Ponedjeljak je bio poseban po tome što je bez ikakve prethodne obavijesti jednostavno ostao bez balkona. Radnici tvrtke “Pisa Trade”, po nalogu svojeg poslodavca, poštujući građevinsku dozvolu, srušili su osamdeset godina star balkon. Drugi će srušiti tijekom dana. - Nitko me nije obavijestio o ovome - kazuje nam Damjanić dok pokušava rastvoriti škure na balkonskim vratima, no one su izvana bile – zakucane.
15 ročišta
- Problemi postoje od samoga početka. Rušili su mi pristup stanu, rušili krov, iz vrtla počupali smokve... traje to već 15 ročišta - jada nam se Damjanić. Prepušta borbu oko suvlasništva sudu, ali ovi ga radovi ubijaju, veli, toliko da mu je srce uzdrhtalo. Susrećemo i Vinka Mišu, na čije se ime i vodi stan koji se renovira, pred kućom na Bačvicama, nadgleda radove i veli nam kako se sve što vidimo “radi po zakonu”.
Šest mjeseci bez vode
Istina, pak, jest da zbog neplaćenih računa Damjanić već pola godine živi - bez vode! Nevjerojatno ali istinito. Kante s vodom dovlači od susjeda...

Tko će platiti radove?
S obzirom na to da je zgrada u Rooseveltovoj vlasništvo Jagode i Vinka Miše i Andre Damjanića – ovog potonjeg brine tko će platiti sanaciju krova i rušenje balkona, ako je već to rađeno po nalogu Građevinske inspekcije...
- Ja ove radove ne želim, niti ih mogu platiti, može li me itko na to prisliliti?- pita se Damjanić.

Ponedjeljak je bio poseban po tome što je bez ikakve prethodne obavijesti jednostavno ostao bez balkona. Radnici tvrtke “Pisa Trade”, po nalogu svojeg poslodavca, poštujući građevinsku dozvolu, srušili su osamdeset godina star balkon. Drugi će srušiti tijekom dana. - Nitko me nije obavijestio o ovome - kazuje nam Damjanić dok pokušava rastvoriti škure na balkonskim vratima, no one su izvana bile – zakucane.
15 ročišta
- Problemi postoje od samoga početka. Rušili su mi pristup stanu, rušili krov, iz vrtla počupali smokve... traje to već 15 ročišta - jada nam se Damjanić. Prepušta borbu oko suvlasništva sudu, ali ovi ga radovi ubijaju, veli, toliko da mu je srce uzdrhtalo. Susrećemo i Vinka Mišu, na čije se ime i vodi stan koji se renovira, pred kućom na Bačvicama, nadgleda radove i veli nam kako se sve što vidimo “radi po zakonu”.
Šest mjeseci bez vode
Istina, pak, jest da zbog neplaćenih računa Damjanić već pola godine živi - bez vode! Nevjerojatno ali istinito. Kante s vodom dovlači od susjeda...

Tko će platiti radove?
S obzirom na to da je zgrada u Rooseveltovoj vlasništvo Jagode i Vinka Miše i Andre Damjanića – ovog potonjeg brine tko će platiti sanaciju krova i rušenje balkona, ako je već to rađeno po nalogu Građevinske inspekcije...
