Cijene nafte spustile su se u četvrtak na međunarodnim tržištima na najnižu razinu u 13 mjeseci, pod pritiskom straha ulagača od pada potražnje uslijed opasnog približavanja svjetskih gospodarstava rubu recesije.

Barel sirove nafte na američkom je tržištu pojeftinio 2,33 dolara, ili 3,1 posto, spustivši se na 72,21 dolar. Gubitak gotovo trećine vrijednosti u samo tri tjedna predstavlja najsnažniji pad cijena od kad je 1983. godine pokrenuto naftno tržište.

Na tržištu u Londonu barel je bio u minusu 2,80 dolara, kliznuvši na 68 dolara za barel.

Pad cijena nafte u stopu prati trend na globalnim tržištima dionica, koja su u četvrtak također zabilježila pad vrijednosti. Europske su burze tako pale nakon što su Wall Street i japanski Nikkei indeks pogođeni najsnažnijim jednodnevnim gubicima od kraha burze 1987.

- Gospodarska slabost pogađa tržišta dionica i nafte, iako pad cijena nafte također odražava i odsustvo potražnje. Teško je kupovati naftu ako imate poteškoća ostvariti kredit - kaže Francisco Blanch, čelnik istraživanja robnih tržišta u brokerskoj kući Merrill Lynch.

Cijene sirove nafte dosad su pale više od 50 posto u odnosu na srpanjski rekord iznad 147 dolara za barel.

Analitičari su snizili prognoze o rastu globalne potražnje, nakon vala pesimističnih podataka koji su imali većeg utjecaja od OPEC-ovih najava mogućeg smanjenja razina proizvodnje i uragana koji je pogodio rafinerijske pogone na Karibima.

Agencija Bernstein Research snizila je tako svoju prognozu cijena nafte u 2009. na 70 dolara za barel, s prethodnih 90 dolara, dok je prognozu za 2010. snizila s 95 na 80 dolara.

Tržišta su sada u iščekivanju objave najnovijeg izvješća američke vlade o zalihama. Očekuje se da će pokazati rast treći tjedan za redom.

Organizacija zemalja izvoznica nafte (OPEC) odvojeno je priopćila da je u srijedu referentna cijena barela košarice njezine nafte iznosila 68,58 dolara, 4,91 dolar manje nego dan ranije.

Cijene nafte spustile su se u četvrtak na međunarodnim tržištima na najnižu razinu u 13 mjeseci, pod pritiskom straha ulagača od pada potražnje uslijed opasnog približavanja svjetskih gospodarstava rubu recesije.

Barel sirove nafte na američkom je tržištu pojeftinio 2,33 dolara, ili 3,1 posto, spustivši se na 72,21 dolar. Gubitak gotovo trećine vrijednosti u samo tri tjedna predstavlja najsnažniji pad cijena od kad je 1983. godine pokrenuto naftno tržište.

Na tržištu u Londonu barel je bio u minusu 2,80 dolara, kliznuvši na 68 dolara za barel.

Pad cijena nafte u stopu prati trend na globalnim tržištima dionica, koja su u četvrtak također zabilježila pad vrijednosti. Europske su burze tako pale nakon što su Wall Street i japanski Nikkei indeks pogođeni najsnažnijim jednodnevnim gubicima od kraha burze 1987.

- Gospodarska slabost pogađa tržišta dionica i nafte, iako pad cijena nafte također odražava i odsustvo potražnje. Teško je kupovati naftu ako imate poteškoća ostvariti kredit - kaže Francisco Blanch, čelnik istraživanja robnih tržišta u brokerskoj kući Merrill Lynch.

Cijene sirove nafte dosad su pale više od 50 posto u odnosu na srpanjski rekord iznad 147 dolara za barel.

Analitičari su snizili prognoze o rastu globalne potražnje, nakon vala pesimističnih podataka koji su imali većeg utjecaja od OPEC-ovih najava mogućeg smanjenja razina proizvodnje i uragana koji je pogodio rafinerijske pogone na Karibima.

Agencija Bernstein Research snizila je tako svoju prognozu cijena nafte u 2009. na 70 dolara za barel, s prethodnih 90 dolara, dok je prognozu za 2010. snizila s 95 na 80 dolara.

Tržišta su sada u iščekivanju objave najnovijeg izvješća američke vlade o zalihama. Očekuje se da će pokazati rast treći tjedan za redom.

Organizacija zemalja izvoznica nafte (OPEC) odvojeno je priopćila da je u srijedu referentna cijena barela košarice njezine nafte iznosila 68,58 dolara, 4,91 dolar manje nego dan ranije.
