Vrhovni sud RH prihvatio je zahtjev obrane Luke Modrića da se postupak protiv njega iz Osijeka prebaci u Zagreb. Odluka o tome donesena je prije mjesec dana, a portal Telegram je danas dobio potvrdu s Vrhovnog suda RH.

Kako piše Telegram, suđenje zbog davanja lažnog iskaza u postupku protiv Zdravka Mamića Luki Modriću trebalo je početi u Osijeku. Tužiteljstvo tvrdi da je lagao u dijelu iskaza u kojem je spominjao podjelu svog transfera iz Dinama u Tottenham, odnosno kada je podjela 50:50 između njega i Dinama navodno dogovorena.

Modrić je prvo, tijekom istrage, izjavio kako je ta podjela dogovorena nakon što je prešao u Tottenham, a onda je na svjedočenju na glavnoj sudskoj raspravi pokušao objasniti da se detalja ne sjeća, no da se ipak sve dogodilo ranije. Mamić je nepravomoćno osuđen na osnovu njegovog prvog iskaza, a Modrić je početkom ožujka zaradio optužnicu za davanje lažnog iskaza.

“Okolnosti istaknute u prijedlogu doista opravdavaju zaključak da će se ovaj kazneni postupak očito lakše i uz manje troškova provesti pred Općinskim kaznenim sudom u Zagrebu nego li pred Općinskim sudom u Osijeku”, zaključio je Vrhovni sud RH te na osnovu Zakona o kaznenom postupku odlučio prebaciti suđenje Luki Modriću iz Osijeka u Zagreb, piše Telegram.

Vrhovni sud RH prihvatio je zahtjev obrane Luke Modrića da se postupak protiv njega iz Osijeka prebaci u Zagreb. Odluka o tome donesena je prije mjesec dana, a portal Telegram je danas dobio potvrdu s Vrhovnog suda RH.

Kako piše Telegram, suđenje zbog davanja lažnog iskaza u postupku protiv Zdravka Mamića Luki Modriću trebalo je početi u Osijeku. Tužiteljstvo tvrdi da je lagao u dijelu iskaza u kojem je spominjao podjelu svog transfera iz Dinama u Tottenham, odnosno kada je podjela 50:50 između njega i Dinama navodno dogovorena.

Modrić je prvo, tijekom istrage, izjavio kako je ta podjela dogovorena nakon što je prešao u Tottenham, a onda je na svjedočenju na glavnoj sudskoj raspravi pokušao objasniti da se detalja ne sjeća, no da se ipak sve dogodilo ranije. Mamić je nepravomoćno osuđen na osnovu njegovog prvog iskaza, a Modrić je početkom ožujka zaradio optužnicu za davanje lažnog iskaza.

“Okolnosti istaknute u prijedlogu doista opravdavaju zaključak da će se ovaj kazneni postupak očito lakše i uz manje troškova provesti pred Općinskim kaznenim sudom u Zagrebu nego li pred Općinskim sudom u Osijeku”, zaključio je Vrhovni sud RH te na osnovu Zakona o kaznenom postupku odlučio prebaciti suđenje Luki Modriću iz Osijeka u Zagreb, piše Telegram.
