Rast plaća u Hrvatskoj u odnosu na zemlje s kojima se može uspoređivati nalikuje utrci kornjače i zečeva. Hrvatska napreduje sporo prema cilju i na tom je putu sustižu i oni zečevi koji su se kasnije uključili u utrku, dok su ostali odavno završili utrku i spremaju se za nove pothvate. O tome govori europska statistika, a posljednji podaci o prosječnoj cijeni rada po satu u prošloj godini samo su jedan detalj koji potvrđuje to zaostajanje.

Lani je u Hrvatskoj prosječna bruto satnica prema Eurostatu iznosila 10,8 eura i bila je za jedan posto manja od preklanjske kada je iznosila 11,1 euro. Eurostat je prošle godine smanjenje bruto satnice zabilježio još samo za Irsku, Cipar te Maltu u kojoj je zabilježen najveći pad od 4,7 posto.

Prošle je godine svega pet zemalja imalo slabije bruto satnice od hrvatskih 10,8 eura: Letonija 10,5 eura, Litva 10,1 euro, Mađarska 9,9 eura, Rumunjska 8,1 euro i Bugarska 6,5 eura. Ne tako davno, još 2012. godine, od Hrvatske su lošije bile Poljska koja danas ima 11 eura bruto satnice, Slovačka koja ima 13,4 eura i Estonija koja s 13,6 eura. Te tri zemlje su od 2012. godine podigle svoje bruto satnice od 39 do 58 posto. U Hrvatskoj je od 2012. do prošle godine bruto satnica porasla svega 13,7 posto.

Svih pet zemalja koje danas još zaostaju za Hrvatskom, imaju značajno veće stope rasta, a u toj skupini mađarske bruto satnice najslabije rastu i porasle su 34 posto, a i taj je rast tri puta veći od hrvatskog. Bruto satnica radnika u Rumunjskoj porasla je u proteklih devet godina za 97 posto, u Bugarskoj 91 posto, Letoniji 75 posto, a u Litvi 72 posto. Bruto satnice u ostalim zemaljama su značajnije rasle pa je u Sloveniji u proteklih devet godina satnica porasla 28 posto na 19,9 eura, Češkoj 41 posto na 14,1 euro, Njemačkoj 20 posto na 36,6 eura...

Krešimir Sever, predsjednik Nezavisnih hrvatskih sindikata smatra da je ovakvo kretanje satnica rezultat pogrešnih gospodarskih politika koje se nastavljaju jedna na drugu. Podsjeća na to da su tranzicijske zemlje uoči ulaska u Europsku uniju konkurentnost gradile na smanjenju radničkih prava i niskoj cijeni rada, čime su nadoknađivale nedostatak tehnologije i znanja za menadžiranjem suvremenih radnih procesa.

- Mi smo slijedili istu logiku, ali kod nas ni danas ne razumije da to pogreška. Uz to smo se odricali industrije i dugo se zagovarala politika da ćemo na uslugama graditi svoj razvitak, ali je kod nas i u turizmu visoka uvozna komponenta svega, od hrane do radnika zbog niske cijene rada.

Kod nas se poticalo to da se nedostatak radnika rješava uvozom jer zbog niske cijene rada Hrvati bježe jer od plaće ne mogu živjeti, pa se uvoze strani radnici iz egzotičnih krajeva s izrazito niskim primanjima. Tako se poticalo nisku cijenu rada, plaće su stagnirale i Hrvatska još uvijek pokušava održavati konkurentnost slabo plaćenim i obespravljenim radnicima – kaže Sever i ukazuje da i danas poslodavci prilikom uvoza radnika najviše traže najslabije plaćene radnike, pomoćne radnike u turizmu i ugostiteljstvu. Dodaje kako se kod nas pogrešna politika neprekidno iskazuje na području iseljavanja, demografije, zaostajanja u gospodarstvu...

- Mi smo rekorderi u sporosti zapošljavanja mladih visokoobrazovanih ljudi kojima se niti ne nude poslovi. Dok ne dignemo tehnološku razinu, dok pitanje menadžiranja ne bude samo pitanje upravljanja radnikom i njegovim radnim vremenom nego pitanje uvođenja novih tehnoloških procesa i plaćenijih radnih mjesta, nema napretka – smatra Krešimir Sever.

Eurostat je objavio da je prosječna bruto satnica umanjena za subvencije prošle godine iznosila 28,5 eura u Europskoj uniji i 32,3 eura u europodručju, u odnosu na preklanjskih 27,7 eura i 31,4 eura. Eurostat je u ove podatke uključio sve sektore osim poljoprivrede i javne uprave u poduzećima s 10 ili više zaposlenih.

Najniže bruto satnice imaju Bugarska, Rumunjska i Mađarska, a najveće su u Danskoj 45,8 eura, Luksemburgu 42,1 eura i Belgiji 41,1 eura. Prošle su godine prosječne bruto satnice porasle 3,1 posto u EU-u i 2,9 posto u europodručju, a najviše su rasle u Portugalu 8,6 posto, Mađarskoj 7,9 posto, Bugarskoj 7,8 posto...

Iz Eurostata kažu da je lani većina država članica uvela različite potpore radi ublažavanja utjecaja pandemije COVID-19 na poduzeća i zaposlenike te su takve potpore evidentirane kao subvencije s negativnim predznakom u komponenti troškova rada čime je ograničen utjecaj na satnice.

