanih oko 300 tisuća kuna odnosno 40 tisuća eura, koliko kroz prirez uberemo godišnje u proračun, biti kroz plaće prepušteno mještanima. Sredstva ćemo vjerujem nadomjestiti “borbom” i apliciranjem za još više bespovratnih sredstava - najavio je Gulam, koji, generalno, dosljedno svojoj liberalnoj ekonomskoj agendi, pozdravlja svako porezno rasterećenje građana.

- Svatko zna dignuti poreze i platiti troškove općine ili države. Ili dignuti kredit pa realizirati projekte. Sve to na koncu opet plaćaju građani - veli pirovački načelnik, koji rješenje vidi u većem zalaganju, radu i trudu za apliciranjem i borbom za bespovratna sredstva.

Tako je općina Pirovac već u tjedan dana nadoknadila skoro duplo sve ono što će izgubiti prirezom. Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost im je dodijelio 60.512,30 eura/460 tisuća kuna na natječaju za razvoj pametnih i održivih rješenja i usluga.

Od ukupno 247 pristiglih prijava, FZOEU je odabrao 60 među kojima je po bodovima uspjela proći i Općina Pirovac. Od tog će novca nabaviti pet javnih bicikla.

Senzori za parking

- U pitanju su električni SMARTBIKE nextbike s GPS-om, stalci s opremom za punjenje i parkiranje, potom senzori za svaka parkirna mjesta u centru zajedno sa LED displejima, softveri i licence kao i SmartCity AirQ mjerna stanica, što je meteorološka vanjska mjerna stanica s kućištem, za mjerenje temperature, vlage, atmosferskog tlaka, te komplet od dva senzora plinova - naveo je pirovački načelnik, ističući kako je za dječji vrtić Mendula dobiveno 13.500 eura na pozivu za prijavu projekata usmjerenih na poboljšanje materijalnih uvjeta u dječjim vrtićima u 2023. godini, s kojima će se promijeniti podloga u prizemlju oko igrališta.

Zanimljivo je napomenuti kako se 14. lipnja puni točno deset godina otkako je Ivan Gulam postao načelnik općine Pirovac.

- Da mi je netko tada rekao da ću biti deset godina na čelu općine, ne bih mu vjerovao. Ali, kada se osvrnemo za sobom, onda možemo biti zadovoljni onim što smo napravili. Danas smo mi u Pirovcu točno tamo gdje smo željeli biti prije deset godina! - kazao nam je uspješni pirovački načelnik.