Rast plaća u Hrvatskoj u odnosu na zemlje s kojima se može uspoređivati nalikuje utrci kornjače i zečeva. Hrvatska napreduje sporo prema cilju i na tom je putu sustižu i oni zečevi koji su se kasnije uključili u utrku, dok su ostali odavno završili utrku i spremaju se za nove pothvate. O tome govori europska statistika, a posljednji podaci o prosječnoj cijeni rada po satu u prošloj godini samo su jedan detalj koji potvrđuje to zaostajanje.

Lani je u Hrvatskoj prosječna bruto satnica prema Eurostatu iznosila 10,8 eura i bila je za jedan posto manja od preklanjske kada je iznosila 11,1 euro. Eurostat je prošle godine smanjenje bruto satnice zabilježio još samo za Irsku, Cipar te Maltu u kojoj je zabilježen najveći pad od 4,7 posto.

Prošle je godine svega pet zemalja imalo slabije bruto satnice od hrvatskih 10,8 eura: Letonija 10,5 eura, Litva 10,1 euro, Mađarska 9,9 eura, Rumunjska 8,1 euro i Bugarska 6,5 eura. Ne tako davno, još 2012. godine, od Hrvatske su lošije bile Poljska koja danas ima 11 eura bruto satnice, Slovačka koja ima 13,4 eura i Estonija koja s 13,6 eura. Te tri zemlje su od 2012. godine podigle svoje bruto satnice od 39 do 58 posto. U Hrvatskoj je od 2012. do prošle godine bruto satnica porasla svega 13,7 posto.

Svih pet zemalja koje danas još zaostaju za Hrvatskom, imaju značajno veće stope rasta, a u toj skupini mađarske bruto satnice najslabije rastu i porasle su 34 posto, a i taj je rast tri puta veći od hrvatskog. Bruto satnica radnika u Rumunjskoj porasla je u proteklih devet godina za 97 posto, u Bugarskoj 91 posto, Letoniji 75 posto, a u Litvi 72 posto. Bruto satnice u ostalim zemaljama su značajnije rasle pa je u Sloveniji u proteklih devet godina satnica porasla 28 posto na 19,9 eura, Češkoj 41 posto na 14,1 euro, Njemačkoj 20 posto na 36,6 eura...

Krešimir Sever, predsjednik Nezavisnih hrvatskih sindikata smatra da je ovakvo kretanje satnica rezultat pogrešnih gospodarskih politika koje se nastavljaju jedna na drugu. Podsjeća na to da su tranzicijske zemlje uoči ulaska u Europsku uniju konkurentnost gradile na smanjenju radničkih prava i niskoj cijeni rada, čime su nadoknađivale nedostatak tehnologije i znanja za menadžiranjem suvremenih radnih procesa.

- Mi smo slijedili istu logiku, ali kod nas ni danas ne razumije da to pogreška. Uz to smo se odricali industrije i dugo se zagovarala politika da ćemo na uslugama graditi svoj razvitak, ali je kod nas i u turizmu visoka uvozna komponenta svega, od hrane do radnika zbog niske cijene rada.

Kod nas se poticalo to da se nedostatak radnika rješava uvozom jer zbog niske cijene rada Hrvati bježe jer od plaće ne mogu živjeti, pa se uvoze strani radnici iz egzotičnih krajeva s izrazito niskim primanjima. Tako se poticalo nisku cijenu rada, plaće su stagnirale i Hrvatska još uvijek pokušava održavati konkurentnost slabo plaćenim i obespravljenim radnicima – kaže Sever i ukazuje da i danas poslodavci prilikom uvoza radnika najviše traže najslabije plaćene radnike, pomoćne radnike u turizmu i ugostiteljstvu. Dodaje kako se kod nas pogrešna politika neprekidno iskazuje na području iseljavanja, demografije, zaostajanja u gospodarstvu...

- Mi smo rekorderi u sporosti zapošljavanja mladih visokoobrazovanih ljudi kojima se niti ne nude poslovi. Dok ne dignemo tehnološku razinu, dok pitanje menadžiranja ne bude samo pitanje upravljanja radnikom i njegovim radnim vremenom nego pitanje uvođenja novih tehnoloških procesa i plaćenijih radnih mjesta, nema napretka – smatra Krešimir Sever.

Eurostat je objavio da je prosječna bruto satnica umanjena za subvencije prošle godine iznosila 28,5 eura u Europskoj uniji i 32,3 eura u europodručju, u odnosu na preklanjskih 27,7 eura i 31,4 eura. Eurostat je u ove podatke uključio sve sektore osim poljoprivrede i javne uprave u poduzećima s 10 ili više zaposlenih.

Najniže bruto satnice imaju Bugarska, Rumunjska i Mađarska, a najveće su u Danskoj 45,8 eura, Luksemburgu 42,1 eura i Belgiji 41,1 eura. Prošle su godine prosječne bruto satnice porasle 3,1 posto u EU-u i 2,9 posto u europodručju, a najviše su rasle u Portugalu 8,6 posto, Mađarskoj 7,9 posto, Bugarskoj 7,8 posto...

Iz Eurostata kažu da je lani većina država članica uvela različite potpore radi ublažavanja utjecaja pandemije COVID-19 na poduzeća i zaposlenike te su takve potpore evidentirane kao subvencije s negativnim predznakom u komponenti troškova rada čime je ograničen utjecaj na satnice.
